Slow to ship

Purchased multiple items from Proozy. Their web sight says 3-5 business days for shipping. Problem here is it's been 7 days thus far and nothing of my order has been shipped yet. I emailed the company and received an immediate response of "it looks like you are asking about your order status". Definitely AI generated…with no explanation.

Counterfeit goods

They claim their products are "100% authentic." What I received was authentically a shirt, in that it had a hole for each arm and a hole in the middle for my head to stick out, but that's about the end of the authencity. It was a brand name product, but was a counterfeit made from cheap fabric, with poor stiching. I doubt it will survive more than a couple washings. Also, it looks so ridiculously fake that I wouldn't wear it anyplace anyway. I'm now the proud owner of an IZOD paint rag.

Never got my order
December 12, 2023

I placed an order on their website almost 2 months ago. I have repeatedly called and sent messages, and I got no answer or response.
After trying over and over to get a reply, I threatened to file a dispute with my credit card company last week. Today, they refunded my payment. This was a Christmas gift, so now I'm left scrambling to find something that will get here on time.

I placed an order 4 weeks ago and never received any updates regarding delivery. I have placed 5 phone calls (and left messages) with no response. I also sent 4 emails - only one was responded to stating "thank you for patience" "we have an unusually high volume of calls, chats and emails"...- I have heard NOTHING! This was supposed to be a Christmas gift - now I have to scramble.
They were certainly quick to take my credit card payment though.
I would caution against ordering from this company as they seem to be either fraudulent or scamming the public. A simple response from an actual representative from the company would go a long way in lessening frustration and would be appreciated. Maybe a call to the Better Business Bureau and Attorney General would be in order if the issue isn't rectified.

Disappointed

30 day return policy should be a little longer especially around the holidays. If you order early to make sure you receive gifts on time you run into a problem with returning the item. Won't be buying from them again!

Defective jacket zipper

Received a damaged jacket. Contacted customer service. Sent me to a different site to initiate return. They want me to pay return fees 8.99. I sent pictures of damage. I will never again purchase anything from Brad's deals since that is how I got taken by this scamming junk company.

Never gave me my refund

This is not a legit company - they charge your credit card then often don't ship your order. Customer service is nonexistent and if you don't remember to follow up that an order wasn't shipped they will keep your money! If you are ever able to get a hold of somebody, they are disingenuous about having products in stock and the fact that they're going to ship it so please do yourself a big favor and stay away!

Absolute cluster

It took almost 6 weeks to receive my order from them. That was after several emails, a request for information lodged with PayPal, then a formal complaint. After absolutely no response, I filed a complaint with the better business bureau. Only then did they ship my order...not response to the dozens of inquiries...just ship the item. What I received was a FAKE very counterfeit Spyder Vest. Don't order from these folks, it's a scam!

Lack of support

I bought a coat from Proozy. It was advertised as a super sale. I ordered in October.
After much back n forth, for 2 plus months, proozy ordered the coat from Amazon. I of course looked at the coat on Amazon, to find out the price I paid was the actual cost of the coat, all the time, on Amazon!
Proozy seems to be very shady, and if I can buy the same product from a quality, dependable, place I will.
I will NEVER trust proozy again

Poor Quality

I would not recommend this company. Wha I ordered was poor quality. I think they are copycats of other companies ie. The Northface. And trying to return is almost impossible…in my case anyway. I returned something and it was forwarded back to me and have no replies to email nor will anyone answer the phone. Not sure if they are a worthy company!

Horrible!

I ordered two XL NortFace pullovers. I should have known it was too good to be true. I received two XS pullovers. They are clearly NOT Northface quality. I've e-mailed several times, with cutt, unhelpful responses. Most recently, I was directed to a return center, with a link that is not live. I will never order from Proozy again. The "Submit Return" is not live. Please see attached picture.

Not worth it

I've had orders cancelled twice weeks after ordering. They have no problem holding your money for merchandise they know they can't fulfill. Sometimes they ship part of an order but still charge the full shipping. They use the cheapest possible shipping so orders take 3 weeks to a month to arrive. Customer support does not help. It's not worth it, stay far away.

Don't waste your time ordering from these clowns seeing I placed an order 1 month ago and have tried reaching out multiple times whether by phone or email and I'm yet to hear back from anyone there! I emailed them to refund asap then filed a PayPal refund! I noticed I had ordered from them last year around the same time and had 2 refunds! Obviously I forgot how piss poorly managed this company is and Obviously I had the same issues last year! I will never make this mistake ever again after this years ordeal especially seeing these are xmas gifts for my kids (teenagers) and I was depending on having these for them seeing they needed the warmer clothes I purchased them for the winter! $#*! these people!

10/10 Do Not Recommend

The quality of the products seem like they are fine upon first receiving. Though the sizing charts don't seem to match the items. I ordered two medium sweatshirts in size youth medium based on what the chart suggests, but unfortunately the sizing was way too small so I would recommend ordering at least two sizes up.
I checked the return policy/exchange policy and it states that they do both. It states that if something doesn't fit they are happy to exchange it for a different size. I contacted customer service to see if we could go ahead and exchange for a youth XL and they told me they don't offer exchanges BUT I could return it for a $9 fee, plus outbound shipping charges *IF* the item was damaged. Which would essentially be almost as much as I purchased said items for.
In conclusion, the return and/or exchange policy doesn't seem to matter, so basically you get what you get and forget what their policy says.

Products are substandard

I was skeptical when I placed my order as well. Shipping was late although not really the issue. The items I received are most definitely not up to Under Armour standards. I must say I am 100% disappointed. Wore a couple of the items this weekend and they are garbage. If I wash these I can guarantee I won't be able to wear again. Company says everything is authentic but I call BS.

I ordered Calvin Klein underwear(Large) labeled on their site as "Men's Boxers Mystery 3-Pack". I ordered large to give me a little more room and I read one of the reviews mention they run a little small. When they arrived, I discovered that the large size was significantly smaller than any of my medium pair. I contacted them but still no response. To make matters worse, they still have not published my review on their site, even after sending me an email to verify my email...
