Size chart says xl fits a 40, its closer to a 44. I have called at all times of the day and get we are closed message. I have sent multiple emails and no response.no chance I will be a repeat customer.

Terrible website to purchase from! Took almost a month for clothes to arrive and they looked like fakes! Requested a return but their return portal was "down" for more than a week, and they would not send me the prepaid shipping label through email. Customer service was not helpful at all. This is a scam!
The morning after the negative review went live, I MAGICALLY received tracking info and they shipped my items out after 3 weeks of no responses to my inquiries. Will not do business with them even though they FINALLY shipped my items. Would not recommend this company unfortunately
I placed order #4375539-P over two weeks ago. They charged my card immediately and have yet to ship my product. I contacted them and they stated that my order is delayed because they were switching warehouses over Black Friday weekend. WHAT LEGITIMATE COMPANY SWITCHES WAREHOUSES OVER THE BUSIEST WEEKEND OF THE YEAR?!
I contacted them 3 more times after that because they never shipped my items, and I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM!
They had no problem charging my card right away, but now over two weeks have passed and they have not shipped my item nor will they respond to my inquiries asking why my order has not shipped!
SCAM COMPANY! I have to file a PayPal claim to get my money back now which is unfortunate because I was hoping to get my items!
Stay away from Proozy!
After a minor issue, I reached out to customer service who responded quickly and rectified the issue just as quick, also offered a refund or discount due to the experience. But I've used Proozy before with no issues.
Have placed multiple orders and half have gotten canceled after waiting more than a month. Calling gets nowhere because you have to leave a message and no one ever calls back. Emails are not answered for more than a week.
By mistake I ordered a wrong size of clothing. I had emailed them stating the concern. Immediately without any further questions they responded saying that they have updated the size and that's what will be delivered. First time I'm seeing a customer service with a prompt resolution other than complicating it. Customer service agent name is Corin. Special mention to her kudos guys.
Ordered 2 items in May 2020. My account was debited immediately. Sent numerous emails requesting status of order. Kept receiving email asking for my patience. I don't have any patience left. Will dispute charges from my credit card company.
I'll NEVER order from Proozy again.
The quality and style of the name brand shirt was the worst.
Either it is fake, a factory second, or both. Besides poor material; there was a spot on the shirt.
Their return policy is almost nonexistent. Even though I finally threatened enough to be offered a return credit, I would still have to pay my own shipping.
Between that, and the fact that I am not so sure I would even get the credit from this zero-integrity foreign company, I just kept the shirt and wear it when nobody will see me.
Name brand clothing for less. I have purchased from them several times with no issues, until my most recent purchase. I contacted customer service and they promptly resolved my issue. I highly recommend.
So many online sellers abandon customer service, but Darcy at Proozy went above and beyond. She updated my order when I mistakenly selected the wrong size, then - when there was an issue with shipping - she resolved the issue and informed me about it before I even knew there was a concern. Wonderful company - I will definitely shop with them again!

I bought two jackets in Nov for my boys for Christmas. My one son wore the jacket for two months and started having problems zippering. When I looked at it four of the zipper teeth fell off. I emailed the company and they said they can't do anything because it's passed the 30 days. I will never buy anything from this company again. It's a shame you spend a lot of money on something that just falls apart.
I messed up my order and chose the wrong size on one of my items. I contacted Proozy and asked if it was possible to correct. They emailed me back immediately and provided a new receipt with the updated correction I requested. Thank you Bryan at Proozy - wonderful customer service!

I've tried for at least a week to check out on the site, the check out isn't working. HELP! I just looked today and one of the items I was trying to purchase is now sold out. I'm so disappointed in the poor customer service. I have never had a good experience with your company. Communicating with anyone has been impossible. Finding my credit balance is difficult, I've had to send emails and finally got a reply. It is not listed in my account.
I was so grateful that this Internet company actually responded within minutes of me telling them one of my items came broken. I quickly sent them a picture as they requested and they replaced it immediately already in the mail to me.

I have purchased from Proozy about 10 times over the last few years. The products are as described. My most recent order was missing an item, after a short chat with customer support I was refunded for the item. A few days later it arrived in a different box. I let them know and they said I should consider it a gift. Needless to say, I am very pleased with Proozy.
I ordered 2 sweatshirts on November 1,2023. They were intended to be given as a birthday gift on December 6, but as the first of December rolled around, I realized that I had heard NOTHING from the seller in regard to shipping or order status. I reached out for an update and, like some of the other reviewers here, was fed a long sob story about 'unprecedented order volume' and 'moving warehouses' etc. with no specific update for my actual order. They gave me a discount code (ha!) for a future order. I replied many days later with another request, and received another generic response. I finally demanded that my order be cancelled and refunded (because they had withdrawn the funds THE DAY AFTER I placed my order, instead of when the order ships, like most trustworthy businesses). A few hours later I suddenly learn that one of the sweatshirts has shipped and they can't offer me a full refund because the order was already in process. This felt like a really strange coincidence that as soon as I asked for a refund that one of my items shipped. I am supposedly receiving one sweatshirt tomorrow, but we'll see. Overall, a horrible experience. I had never heard of Proozy before, but because of Brad's Deals (website that finds and shares online shopping deals) I took a chance. They should carefully evaluate what businesses they promote. Buyer beware.
Proozy is one of my FAVORITE places to online shop. They have everything from womens and mens clothing to accessories! They even have kids clothes and accessories! I had a few issues with my last order but the rep i chatted with got back to me in a timely manner and helped me more than anyone ever had before! 10/10 recommend shopping with them and do not hesitate to reach out to them if there is a problem that comes up!
I have been a long time customer with great success and happiness. The products are high quality. The customer care is top notch. They do their best to take care of issues if they arise and are very courteous. I would highly recommend purchases from this company.
I ordered Nike running shorts and when they got here the bag was marked Large but the shorts themselves were size small. I emailed the company and literally within 30 minutes I received an email back letting me know they sent out the right size! I also had to cancel an order they I messed up on and they corrected that within 29 minutes! Their product is exactly as advertised and they get back to you within the hour. This customer service is top notch!
Purchased two insulated wine glasses which were very good quality and exactly as described. Tracking information was provided and very helpful even though my post office delivered late. Customer support was very helpful when I informed them of my missing (late) package. Will definitely purchase again.

I reached out and they waived the shipping fee for the return, and the shipping fee for the correct size shorts I had to re-order. They also made sure I got the same discount I had gotten when I first ordered the shorts. Fantastic!
