My husband takes a size 40 in pants, so I ordered a size 40. They fall off his hips! I called the number provided and was told they no longer do exchanges. I would have to return (fee of $8.99) and reorder at not the sale price. Needless to say I am not happy. There was nothing in the description stating that they run large or to order a size down. I will not do business with Proozy and will warn everyone!

Ordered during black Friday and ordered stayed stuck at confirmed for weeks. I tried emailing their customer service and never received a response. Last week, I got an email that the order was shipped. Then it was returned a day later as undeliverable. So weird since I double checked the address and its mine and complete and we just have a regular street address. There's nothing special or complicated about it.
I emailed customer service again the day it was returned as undeliverable and heard nothing. Yesterday (a week later) they issued a refund, but I would much rather have had my order or at least some communication from them. I emailed them 2 weeks after placing it to ask if there was an eta on when the order might be shipped(crickets). Then a week later I reached out again asking for an eta(crickets). Then 2 weeks later I get the email Mitchell shipped and was so excited...until the next day when it was marked as undeliverable. So I email them again and as you would expect (crickets). Then a week later I get my refund.
Bummer this was my first order with them and I was waiting to order more to see how it went.
There was an issue with shipping involving a order that I placed. Caleb from Proozy resolved the issues without hesitation. Needless to say my order issues have been satisfied. Customer service is alive and well at Proozy.com
Ordered 2 under armor golf shirts. When received one shirt incorrect size. Contacted Proozy and they responded same day. Sent instructions on how to return and it went very smoothly. They are sending replacement in a timely fashion. Will use them again
I've bought from Proozy a number of times and I have always found their selection, service, and especially prices, to be excellent. My most recent order, probably something like my 20th, arrived with one of the items in the wrong size. Proozy's interactions with me were a model for how online commerce should work; we confirmed the issue, a refund was made (since an alternate size was not available). Polite, swift, and clear interactions with no fuss, or argument, or demand. This was an honest mistake that was dealt with honestly, and fairly. This interaction has made me even more likely to use them in the future. I highly recommend seller and I wish them well.
Proozy was terrific when a purchased item did not arrive on time.
They sent out another promptly which I received quickly.
The lost item eventually arrived and they told me to keep or donate it.
I respect a company that looks after their buyers in a professional way.
Have purchased other items from them before and they have been excellent.

Ordered 2 things back in October and 10-14 business days for delivery. 16 business days pass and I check on where my package is- and it hasn't even been shipped. Contact customer service- it was after hours. Waited 4 business days for a response and nothing. Contacted again and nothing. Waited a week and recounted and no response! So I'm here leaving s review. DO NOT BUY!
I've ordered from proozy once before and the transaction was fine. This time around, it's been weeks and I haven't received anything from them. Called them multiple times, tried to message them on FB, etc and no response. I see they are still posting on social media, so they're not closed, and they have new items appearing on their site, too. And if you go on their site, you'll see a lot of recent reviews, many of them from people who are happy with their purchase. I don't know what happened or why I'm being ignored after multiple attempts to contact them. Maybe they accidentally sold me stuff they don't have? Or sold it to me for too cheap? I was really looking forward to my new shorts and shoes and am sad that they have such terrible customer service this time around.
I ordered 2 sweaters but had forgotten to place the order with the promo code. I did email customer support and the promptly credited my card via PayPal within a few hours with emails to let me know all was corrected! Great products and even better service!

I ordered what I thought was a North face jacket. It came with no tags, red flag #1 the quality was AWFUL, pretty sure it was used. I went through every North face jacket my family and I have and none of imprint of the logos look like theirs. The jacket was short and wide for a size Small. There are no other northface jackets online, even second hand websites. It looked fake and used. So gross. Customer service just ignores you. They sure don't mind taking a fee to return the awful item they sent you though! So, you order and they make money either way no matter what they send. It won't let me upload pictures or proof- the files are too large. I hope this helps someone else.

Upfront: I have ordered from this site one time. I ordered a pair of Reebok sneakers and a Reebok jacket. I am not a connisuer of name brand athletic apparel or shoes but these seem fine to me. The prices were great and I had a promo code for % off and free shipping. It took maybe ten days to receive my items but I didn't need them in a hurry. I won't go as far as saying I would recommend this site just yet as I would need to order a few more times to make sure I was happy with those experiences as well.
Let's be honest. Most write a review when something goes wrong. And it has. I have returned items to Proozy and been satisfied when the items I purchased were precisely what I intended. But, I am always happy with the customer service. Amanda, the representative I spoke with today, was exceptionally kind and helpful, a truly pleasant experience this close to Christmas. No store, brick and mortar or online, gets it right all the time. But, life is short, and I give my business only to those who do their best to make it right when something does go wrong. Proozy has my business.
My item still hasn't shipped almost 3 weeks later. And I emailed them and no one has gotten back to me after multiple attempts to contact them. This was supposed to be a present. Guess not. Thanks proozy!
I ordered a couple of sweatshirts off Proozy's website, and one of them either got lost or stolen off my porch. I reached out to Proozy and explained the situation and they responded very quickly and sent the 2nd item to me the same day. They have a lot of big name brands at very low prices, so at first I was skeptical, but the items I received and their support team proved me wrong. They are a company that you can trust with great customer service.

I received an under armor jacket that had a hole in the shoulder. I immediately emailed the company, and within a few short hours they emailed me back asking for a picture. Understandable. They apologized and immediately began the refund process. Can't ask for much more than that!
On a separate order, I noticed that they cancelled one of my orders. I emailed them, and they immediately refunded me.
Now all that to say I have ordered other times with them and never had an issue. Great prices and great items! I will continue to look for their deals!
I have been buying from proozy for more than a few years.i am retired and need to buy presents for my grandkids and great grandkids.
I wait and shop the specials and clearance offers.there shipping dept, leaves a lot to be desired, but customer service makes everything right if they do foul up.
Always a bargain to be had and sometimes virtually give away prices.
I have made numerous purchases over the past 4 or 5 years and usually everything goes as expected.
But those few times when a mistake is made on their part(I made a few too) they own up to it and make it right. Their response time to inquiries is roughly 24hrs so a bit of patience is required.
Sent back 5 articles of clothing in the same package but they claim they never received 2 of the items that were $30 a piece! It was all in the same package and after months of emailing they've done nothing to fix it. They even sent me an email there was an error in their system when sending me the return label for the pants. The return label they sent did not include the pants on the scan even though all the items were in the same package!

Answer: I ordered 2 pairs of shorts, but accidentally ordered the wrong size in one, and then submitted the order twice. I reached out and they waived the shipping fee for the return, and the shipping fee for the correct size shorts I had to re-order. They also made sure I got the same discount I had gotten when I first ordered the shorts. Fantastic!
