Better luck selling ice to Eskimos with this! I've tried multiple times in the past along with using various methods only not to hear back from anyone let alone calling them just ends in a pointless voice-mail to which nobody will reach back out to you! Joke!

I ordered 2 pairs of shorts, but accidentally ordered the wrong size in one, and then submitted the order twice. I reached out and they waived the shipping fee for the return, and the shipping fee for the correct size shorts I had to re-order. They also made sure I got the same discount I had gotten when I first ordered the shorts. Fantastic!
