I ordered from them and after 3 weeks I had not received the product. The help email was a bot and was useless. Thankfully I paid with PayPal and was able to get a refund through them. Im convinced this is a scam site.
Who charges for returns in this day and age? Oh, Proozy does. What a rip off. They have such great deals on clothes, but if they don't fit or you don't like them, you're pretty much forced to keep them because they charge more to return them than to ship them out.
I ordered a "surprise" North Face jacket fully expecting to get an unpopular color but just have something decent for fall weather in WI. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I received a black one, which is so versatile and I will be able to wear much more. This is my second time ordering from Proozy and I have not been disappointed in their products. Shipping is a bit on the slow side, but it's worth the wait. Hoping to visit the brick and mortar store the next time I am in Minneapolis.
I've been a customer for Proozy for a year or so and they've never let me down. I just had a recent experience that I'd like to share with you: yesterday I was trying to make a purchase of an Adidas bundle (shirt and short) for $20. For some reason, the code to get that price wasn't working and I was lucky to reach out to Bryan in customer service who tried and made it work for me. That's the kind of support you expect when you're a loyal customer.
Two items purchased through Proozy. Both items made in China and were critically undersized. Trying to return using Proozy automated system was frustrating. Once I contacted a live person (Ashley), return authorization was simple & Ashley was very helpful and wanted to make sure I was happy with result prior to ending call. Not impressed with products but customer service is fabulous.
I have placed two orders with Proozy.com. I took advantage of the special codes provided in their emails. The first order came through no problem. The product was first quality and exactly as presented. The second order was filled and shipped as quoted. Upon receipt I found that one of the two items was the wrong size. Contacted *******@proozy.com. After providing a picture a refund was promptly issued.
Both orders were priced right and I am looking forward to placing another order.
I've purchased several items from Proozy. I have always been amazed by their prices for new brand name items. On my last purchase I received an Under Armour item that had a defect that was only apparent after washing. Normally you have to return items in new unwashed condition. I reached out to customer service and they sent me a replacement item. I was super happy with the service I received and would highly recommend Proozy to anyone looking for a great deal on name brand items.
Ordered a product and it took 8 days just for them to decide to find the product and package it. 14 days later (22 days total) the product still hadn't arrived so I reach out to them for an update. They say they cannot do anything until 14 business days have passed. Once that time passes then they can reissue the order. 7 more days pass (29 days total) and they say that they will cancel the order, but the product is no longer available for them to replace. Customer service acted like they really didn't care or wanted to do anything to make it right. This was a clown show from the very beginning.
Proozy is a great place to shop online. They have lots of sports oriented clothing and accessories such as sunglasses, back packs, as well as shoes. Their prices are always great! The selections are varied and the items often very unique. Customer service is super top notch as they are always helpful and friendly.
I placed an order based on a communicated sale. The very last minute they cancelled the order stating a pricing error on their end. It left me scrambling to purchase a new gift in time for a birthday present after the order was accepted.
I received my order only to discover one item was a partial zip instead of a full zip. I sent an email. Next thing I know, they had mailed me the correct sweatshirt and told me to keep the incorrect one. All the products I ordered were high quality. I will definitely be doing more business with Proozy.

Plan on waiting a month to receive majorly below-standard products plan paying double the price. You're better off just buying the knock off your get it faster Payless and I guarantee you it will be better quality what they sent me was complete and utter joke. Customer service terrible and they truly don't care and once they get your money it's goodbye and they may just send you a dirty diaper and you're out of luck
I received an incorrect item and notified Proozy on the weekend. Monday morning, I received a call from Proozy Customer Service.
I returned the call and spoke with Darcy. She quickly created a new order for the correct item, and did not want to inconvenience me with returning the wrong product. She suggested donating or giving to someone who could use it.
I am extremely pleased with Proozy's prompt response and prompt resolution. Darcy was also professional and courteous.
This is an excellent example of great Customer Service with a new merchant for me. Thank you, Darcy and Proozy.
I recently purchased a mystery box and felt that one of the items was not as advertised. Reaching out to customer service proved to be quite efficient and their willingness to hear me out and work with me was outstanding. Proozy website is easy to navigate. After purchasing 3 golf shirts for my husband I realized that the size I selected was a Medium and should have been Large. My email to Customer Service received a quick response and I was given a few alternatives resulting in a positive outcome. A very good experience!
I thought I had bought two shirts on Proozy but ended up only getting one. I later realized that the code I put in didn't work, but not until I had received the one shirt. I reached out to Customer service, and they are sending me a shirt for free. I was really amazed! Great company and very honest!
Order some t- shirts for a good price 2/&20 and waited for them to arrive. When the arrived they were youth large not adult large? What? I tried to return and they wanted to subtract $10 for discount and $8.99 for return fee? They shipped the wrong size and I have to pay? Don't buy from this company! Rip off!
Ordered 2 each of Reebok shorts & T-shirts. Within wearing once the ReeBook trademark fell off, didn't take a washing but when I did wash them some seams came loose. Use them now as rags, expensive rags at that. Avoid Proozy Items.

I have ordered 3 times from Proozy. Two orders arrived and I couldn't be happier. I bought brand names at cheaper then Wal-Mart prices. My third order I somehow ordered the wrong size of two items. I emailed them at night about error and they corrected the mistake before shipping the next day. I couldn't be more satisfied with a company. I have recommended to my friend and I'm certain they too will have a great experience. The shipping is slightly delayed, just as Macys and other like stores are during the holidays but is not an issue for this old woman. Yes I'm 62 and I wear Under Armor, Adidas, Canada etc because they last. I'm certain you will like their clothes as well.
Have been ordering from Proozy for some time now. Always great brands at great prices. There's never a problem. And when I have a problem of my own creation, they quickly and happily solve it for me. I love the customer service response I get from Proozy!
Answer: Better luck selling ice to Eskimos with this! I've tried multiple times in the past along with using various methods only not to hear back from anyone let alone calling them just ends in a pointless voice-mail to which nobody will reach back out to you! Joke!

Answer: I ordered 2 pairs of shorts, but accidentally ordered the wrong size in one, and then submitted the order twice. I reached out and they waived the shipping fee for the return, and the shipping fee for the correct size shorts I had to re-order. They also made sure I got the same discount I had gotten when I first ordered the shorts. Fantastic!
