I ordered Nike sandals on October 31st, 2023, about two weeks later kept emailing them and the sent one email stating they have alot of orders. Now almost a month later they send me a email that they canceled my order to no stock on product! Like really will not be ordering from them ever again!

Customer service is excellent, and very responsive. All items I've received have been 100% authentic. I've gotten dozens of items from here and been satisfied with them all. I had ordered a coat for my daughter and then of course like a normal teenager she changed her mind on the color, I was able to contact their support about my order and they changed the color for me immediately without any hassle! Like another reviewer, I mis-ordered a size. I noticed right away and sent an email to customer service. They wrote back right away and asked for the correct size. They were able to make the adjustment before shipping. Great help!
I shop Proozy often and constantly find the best deals with the best discounts, but recently I had an experience where some of the items I purchased were not up to the standards advertised. I contacted Proozy and they immediately credited my credit card for the purchase and apologized but the items were not as pictured or advertised. Customer service like that will keep me coming back and finding great deals through Proozy!

Item was different as far as size and fabric from what was advertised. The company took a while to get back to me, but basically refused to give a refund.
I would definitely not recommend the company.
I recently purchased three shirts from Proozy. After the order arrived, I noticed that one of the shirts was not cut properly. I contacted Proozy's customer service group using their on-line contact feature. I was extremely pleased with their response time, less than 24 hours, and resolution of the problem, within 48 hours. The customer service representative I deal dealt with, Shantyza, was extremely helpful and professional as she worked to resolve the issue. Based on this experience I will not hesitate to use Proozy again; great selection, great prices and super customer support.
Great brands at great prices for core elements and more for your wardrobe. Have placed several orders with them for North Face items and work out clothes and have not been disappointed. Highly recommend!

I don't know how but somehow I ordered the wrong size. I discovered the next day when I was looking at my confirmation email. I immediately emailed the company and they were kind and immediately canceled my order so that I could order the correct size.
I have made this mistake before with other companies and would get no response or a response too late. Thrilled that they check their emails to help with speed.
I love this company. They have the best products at the best prices. Everything that I have brought from them has been excellent quality. Shipping is also fast. Also if u have any problems customer service is amazing. I would absolutely recommend Proozy if you love name brand clothes at discounted prices. #PFD Crystal Rich
Their customer service sucks. I tried emailing but never received a response. I did get a survey about how they did. Lol I also tried calling and a recording said they'll call back after 48 hours but never recieved a call. Infuriating
Took a very long time to get my order and the under Armour shirts were fake under Armour. You can see where the logos were ironed on (see iron marks) tags are not the same as real UA and cheap material used. Nice try proozy! You are a scam company!

I realized I ordered the wrong size. I emailed the company but unfortunately my order had already processed. They sent me a label for a free return so that once my order got here I could return it free of charge and reorder the correct size. They went above and beyond! Will definitely order again!
Bought a Under Armour polo that was too small and returned it. The shipping was 8.95 to ship it to Maryland and then they charged 8.95 to ship it back. So a 41.80 charged got a 23.50 return. Will not do business there again
I'm so pissed off I waited for an order that the North Face had no tags and is not the one pictured. I'm thinking Surprise maybe on the color but not the whole design. The one advertised had a hood and was longer. This appears to be an Osito style knock off. The stitching is not the same as my other North Face I bought from Macy's. I knew the price was to good to be true.
Ordered an item that was extremely damaged and couldn't be worn. Nails showing in foot bed. Left several messages, no one got back to me. I kept calling until I got someone. They finally gave me a code to use Happy Returns to return these. Went to return the item and the code did not work, twice. Called several times more, with no answer or return call or message reply. I then got a message that they don't use Happy Returns anymore (yet they sent me a return code) and I'd have to send back USPS with a return label sent in a separate email. After they already inconvenienced me, sent a return code with no intention of it working. I Never got the email and return USPS label either. Seems scammy to me. Beware!
Placed an order and realized that the free shipping promo did not process and got charged for shipping. I emailed Proozy right away and Laquetta immediately refunded the shipping cost. Very quick response and great customer service!

Love the deals on name brand products. I had to return a few things and was easy. Recently just placed an order and ordered the wrong sizes and I emailed them right away. They canceled the order within an hour.
I've ordered many time through Proozy and sometimes the orders had complications. The customer service has always been responsive, supportive, easy to reach and helpful. Would highly recommend Proozy for great deals and even better customer service.
Answer: Better luck selling ice to Eskimos with this! I've tried multiple times in the past along with using various methods only not to hear back from anyone let alone calling them just ends in a pointless voice-mail to which nobody will reach back out to you! Joke!

Answer: I ordered 2 pairs of shorts, but accidentally ordered the wrong size in one, and then submitted the order twice. I reached out and they waived the shipping fee for the return, and the shipping fee for the correct size shorts I had to re-order. They also made sure I got the same discount I had gotten when I first ordered the shorts. Fantastic!
