Not a fan of a business that charges you a return fee. The item didn't fit and so I loose 7.00? Won't shop there again bc of that.
I also did not get a confirming email when I ordered.

I thought I ordered a spyder black hoodie XL but noticed on my order email it stated size L I called up customer service and fixed the problem and also gave priority shipping this is a company I will order again with and you can't beat their prices.

This site does not allow you to download or print return shipping labels. They will falsely tell you that their site is down and they will email you a return label. Complete SCAM!

I ordered a winter coat (incredible deal, btw) and it had a defect on the branding patch on the sleeve. The (prominent) logo patch on the sleeve reads "Canada Weather Gea" - without the 'r' in 'Gear'. I realize in the grand scheme of things this is not impacting the wearability of the coat, however, it does make it appear to be a 'knock-off' and not an authentic article of clothing.

I contacted customer support (and attached a picture of the defect) and Caleb's immediate response was to (first) apologize for the defective item being shipped to me; (second), immediately place an order for a replacement; and (third), email me a pre-paid return label to send the defective coat back to them.

This is the kind of company that I (and I would think that almost everyone) wants to do business with. The only somewhat negative thing is that it takes several days to process and ship an order - however, that used to be considered 'normal' -- and we have to remember that not all companies are giant entities that have tons of employees at their beck and call. The important thing is that they try to 'get it right', and if its not, they fix it. Take a look at their site and jump on their deals - great prices for name brand clothing.

A big kudos to Proozy customer service. I thought I misordered the correct sizes, I contacted Proozy and they were very helpful with my order, also very quick to respond. I highly recommend Proozy.

I made a purchase three under armor shirts shipped for $42 through brads deals and I only received one shirt and I have contacted them 50 times

I love this site! It's name brand, quality clothing and accessories for the whole family! I cannot find these prices at discount stores!

Did not receive clothing. Blaming on FEDEX. Filling out AFFADAVIT to prove my statement against carrier. Do not fill I will get my money back after seeing this.
