Too bad 0 isn't available
December 16, 2015

Timely delivery is a joke. Customer service non-existent. Use FTD or 1800Flowers instead.

TERRIBLE!
December 14, 2015

They completely ruined my anniversary they delivered my gift to my husbands work 2 WEEKS EARLY! LIKE ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! Will never do business with this company again. Was very expensive but i thought I would be okay with that because I thought they would be hand delivered as promised by the lady on the phone but they were delivered in a box! Something any other company could do so why would
I spend the money to have Proflowers do it if they weren't going to deliver them in person!? Their customer service didn't speak a lick of English and then handed me off to someone else pretending her department didn't do what I needed. She was just illiterate. Anyways I was promised they would be delivered on the day I picked when I asked why they were shipping it so early. What is the point of picking a date if they are just going to do whatever they want anyways? SO ANNOYED 100$ and my husband just received in front of his whole work his anniversary gift 2 weeks before his anniversary!

Two orders... Neither were even remotely comparable to web site pictures of what I ordered! I am embarrassed that they delivered such pathetic floral arrangements! Add insult to injury... They were delivered 2 and 3 days LATE! Will NOT order again from PROFLOWERS!

I do not recommend this place. I sent flowers from abroad to CA. It was much more expensive than advertised (for handling and shipping I ended up paying twice the amount advertised). The flower bouquet my friend finally got was very different from the picture. Please compare the two pictures.

The did not deliver the flowers for a birthday until days later. They then sent me a gift card which I used but they charged a rush charge and several other fees which may the gift card worthless. It would have been cheaper for my the place the order without the gift card. Thanks for making my second purchase worse than the first!

I ordered a flower arrangement to be delivered on 11/9/2015, No one contacted me, even after I called them on 11/9/2015 to check on the order and they stated it was on it's way. I called back to check status on 11/10/2015 and was told it was going out that day. Later in the day, the day AFTER the order was supposed to be delivered I received and email that I needed to choose something else. What I had ordered, that was shown on their PROFLOWERS web site was not available. I ended up cancelling my order and contacting a local florist who did a great job! However, PROFLOWERS charged my credit card for the order even though THEY could not deliver it! NEVER EVER ORDER FROM PROFLOWERS! AND their customer service is NO HELP! FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!

The last two orders have been a total disaster! What was portrayed on the website was totally not what was delivered. The recipient was not responsive since there was one or two buds that were actually flowers. Three days later, the rest bloomed, then died within two days thereafter.
This last order was a disappointment as well. One half (chocolate covered strawberries) arrived, but the 12 red roses failed to materialize at the same time. An order should be delivered as one unit since that's the way I ordered, but to no avail. My S/O was tickled with the chocolates, but when I asked about the roses, she just said, "Roses? Flowers? What flowers?"
I'm done with this company and will no longer do business with ProFlowers. Bad experiences!

Bouquets look cheap
November 9, 2015

See the attached image. What I ordered and what was received look nothing alike. One was supposed to be 100 blooms. Clearly there is nothing near that in the real bouquet.

Ordered a sympathy basket for my daughters fiance and family. We are in Maryland, they are in California. My daughter happened to be on facetime with him when the basket arrived. If I hadn't seen the picture I wouldn't have believed it. I was actually embarrassed that my name was on the card! I understand substitutions, but the basket I ordered was described as "dishgarden is comprised of an array of stunning, lush plants and white Peruvian lilies in a sweet woodchip basket, adorned with a white ribbon" It was NONE of that. No array of plants, no lilies or any flower whatsoever, not even a stinking bow! Pathetic! I called Proflowers and was told the florist in California was closed... at 3pm? They assured me they would take care of this today; they would take back the basket they delivered and replace it. I also left a message on Proflowers facebook page and they asked me to email them the info, which I did. Well, today is over and still NOTHING. Nothing at all. Then the rep tells me they don't deliver on Sunday, yet my email that I'm attaching below, clearly states it was to be delivered on Sunday! Before I ordered I reviewed Proflowers, 1800flowers, and FTD and Proflowers had the best reviews... the other ones must be sending weeds because I don't know how it could be any worse!

NEVER AGAIN!
October 24, 2015

I ordered the lavender Napa Vally blooming plant for my mother in Atlanta. THREE DAYS after delivery, I see a photo of it, and there were ABSOLUTELY NO LILY BLOOMSon the entire plant! This is the second time ProFlowers.com has screwed up my order, so my answer to them is NEVER AGAIN!

Yesterday I was trying to order a $29 bouquet but abandoned my shopping cart because the $20 same day delivery fee did not show up until the last page of the checkout. Then Proflowers sent me an email with a 10% off coupon and a free vase, so I placed an order this morning. The code didn't work, but I proceeded with my order since they were for someone being discharged from the hospital today.

I placed the order at 8:30 this morning, and then this afternoon at 2:30PM I get an email notification that my order will be delayed a day even though I paid for same day shipping. I even selected the florist's choice bouquet to make it easier for delivery, but that didn't help at all. This whole experience has been like a bait and switch. Nothing that was promised was delivered.

AVOID PROFLOWERS.

We ordered flowers on Sunday for delivery to my Aunt's Funeral the following Tuesday at 2P.M. The arrangement consisted of half carnations and half Tulips and cost $139.09.
On Tuesday at 2:45P.M. We received a call that the flowers could not be delivered! None of their so called customer service people could tell us why. One of them actually said "it doesn't matter as Tulips aren't available in the summer time" what an incredible lack of understanding and tact. If Tulips weren't available why didn't they tell us that at the time of the order instead of taking our order and money. Why did we hear nothing from them all day Monday, why wait until it is to late on Tuesday?
They said we are so sorry and will deliver flowers to my Aunt's home for 50% of the cost of the order. UNBELIEVABLE! Only half sorry it seems.
We asked for a refund and were told on the phone and by email that a full refund would be made. Another lie. They have only refunded $109.99. They will investigate what happened to the $30.
This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. They have no concept of good customer service or it seems truth.
If you are sending flowers avoid ProFlowers!

Ordering from pro flowers is like buying a new computer for your wife, you order it... they ship it to her... but she has to completely assemble it... because it comes in a pile of parts... this is not how flowers should be delivered. They should be delivered already cut, already arranged, already in the vase. Because there is no wow factor for the recipient when she has to put the pieces together like a puzzle. I wish I can get a do over, for the woman I love. Instead I am ashamed of how I embarrassed her in front of her Co workers.

I have ordered flowers from them before and were satisfied the last two times. That was how they got my email and gave me a promotion for an order for my mom's bday. My mother lives in Florida while I live in California. I thought the purchase of 39.99 worth of 2 dozen roses plus a free purple vase and chocolate was a great deal. After I entered all the needed information on the computer, the total was $69.99. I was ok with it, after all, it was for my mom's bday. Then, finally on the day of my mom's birthday, the flowers was not delivered by 4:00 p.m. I called and asked about it. The customer service person explained that truly that was Fedex, and their time to deliver is between 9:00-8:00 pm. So finally the flowers were delivered at about 5 something in the evening. The chocolate was melted, the water in the case was boiling hot! So you can imagine what the flowers look like! This is the final and last time I order from them! I am completely unhappy with their service!

They delivered on the appointed day tulips that were all pale white and yellow, nothing like their representation. I complained and they did send replacement (which is the reason I gave them 2 stars), but the replacement flowers were still not colorful or vibrant. These were tulips, which should be colorful.

I won't order from them again.

Overpriced, trash.
May 12, 2015

I ordered my mother flowers for mothers day. ProFlowers.com did not accurately represent the product and tacked on a hidden fee of 13.00! The contractor that handled the order for them delivered substandard flowers in the wrong container! And they have a dummy e mail account so you cannot contact them about their shoddy product. Don't waste your time.

I have used them several times (was probably too lazy to seek alternatives) the quality has always been poor (half dead unarranged flowers with no hydration bulb to keep them fresh). This mothers day I saw my mother in laws delivery (1 from pro flowers 1 from flowers.com) and it became very clear. The flowers.com delivery looked beautiful even in the box (nicely arranged carefully packaged in tissue with a hydration bulb), by comparison the pro flowers delivery looked half dead, not arranged and without hydration. Nothing like a side by side product comparison to sort out the weeds from the roses!
