I need a refund immediately. I am on hold for the 3rd time today on the phone, have already been transferred and disconnected several times.

CS could care less and obviously lied to me. I looked like a fool to my lado love dearly. I can screw my own life with out an assistant costing me $85 bucks.

If you used a credit card then call them to file a dispute. This company will never refund your money.
