DONT TRUST THIS WEBSITE
February 14, 2025

Please do yourself as a favor and never purchase flowers through this company ever again. This is the second year I gave it a second try and they delivered flowers that did not reflect or look similar to the pictures. Look at these pictures. I paid $140 for the deluxe flowers for Valentine's Day for my wife 2 weeks prior and this is what I got. When I contacted them to complain, the customer service representative informed me to wait 4-6 hours for them to bloom. It's been well over that time and these flowers look like garbage. This is the picture they advertised and this is what we received. They said they could only refund me $25. Also, I want to note that these flowers are suppose to come from a local flower shop near you and my flowers were shipped from Philly and we live in Boston. This is honestly the worst customer service I've ever received in my life, and I'm a small business owner. This company is disgusting and literally doesn't not give two $#*!s about giving their customers quality flowers especially given the expensive amount their charging people. Mind you, I gave them s second chance. Never again. Literally will ensure every I know never spends a dime on this $#*!ty company/website again.

Have ordered from PROFLOWERS before and been happy; so ordered for a friend for her birthday and requested she send me a photo... glad I did. Nothing like what I ordered and paid for! Definitely not worth $100 for a PREMIUM upgraded bouquet. Called PROFLOWERS and requested A FULL REFUND. They wanted to do another flower delivery...NO! A 30% discount... NO! I wanted a full refund!
First photo is what I ordered online; second is what they received! Not even close!

Ok. I ordered and paid for same day delivery. Confirmed. Money given … Oh wait. Not same day now three day window…O wait! The florist they use is actually booked with rejected my order… huh? Then same thing day after day. It's a joke and very frustrating. Lies. BS. After four days of being lied to I cancelled the 160 dollar order. No flowers. No good feelings all around.

Scam!
June 6, 2024

I am surprised these people are still in business. I ordered $150.00 for flowers, a card and balloon for mother's day. My mother stay in another state from me. When she got her package, the flowers were dead. Look like they picked them from somewhere on the side of the road. Thanks for ruining a special day for my mother. Karma will get you people for taking money and not delivering. They better hope nobody come to that place of business and end up face to face with somebody.I rate them no stars that's how bad they are!

I ordered a bouquet of cut flowers in a square vase to be sent to a funeral home that was from 3 of my family members. Pictured below. With shipping it Cost us $79. When we arrived at the funeral home we found them (finally) in the back of the room on a little table. The recipients thought I had dropped off this vase and flowers because of the hand written note and the size of the flowers. They weren't remotely like what I ordered and the value was probably more like $9.99 from a grocery store! So embarrassing. Do not use ProFlowers!

Extremely Unhappy
July 27, 2024

We picked out a beautiful bouquet as a 'thank you' to our friend… e-mails are sent to update you on the order… the last one I received said 'We've got this'. Well, they don't got this… arrangement was supposed to be delivered yesterday & still hasn't been delivered:O

I was offered a $14 refund on a 95.00 purchase :( So, after some 'negotiations' I was offered 50% and a discount for 'Next time' - there will NOT be a next time with this poor service

I rarely get flowers so I was super excited when I did! Although it seemed they were packed well, two buds were completely detached-so down to 10. So many petals fell off just trimming the stems and putting them in the vase that they looked more like baby roses. I called customer service and they sent another batch. No better! Again, although packed differently, still two bugs were completely detached. They were indeed fuller with less petals falling off while putting in case, less then 28 hrs after, petals were all over the floor and they were wilting. If they were bought in the store for $19.99 I wouldn't be as upset, but I looked online, so I know my boyfriend spend way more then that. Very disappointed!

Funeral

They were late to my mothers service! They walked in after it had already started! How is that possible, I placed the order a week in advance. I should have read these reviews before I placed with this company.
I tried to resolve this with them but they have ignored me.

I spent $250 for a valentines day delivery for my wife. I submitted the order on February 1st thinking everything would be fine... WRONG. At 2pm on valentines day (February 14th) I was notified that the gifts would not be delivered. I discussed and pleaded with the customer service rep to no avail. That's when he told me that not only would they not be delivered on that day, they would in fact be 2 WHOLE DAYS LATE. I was mortified and my wife was highly disappointed as her coworkers received their gifts but she did not. I've had several purchases with proflowers, but this was my last. For my inconvenience... they offered me a $10 coupon off my next delivery... yea... go ahead and keep that one guys. Completely unacceptable service.

I ordered a sympathy arrangement from Proflowers for next day delivery. I received a confirmation and tracking number. After the promised delivery date I received a note that they were unable to complete the order as they couldn't assign it to a local florist. I was offered the opportunity to try again with a 3 day delivery window and a whopping $10 incentive coupon. No thanks! I found a local florist who did a great job.

Valentines Failure!
February 16, 2024

ProFlowers appears to be using grocery store flower departments as their "florists" in Dallas - so expect grocery store quality. Additionally, they managed to not get my Valentines Day order to my wife on the 14th.
Then, when the order was delivered on the 15th… the order was wrong - no stuffed animal as per the order and a so-so mixed bouquet in a bland vase.
They have promised a full refund, but we'll see…

If I could have given 0 stars I would have. Never will use them ever again. Never got a phone call or a message to tell me my order was canceled. The only way I found out my order was canceled was because I called to verify a time frame of the delivery. On Valentines day. Had I not been on my game I would have sat back and expected that my wife received her flowers. Thank god I had a back up plan. Fortunately for Proflowers no one will probably see this review therefore they will continue to be absolutely trash and continue to mess up peoples days.

Embarrassing
May 9, 2021

More than $100 and what arrived at my mother's door on the other side of the country was embarrassing. My mom actually said, "Must have been a new company or something" when I asked her how they were. Sad floral predators.

My daughter ordered me tulips for Mother's Day. They arrived almost dead. I called and requested a new delivery. It never came. Had to call again. Hopefully this time I will get my flowers and in "good" condition.

Poor quality of plant
February 17, 2020

Ordered a low maintenance plant for my wife for V-day. Showed up broken with brown and yellow leaves. When she came in on Monday it was mostly black and dead. Got a full refund after calling in but will never order from them again.

To say that I was disappointed and embarrassed... oh ya! I bought a Groupon for ProFlowers. Beware they add crazy delivery charges... care charge... blah blah... My total purchase price of almost $70 looked like a $5 bunch from a gas station! Most of the flowers were either wilted or petals were scarred. I've added a photo...

Negative Stars

Crap product. Lousy customer service. Live plant never really sprouted. The few that did fell over dead. Very disappointing Mothers Day gift. Paid Mothers Day prices. Should do better than this. Tried to contact customer service several times. No return call or email.

Received an email at 3 PM on the birthday/date flowers were to be delivered. It said, "whoops we can't do it after all, sorry! Here's $10 to make up for it and we'll deliver it within the next 3 days" Not sure about the florists involved but in my family, birthdays are not a 3 day event. What on earth? I had my phone number on the order, TWICE. So, let me make the embarrassing phone call that says, "I really did order flowers" SO annoying. There was an incident once a few years ago with ProFlowers -flowers to all the women in the office and one never arrived. AWKWARD. I assumed that was assured that was a one time problem. Things happen. OK. I get it. BUT you have my number, call and let me know prior to late afternoon that you can't do your job. I mean, HELLO! What trick was I supposed to pull out of my hat at that time of day? SUPER disappointed. Back to calling a florist directly.

Infuriated!
May 9, 2020

First, I received an email stating that the flowers were shipped without the vase I ordered. Second, my mother received 2 dozen rotten, wilted, dead roses. One bud was broken off the stem. During this pandemic we are all currently a hostage of, 24 beautiful roses would certainly brighten an elderly woman that hasn't left her house in 6 weeks day, right? But NO... thank you ProFlowers for sending my mother DEAD flowers for Mother's Day! To the moron that thought that THOSE particular flowers were perfect and proceeded to place them in the box for shipment, get another job... or get your eyes checked. Or simply ask yourself, "would these roses be nice enough for my mother"? If your answer is yes, you either hate your mother, your mother is Joan Crawford or perhaps she just has poor eyesight. NEVER again will I buy from ProFlowers... I'll hand pick dandelions and strap them to a homing pigeon as I'm certain they'd arrive in better condition.
