I ordered flowers for a family member who experienced a significant loss. I was allowed to selected delivery for two days later, however the next day someone called and said they couldn't deliver until SEVEN DAYS later. I asked to cancel the order and she tried to talk me out of it and accept the much later delivery date. Seriously? You want me to accept an additional FIVE days for a grief delivery? That was kind of insulting. Also, this is my second significantly bad experience with ProFlowers - last year I ordered flowers for a friend who'd lost her father. What was delivered was a sloppy bouquet from the grocery store stuffed in a cheap glass vase, delivered in a black garbage bag with a very poorly hand written note. I complained with pictures and two days later the proper flowers were delivered, but still. That's twice and I'm done.

The process of ordering was easy, and delivery was on time. But the flower arrangement is far from what I ordered. It doesn't look the same at all! Why would the florist deliver flowers that don't look like anything I asked for? I can send you pictures, and you will see the big difference!

Ordered flowers to be delivered a specific day and it delivered the following day. Have ordered from ProFlowers many times before and didn't have this issue before. The flowers were beautiful and luckily it didn't need to exactly deliver on the day specified but just glad that it hadn't needed it to.

First website is horrible. Took at least5 times to start over with all details because website order form did not hold what was filled out while I had to skip out to look up info. Not good! 2nd: when confirmation came, later, the final total did not include the $20 discount promo! 3rd: Once that was kindly corrected…. Recipient sent picture of what was received: instead of Gourdaceous fall arrangement in orange pumpkin container, she received a pastel arrangement with blush pink flowers in a glass vase! Wrong! So, I am very dissatisfied! And not the first time problems have occurred!

As always, the ProFlowers ordering experience was great and the arrangement was great, what there was of it. Yet, I was disappointed in the size of the arrangement I ordered. I "supersized" my order to get the largest size I could get for this arrangement. But what arrived looked like the lowest end of the size scale. Feel like I paid a bunch extra for nothing.

I bought a beautiful bouquet of flowers for my mother's 83rd birthday. To say that she was overjoyed being an understatement. Mother told me they were the most beautiful flowers she had ever received. Mom was very happy. That makes me a happy camper as that was the goal I was reaching for.

Didnt receive the flowers ordered for my anniversary. You showed them as delivered, offered to provide proof, which never came. Then I get a call from a flower delivery person 5 days after the delivery date, asking how to find my house. Seriously WTF, they were 6 days late and given wrong information. I told the delivery driver to not bother. I NEED A 100 % REFUND ASAP.

I ordered the Nature Walk Bouquet - Premium. The photo looked great, paid for the largest bouquet I could get. Big with Sunflowers, Roses and Mums. What she received was NOTHING like what I ordered. I did not see one sun flower, plenty of cheap filler flowers, and 1 heirloom mum that looked like it would be dead within a day. The florist was nice and called ahead to make sure someone was there for delivery, she was Very nice, but that flower was not what was advertised.

Answer: CS could care less and obviously lied to me. I looked like a fool to my lado love dearly. I can screw my own life with out an assistant costing me $85 bucks.
Answer: You're going to have to call to see if the recipient even received them. When I ordered from ProFlowers, the flowers were never delivered and when I contacted customer service I was told they couldn't be delivered until 4 days after the event for which I ordered them. Customer service did not see the issue and felt this was nothing more than an inconvenience. I would suggest shopping elsewhere.
Answer: I paid over 100 for twelve on Mother's Day and never received them …… Hopefully I get my money back … Buyer beware
