I have flown Volaris using CBX ( cross border express) several times and I really love not having to drive into TJ to catch a flight, but I have to say their website can scam you on checked bag luggage fees, several times I have purchased checked baggage and have them take my money, but the checked baggage purchases did not show up on my itinerary or my ticket, every time I have called Volaris or chatted with them via WhatsApp or called their phone number they refused to give me a refund, saying they don't give refunds on check bags even if you purchased it and they didn't deliver, blatant scam!
So fair warning if you purchase a checked bag via their website it may not show up on your itinerary or your ticket, and you may be told you have to purchase again for whatever reason.

Here is what I've learned when purchasing tickets through volaris and checked bags, if you purchase tickets on volaris.com and add a checked bag and you change your flight or the time of your flight with the same reservation number you will lose all your checked bags fees that you paid and you'll have to re-purchase every time, and they will not refund you or forward the baggage fees you already paid to the modified flight even if you purchase the option to be able to change your flight, this is what's happened to me several time.

When researching prior lawsuits Volaris was fined $130,000 for not disclosing luggage fees. Are they still hiding luggage fees people paying and not getting the product? I do not know If Volaris is aware of this problem of people paying for checked bags but not showing on the ticket and your credit card has been debited and when calling volaris said they do not show a purchase when the consumer clearly has proof, if Volaris reads this I hope they know that you can't take peoples money and not deliver the product, you can't offer a website to be able to change flights and then take away all the extras they've already purchased when the customer is using the same reservation, this is My two cents It's frustrating that you cannot even make them understand the issue, They refused to hear a wall goes up.

Hmmm it's not worth it believe me I e been playing everyday for a month and only won $5.

I ordered a new air-conditioner and never received it, it's been over a month no contact from this company. And no way to contact them except for a false email there's no phone number listed, when I called my credit card company to file a dispute, the phone number listed on my statement for this website does not work, the contact information on the website is False, please don't send your money to this company won't get your product and you'll never see it again it's a big scam SCAM!
If POLIESNT reads this, You are a bad bad company and should be ashamed

This company does not deliver (no pun intended) I ordered flowers for Mother's Day flowers were not delivered no guarantee on Mother's Day was supposed to be redelivered the next day was not delivered schedule another date to be redelivered was not delivered total of three deliveries, literally on my 4th delivery day
All they do is apology and no recommendations to credit my account
