Ordered flowers for my wife's birthday today that was not delivered. No call from these idiots to say the couldn't find a florist in Atlanta! Don't waste your time with theses people. Absolute garbage.
Unbelievably poor service. I searched for the best online florists and the article cited proflowers.com as the best same- or next-day delivery. The website gave me several options in the zip code I entered.
I paid $214 to have a wreath delivered to a funeral the next morning and received a confirmation email saying they'd let me know when they delivered the wreath. At about 11:05, I realized I hadn't received a confirmation email, so I called their 800 number.
The "customer service" rep barely spoke English and was incapable of providing answers if they weren't in her pre-written script. After putting me on hold through the duration of the funeral, she came back and said, "Turns out the $214 wreath you purchased will not be available today, and even if we had it, the funeral has already started, so..." as if I somehow wouldn't know that it was too late to deliver to the church. That's pretty much why I called.
I asked when and how I would have learned that the wreath I paid $214 for next-day delivery was delivered. She couldn't answer because it wasn't in her pre-written script; but she was kind enough to inform me that the funeral had already started. Because she offered no solutions (or apologies), I asked for a supervisor and was put on hold for another several minutes.
Because we'd totally missed the funeral by now, they offered to let me change the delivery address and a "partial refund" for their complete ineptitude. SERIOUSLY?!
DO NOT ORDER FROM PROFLOWERS.COM IF YOU EXPECT TO GET WHAT YOU WANT, WHEN YOU WANT IT. Unless you just have a ton of time to kill and a bottle of Valium.
Ordered 2 dozen roses a week before my anniversary. On my anniversary I kept checking the status of my order and it never changed. I emailed waited on the phone for almost an hour and it was never answered. I finally got someone by chat. They offered to resend the order. I asked for compensation and they offered $20. I asked for more my order was over $50 and they come back with $25. I told them to refund me. The guy I was chatting with thought he was giving me some great deal. I told him I would start posting my own reviews.
I wished I read these reviews before my order was placed. I ordered a birthday bouquet for my sister's birthday on 8/19/19. Just a very simple arrangement with a scheduled deliver on her actual date of birth 8/2019. The flower arrangement did not arrived. I called the customer several times and was disonnected and eventally placed on hold for 20 minutes. The service was difficult to undestanding and basically of no help. I will never. Never do any future business with Proflowers.
My son sent my wife some flowers for Mother's Day (Stargazer Lilies and Iris) which she received on Tuesday, May 14th. One of our two cats ate a piece of 3 leaves (I have pictures if you want them) and according to our vet and tons of other public information, this flower is toxic to cats!
Our vet told us to call the ASPCA Poison Control before taking her to a hospital. We did, at a cost of $65 and they created a file. We then took the cat to Mount Laurel Animal Hospital in NJ where she was immediately admitted. The vet explained that not only is the plant toxic, so is every part of it including the pollen. It causes kidney failure.
We picked up our cat the next day although they did say she should stay another night but $1,081.81 plus the $65.00 was enough of a financial burden and the estimate for 2 nights was $2,801.23. They did say her test results were ok so we felt comfortable taking her home.
When I called their customer service agent, he did not seem overly concerned but said he would escalate my inquiry to the home office and if I did not hear back in a day or so, I should call again. I heard nothing so I called back and send copies of bills and photos to another agent. I was told they would get back to me in a timely manner and as almost 3 months of lip service and fabrications has passed, I am posting this wherever I can.
There are two issues here:
First, I believe that anyone ordering lilies in general for someone should be asked if there are animals in the household. It makes sense and this policy should not be too hard to initiate. I'm certain their ordering system could be programed to create an alert to whoever is taking the order to ask the question.
Secondly, I feel I should be reimbursed by this company for the medical expenses.
Hope someone reads this and stays away from this company. They might like flowers but could care less about animals.
How do they stay in business?
I just received a floral bouquet from ProFlowers.com. It was HORRIBLE! It was so squished in the box that there was no way to fluff it up. The flowers had already begun to wilt and brown. And it was the ugliest arrangement I've ever seen - literally, the ugliest - a few very sad roses, something else that was about half dead, and several green things on stems that looked like clumps of grass. I won't tell the woman who sent them to me because she would be so embarrassed by what we received.
I went on their website to give them feedback, went through the entire process of typing it in and hit submit. Then I received a message that "feedback" was not available.
I have got this delivery rescheduled twice and the guys don't show up
Very disappointed.
Also the contact center is in some foreign location and
The Csrs have very poor English; they don't under stand our English and just read from
Manuals and scripts.
The English is very accented and cannot understand what they say.
You have lost my future businesses and earned some negative reviews all over Social media. YES!
Also the CSRs kept on putting me on hold after hold
They don't know what they are doing or they know very well how to cheat people
This company should be tried. Also when I asked the csr, where they were located. They refused to divulge including the supervisors and the manager.
NASTY COMPANY... STAY AWAY!
I would give big zero. I am
Giving them a five so people can read it as many of 4 and 5 rated reviews are touted and shown off and mainly faked also by such companies.
Unbelievable. Same story as many on here, ordered flowers for my mother-in-law for Mother's Day. Flowers NEVER delivered. No refund. I took the survey (since calling customer service is a joke) and was only sent a $25 coupon to use on my next order. AS IF I'LL EVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. I even had the same situation happen with Just Flowers, and while they were a pain to deal with too, (also never delivered flowers), they were at least able to give me a full refund without too much hassle in a reasonable amount of time. Which would make me CONSIDER using them again.
Unfortunately for ProFlowers, that's not the case. I will NEVER ever order from them again. Which is a shame, because I did have two pretty good experiences with them in the past. But this one is so bad, I intend on doing my very best to make sure that I tell as many people as possible to avoid using this service.
I ordered same day delivery for flowers to be waiting for my mom following emergency surgery - paid the additional service fee too. I was told I'd recieve an email when they were delivered. At 6:20PM I called because I hadnt recieved an update, only to learn that the local florist had none of the materials for the bouquet. It's ridiculous that I had to call them to find out and then they didnt even offer to refund my same day delivery fee - they only offered to have something else delivered the following day. What a joke. I'll never use thier services again.
If I could give pro flowers no stars I would. I received a bouquet of lilies from pro flowers. I was home when the box arrived and opened it right away, and the lilies were HORRIBLE. What a waste of money. Some of the lilies were missing petals, but most of them were smashed/crunched, just dreadful. They lilies looked too old to be shipped out, and were not packaged well.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
This is about the third time in as many orders that I have placed and I can assure you that I will never use them again. I ordered flowers to be delivered for my anniversary. The flowers were ordered nearly a week in advanced and paid for. Come the date of delivery, no delivery was made. Since this was a Saturday, I had to wait until Monday to call for assistance. Calling on Monday provide a very frustrating experience. They kept telling me that the information I was providing about the billing account was inaccurate and I told them that I was not sure what the issue was, but that they had no issue with taking the money from my bank account. After about 20 minutes, three requests to speak with a supervisor - all denied, they said they had contacted the Florist and the delivery would be made by 3:00 PM. I arrive at 6:00 PM and still no flowers. Call again, and they are again terribly sorry but my name does not match what is shown on the account, so I went through the same story again, and again, they said they are so sorry and they would contact the Florist to have the flowers delivered. Is it so hard to ensure that the product is delivered. I have no idea what the product will look like once it arrives, if it ever does, but I can assure you I will never, ever place an order with them again. Oh and by the way, I asked for the address of the company and the CEO and the customer service said they were not allowed to give out this information. Someone explain that one to me, cause I have no idea why a customer service agent could not provide an address to send correspondence to, but I guess when you outsource customer service that is what you get. You certainly do not get what you paid for!
Heres the -mail I just sent them:
I placed an order to be delivered on Mothers's day. I accepted the flexible shipping which would allow for delivery a day early. Today I wake up to an email saying that the order will be a day late and totally miss Mother's day.
This is completely unacceptable! If you cannot meet your commitments then should be up-front about it and not accept the order and take money.
Now It is too late for me to make other plans.
This is the second (and the last) time I have tried your service. The first time the flowers were delivered half dead. And now this.
I will NEVER use this service again and will be spreading the word among my friends, family, and co-workers about how awful pro-flowers is.
Thanks for ruining Mothers's Day.
See photos attached. They show what was delivered as well as what was supposed to be delivered. Delivery did not match what was ordered. Customer service was not helpful at all.
MIL flowers arrived half dead. Received an email you would replace or refund. I wanted to replace, and got an email saying there is nothing you can do for me. Which is it? Terrible.
After sending my wife a junky, half dead arrangement for mother's day, Proflowers canceled my mother's arrangement because they were too busy! Actually, given the awful quality of my wife's, it was for the better. I will never use them again.
My daughter's birthday paid $80 for flowers when she got them they were nothing but ferns and greenery 2 Nothing like what I ordered. They said they would correct it then they didn't they are liars
From You Flowers didn't deliver my moms flowers on Saturday before Mother's Day. This was due to them unable to reach my mom due to the phone# was typed incorrectly. They delivered my moms beautiful bouquet on Tuesday and gave me a full refund. I thought this was amazing and I will be ordering in the future. My apology to the manager for my F-Bombs over the phone, truly sorry.
I do not explain much. Just see the attached photo. Did not get the flowers on time and did not get the flowers that was advertised. You judge from the pictures.
I ordered flowers from pro flowers for my wife.
They arrived on time.
But the flowers were not what I ordered, the vase was not what I ordered and the card that I paid $4 extra for was hand written and completely illegible.
I sent 6 emails, I called the number I received in the email from them. I was placed on hold 3 times and finally told they were going to transfer me to another department.
I then was placed on hold again fo 30 minutes.
I called a different number and was greeted by someone who asked for my order#. Then spoke so fast and in such a strong accent I could not understand a word she was saying.
Pro flowers is a complete scam and I will never use them again.
There is a reason they do not have a review section on their website.
In the end, I chalk it up to lesson learned. But costly.
I ended up spending $64 for a bunch of flowers I could have gotten from a gas station for $10.
Do yourself a favor and do not use ProFlowers!
Photos are what I ordered, and what I received.
Also screenshot of time on hold trying to speak with a representative. 1 star because the option of - 1,000 was not available.
I forgot to order flowers for my mom on time for Easter. Scrambled the internet to find someone willing to send flowers next day on Easter Sunday. No one could, except, supposedly ProFlowers. They charged standard delivery $14.99, plus next day charge of $4.97 and Weekend charge of $4.99 totaling just under $25 just for delivery, not even the flowers. I didn't want to forget my mom for Easter, so it was worth the charge. That is, until there was NO DELIVERY! I called Monday after Easter, was on hold for 36 minutes with no answer. Emailed, after a couple hours, no answer. Called again. Finally got through. Obviously a foreign call center. Could not understand the person. Got someone else on the phone who spoke a little better English. They didn't have florists that delivered in her area (my mom is NOT rural). If they don't have florists to deliver in the zip code, why does the computer online order program even accept an order? They couldn't answer that. They didn't have a florist to deliver flowers in that area but they had no problem charging my credit card IMMEDIATELY upon ordering. I had problems with ProFlowers a few years back and vowed never to use them again. I was in a bind, they appeared to be the only ones who could deliver on Easter, so I thought maybe they can redeem themselves. So wrong! In my opinion, they are a fraudulent company, charging for orders they have no way to deliver. They said they are going to refund my money, issued an email, but we will see. I will definitely dispute the charge once it goes off pending if they didn't refund.
Answer: CS could care less and obviously lied to me. I looked like a fool to my lado love dearly. I can screw my own life with out an assistant costing me $85 bucks.
Answer: You're going to have to call to see if the recipient even received them. When I ordered from ProFlowers, the flowers were never delivered and when I contacted customer service I was told they couldn't be delivered until 4 days after the event for which I ordered them. Customer service did not see the issue and felt this was nothing more than an inconvenience. I would suggest shopping elsewhere.
Answer: I paid over 100 for twelve on Mother's Day and never received them …… Hopefully I get my money back … Buyer beware
