I ordered flowers for my mother for her birthday. They did not arrive as scheduled. That night I got a tracking number saying they would arrive the next day. After several lengthy times on hold with no luck on the arrival date, I waited and called the next day. I finally got through a day after the arrival date. The flowers were still not delivered. The person on the other end conveniently could not hear me when he discovered I had a complaint and was upset with the service. He ended up hanging up on me and cancelling my order, which I did not ask him to do. My Mother is out of a birthday gift and I lost time and gained annoyance dealing with nonsense. This company did not stand by its promise to deliver on time, then canceled my order when they did not like me stating my frustration with their poor service.

Since I had already ordered a mother's day present over a month ago and still have no tracking number for it I needed to order something last minute with only 10 days so I checked on ProFlowers and they gave me the option for mother's day delivery expedited order so I paid the $20 for expedited delivery what should have been here on May 8th it's now May 9th I've called since yesterday I've emailed and I try to do live chat none of them have responded so I called the line back and click on the option to make a new order and someone got on the line within 2 seconds so what's holding them my problem and they said I will let me transfer you to another customer care representative where once again 30 minutes later no one still got on the line no I checked my shipment tracking number and the date on it has changed from the 8th to the 11th and I'll no longer need it because it was for mother's day wishes on the 10th not only did they allow me to pay for expedited shipping and not get it here they will not respond to any of my attempts to get in contact with them I want to put no stars

So I ordered flowers for my wife for Mother's Day over a week in advance. (Which is unlike me to do things this far in advance.) I wanted her to get them the Thursday before Mother's Day. (She has struggled with Mother's Day since her mom passed away a little over a year ago.) They arrived when they said they would but when my wife open the box 1/3 were broken, damaged, or droopy. So I tried to email them to tell them and was hard to find a place to email. They had a chat button that conveniently was not working. I let them know i wanted a refund or replaced. So today I still hadn't heard from them so my wife called. She was on hold for an hour. Then they wanted to replace them but it wouldn't be there till 2 days after Mother's Day! (But they could send me 3 emails about products they had to offer!). So they finally refunded the money it was almost $70 for flowers I could have got at Walmart for under $20 and would have looked better. This is not my first bad experience with them. I won't use them again!

They Stink
May 9, 2020

88 Year old mother quarantined for two months. Order $100 Mothers Day arrangement. They deliver to the wrong house and just leave them on the porch in 25 degree weather. Neighbor comes home, finds them and brings them over. Frozen solid and dead. Sad Mom. First time I did not use a local florist. Last time. These people only care about collecting the $$$, people, employees, customers do not matter. Just bill and collect. Let's get back to supporting our local providers and put these people out of business.

Infuriated!
May 9, 2020

First, I received an email stating that the flowers were shipped without the vase I ordered. Second, my mother received 2 dozen rotten, wilted, dead roses. One bud was broken off the stem. During this pandemic we are all currently a hostage of, 24 beautiful roses would certainly brighten an elderly woman that hasn't left her house in 6 weeks day, right? But NO... thank you ProFlowers for sending my mother DEAD flowers for Mother's Day! To the moron that thought that THOSE particular flowers were perfect and proceeded to place them in the box for shipment, get another job... or get your eyes checked. Or simply ask yourself, "would these roses be nice enough for my mother"? If your answer is yes, you either hate your mother, your mother is Joan Crawford or perhaps she just has poor eyesight. NEVER again will I buy from ProFlowers... I'll hand pick dandelions and strap them to a homing pigeon as I'm certain they'd arrive in better condition.

They did not send my relative the Mother's Day flowers I ordered 3 weeks in advance, then lied to me continually about how they would get them delivered, and that they would confirm by email. After numerous phone calls by me on the Friday and Saturday before Mother's Day they then told me there were no more deliveries for Mother's Day. When I asked for a supervisor, their off-shore customer service hung up on me.

Then they "reached out" to me as follows in response to my poor review of their services, which resulted in MORE LIES! I received this email from Proflowers customer service on May 19th:

Dear Carol,
I am very sorry about the experience you have had to go through to still not get the correct arrangement delivered. We cannot take back the time wasted or the wrong flowers being delivered but I would still like to find a way to get this resolved. In the zip code there are local florists available for tomorrow's delivery. I would like to offer a delivery of a fresh cut arrangement for tomorrow to the recipient. It would be delivered at no cost to you. Also, if you would like, we can reach out to Mrs. Charlotte and apologize about the serious error that was caused. Please advise how I can assist further with your order.

Best regards,
Camia

And I responded 1 1/2 hours later with this:

Carnia-
Please go ahead and send Mrs. Charlotte the flowers. I will explain to her what happened and that the flowers are from you by way of apology.

Thank you-
Carol Rudolph

It is now MAY 24th, or 5 days later and my relative HAS NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING FROM PROFLOWERS. Clearly this offer of a flower arrangement as an apology for the original horrible service was a sham or a lie or... whatever. Not only can't this company deliver decent customer service, their response to complaints are dishonest and insulting. Don't offer something and then NOT do it!

Absolutely ridiculous. They don't deserve to be in business!

Sooo disappointed in the bouquet that was sent to our mother for Mothers Day and the florist... I ordered a fuller bouquet and that's not what I got... Half my flowers were buds, and some of the buds were wilted... Its like all the flowers were just thrown in the vase and the florist didn't put much time in the presentation. Pro flowers if your using local florist than maybe check their reviews out first... Will NEVER order from this site again!

I paid $65 for a deluxe bouquet in a vase for a Mother's Day gift and the florist sent the $19.99 special instead. Disappointed to say the least and I sent them a picture. They did apologize and contacted the florist. I would have preferred a partial refund because it was a total rip off but the florist is sending another bouquet next week. You put your trust in these people and get totally taken advantage of. I would not recommend at all.

Received my wife's flowersthey were dead and half of the stems were broken. Since it's 2 days before Mother's Day, I opted for money back instead of replacement. I was told the best they could do was a 20% refund. I will never use proflowers again and I strongly urge everyone else to stay away.

My order was a bouquet with a vase and chocolates for my mom. They contacted me via email to tell me the order would not be shipped with the vase I ordered. I called customer service to ask if I would get the bouquet shipped in a vase at all and the guy hung up. My mom received the flowers with no vase, no chocolates, and no flower food. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!

100% would not ever recommend anyone purchase anything from proflowers. I also ordered the smiles and sunshine bouquet, it was supposed to be delivered with a mint origami vase and a card. My mother lives in New York and I live in California, and I thought I would send her some flowers for Mother's Day. When the flowers arrived at the house, my daughter and my granddaughter took the box to my mother's and we face timed so that I could watch her open it. The flowers were tied with rubber band, no water to speak of. No card. The vase was a hideous red mason jar, and the flowers were dead. When my mother picked the bouquet up out of the box the leaves just fell off, the flowers were droopy and when she touched a flower the petals fell off, there was nothing to salvage. I am so very disappointed, as I live thousands of miles away and have no backup plan right now for Mother's Day. I called the customer service and was on hold for quite some time before I finally got to speak to someone that I could barely speak English. What I wanted was perhaps a second delivery AND a refund. What I received was a refund... Oh, that will be there in approximately five business days.

So disappointing
May 8, 2020

The flowers looked tired right out of the box. The roses were bruised and some of the peruvian lily stems were broken. Supermarket flowers are so much better than these! Even the vase was not what was ordered. Save your money. Never again.

"Never Again"
May 8, 2020

Just received my $60 order of flowers (plus $22 shipping) and I am very dissatisfied. I ordered the "Smiles and Sunshine" that had lillies and roses along with an Origami style vase. Flowers were in bad shape with one boken rose and two broken lillies and they sent a pink mason jar vase. When I called I was on hold for 20 minutes and then they disconnected me. Never again will I order from this company.

I can't even give this a one star. Over half the flowers were already spent. Leaves were falling off and evidence of bugs eating on the leaves. The 5 roses will not last until Mothers Day which is in 2 days. The vase was not even half full and it look like a two year old put it together. A two year old probably would have done a better job. It is shameful that this company is still in business.
