Unacceptable!
May 11, 2020

This company is a joke! I spent top dollar 2 weeks in advance to have flowers delivered to my Mom on Mother's Day. I followed the tracking throughout the day as it stated it "was out for delivery". It's 9pm and nothing. I call customer service (which sounds like a third world country) and they had no clue. I demanded a refund and will never do business with them again.

It was so disappointing to me that my Mom never received these flowers on her special day. But even if she did, they would have most likely been wilted or dead according to the thousands of reviews I've read all over the internet. How this company stays in business I have no idea. But it's just a matter of time before they collapse and I will be laughing the entire time when they do!

As of Monday, May 11, the day AFTER mother's day. No flowers. No response from proflowers. I guess my $94.80 is gone for good

Terrible
May 11, 2020

Ordered Mother's Day flowers a week in advance, to arrive on Friday. The Thursday before Mother's Day, Proflowers sent an email that the flowers had shipped... from Columbia (the country). Took until Monday to arrive, and the flowers were wilted. Impossible to chat or email them, and if you call, you're put on hold forever. I have yet to find an efficient way to actually contact this company. So I am leaving 1-star reviews on other websites now.

Nothing delivered
May 11, 2020

In scrolling through the reviews, I saw many complaints that the flowers delivered did not live up to expectations. Be that as it may, at least something was delivered. In my case, my mom got absolutely nothing. My order for a bouquet of flowers was placed on 5/6/20, six days before mother's day, to ensure that the order would be received on time.

I just got off the phone with customer service, where I was informed that the bouquet I had selected was out of stock. I asked why they didn't inform me within the six day time frame between the order date and mother's day, so that I could have ordered something else. The woman from customer service said she wasn't sure and was apologetic. I paid through PayPal, and she let me know that my payment would be rescinded. Be that as it may, I wanted my mom to receive flowers on mother's day, and she got nothing.

To reiterate, my mother received NOTHING from ProFlowers on mother's day. Not a bouquet of half-dead flowers, nor a bouquet that failed to live up to expectations, absolutely nothing. ProFlowers never contacted me, and when I called customer service yesterday evening (mother's day) to see why my flowers had not been delivered, the line was down. Similarly, I also sent an email yesterday which they still haven't responded to.

I am beyond disappointed. ProFlowers had ample time to let me know the bouquet I had selected was out of stock. I will never use ProFlowers again, and want to warn others to stay away.

Stole my money
May 11, 2020

I purchased flowers for my step mom for Mother's Day and they were supposed to be delivered before the holiday on Thursday 5/7/20, but they never were delivered. I received an email from Pro Flowers saying they were delivered at 4:20pm, so I was expecting to get a text from my step mom saying thank you but when 6:00pm rolled around I checked in to make sure she received the package and she said no packages were delivered. My whole family is home because of the pandemic and no one say a delivery vehicle arrive nor did they see any packages around the perimeter of their property. I paid an additional $20 for it to arrive by then so I was very concerned about why I paid that much and it wasn't even delivered. I called ProFlowers immediately to see what happened. When I was talking to the customer representative I was talking in a normal calm voice (I never get angry or demanding on the phone), but as soon as I started asking questions about the package and why it says it was delivered when it wasn't, the customer service representative started talking to me in a very mean and defensive voice. He then tried telling me it was rejected, so then when I asked why I would of received an email saying it was delivered he then told me that means it was delivered to the delivery truck... and I was like but you just said it was rejected so I am very confused by all of this. In the end he just said it will be delivered that day, but when 9pm rolled around and my family still didn't receive the package I knew that wasn't happening. I called the next day to see what was happening and I was hung up one time and the second time told that I need to received a call back... still never received the call back so I will be calling my bank tonight and disputing the charge. I have used ProFlowers many times in the past with no issues, but from the current reviews and my experience I definitely do not recommend ever using their service. They will just steal your money and rip you off. Hopefully my bank will get my $118 back.

I ordered flowers for Mother's Day TWO WEEKS before Mother's Day and I was scheduled for delivery ON Mother's Day which I paid extra for. My poor mother sat all day waiting for her delivery... by 8:30 at night had not received them... I called and waited on hold 20 minutes only to be told to call back in 10 minutes because they had until 9 pm to deliver and they would not do anything for me. I called back on hold 22 more minutes only to be told the BEST they could do was a refund... meanwhile THEY ruined Mother's Day I TRUSTED THEM by paying $89 to deliver flowers on a VERY IMPORTANT DAY only to get a refund... where is the ACCOUNTABILITY ON ONE'S ACTIONS OF NOT PROVIDING A SERVICE I PURCHASED? I cannot get that day back, I entered an agreement, a purchase which was NOT CARRIED OUT but oh, no big deal - I refunded your money... NEVER WILL I USE THEM AGAIN AND IF YOU ARE COUNTING ON YOUR LOVED ONE TO GET SOMETHING SPECIAL ON THEIR SPECIAL DAY, if you don't want them to be heartbroken and you frustrated beyond words... I strongly suggest you use someone else... ANYONE ELSE but ProFlowers!

We payed 80 dollars for the flowers to be delivered on mothers day two weeks prior to mothers day.my mother never got the flowers when they were supposed to be deliverd. They got their money but never sent the flowers out. Pissed me off. Customer service can't give me any answers and doesn't know anything at all. I told those people off. This is the second time they've messed up. I will never ever order from these people again! They had no problem taking the money right away.my mother never got the flowers!

Very Disappointed
May 10, 2020

I ordered a huge bouquet for my mother on May 5th which was supposed to be delivered on May 8th, no delivery. Called May 8th and the representative stated it will be delivered on Saturday, May 9th, still no delivery. Called today, Mother's Day, still no delivery! Now I'm running around in the cold and rain trying to find a beautiful bouquet, nothing is open and/or they are sold out. Now I have to wait until Monday to get my dearest Mother roses for her special day. I will not be using this company ever again! Very disappointed!

Disappointed Mom!
May 10, 2020

Ordered a dozen chocolate covered strawberry's 5 days before Mother's requested delivery on Friday. Was charged *** $ 25.00 *** for shipping, plus another $ 3.00 special handling for a total of 71% of the cost of the gift!
Then they said it was out for delivery on Friday and Saturday, today is Mother's Day and she never got it! I called their customer service (in India no less), was on hold for 11+ minutes, the told there was a problem from the vendor. Proflowers lied to me for 3 days about the delivery, until it was too late to make other arrangements.

I placed an order for the day before mother's day. Unfortunately I got nothing from them. After calling them several times a service rep answered and told me a local florist excepted the order and the day of the delivery backed out. Mind you in the system for Proflowers you can track your order. The day after the delivery was supposed to be delivered the system is still showing in progress. But now today I reached out to them to find out I'm sh_t out of luck and we will refund your money in 5 to 6 business days. I also asked if they can send an arrangement on Monday. The first this out of the guys mouth is I have to reorder. What disappointment of a company. Next time I will go with 1800 flowers.

My Mother's Day order was placed several days in advance of the weekend. I paid extra to have the flowers delivered Saturday May 9 but got an email on May 9 indicating they would arrive May 11 which is obviously after Mother's Day. The pandemic and delivery disruptions would be a totally unacceptable excuse for this ineptitude because the pandemic is old news by now and they charged me a fee for Saturday delivery. I wonder if I will get an "we are very sorry" and a refund. Doubt it.

I ordered flowers for Mothers Day and scheduled the delivery for the 8th so that they would be there in time. When I ordered, there was no notice saying those flowers might be unavailable or anything to indicate they wouldn't be delivered. When I went to dinner at her house the next day, no flowers. When I looked up the tracking, it just said order received. I called customer service and after getting through, the representative was not only hard to hear ( so much noise in the background), he was also hard to understand ( very thick accent). When I asked if they knew why my flowers weren't delivered, I was told that they weren't delivered because those flowers weren't available at the florist ( I guess) to be put in an arrangement and he had no idea when they would be available. When I asked if there was a reason, I wasn't sent an email or received a phone call telling me that so I could choose something else, the CS rep basically said " I don't know why you weren't notified." He then proceeded to say that he could choose another arrangement for me and deliver it on the 12th. So, not only did they not notify me the flowers weren't available, now, he wants to choose something for me and it won't get delivered til the 12th. No offer that I could choose another arrangement and they would credit the shipping cost or anything that would encourage me to keep that order. All the CS rep would say was " I'm sorry you weren't notified but I don't know why," I chose to cancel my order and will never use proflowers or FTD( as apparently, proflowers is one of theirs) again. The funniest thing about this whole situation is that their "on hold " message says We have the best customer service

Disgusted!
May 9, 2020

I ordered my mother in law flowers for Mother's Day and wanted them to be delivered Friday May 8,2020. I checked the status because I never got a call from her. My flowers are now not being delivered on Monday. They are stuck in a little town 15 minutes away, wilting as we speak. I tried calling customer service, spoke to a woman with very poor English, when I asked to speak to a supervisor, she sent me to the "review at the end of the call". I called back and was immediately sent to the "review at the end of the call". How can they do this and get away with it? This is criminal!

I am sooo disappointed with ProFlowers and will not be using again. I ordered a dozen flowers to go to my mother in another state and a dozen for my MIL, who lives 20 minutes away. I got my MIL's flowers delivered to me because we expected her to be over for dinner and so we would have them here for her. Well, I'm so glad I got to see what she would have received and unfortunately what my mom received! The flowers came in a box, wrapped and with a vase included. I had to assemble the whole thing and try to make it look pretty. I added my own ribbon and tied the card to it. For the price, I expected sooo much more. I paid $189 for these two separate dozens. That was AFTER I applied a coupon code! I was an idiot and should have just gone to Whole Foods and gotten a beautiful bouquet for $20 and put it in my own vase. I now have to call my sister and ask her to please try to make mom's flowers look nice for Mother's Day. Definitely not worth it!

Never again will I use Pro Flowers for any occasion or event to which I want to send flowers. I rate the customer service below 0 Stars! The worst that I ever experienced. My flowers were not delivered on the day scheduled, and I only found out because the recipient contacted me. They do not contact you if your order is not filled, or if a florist does not have what you selected, nor do they give you any options. Plus, you can not track your order.
