I ordered flowers for my Mom on Mother's Day. After ordering, I didn't receive an email receipt which has an order number so you can communicate with the company. I have no documentation on my order. I want my order cancelled & my money returned. ProFlowers is a bad business. Do business with them at your own risk. Lot's of negative reviews like no getting flowers or getting dead flowers. Buyer beware.
Total ripoff! Look at the photo of what was ordered and look at what was received. Horrible Mothers Day Flowers. They look like cheap convenience store flowers. $88.00 for that?
I have ordered from ProFlower 2 times. Both times they did not deliver and did not notify me until the day they were supposed to deliver was over. Once was on Valentine's day! I gave them a second chance and they did not deliver a symphony arrangement. No customer service. There is nothing you can do about itl Save yourself a disappointment or embarrassment. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
Normally I'm ONLY a promoter, this was ridiculaous, $82 fo rWhat? Called to complain, they basically hung up after almost 30 minutes of waiting, 7 out of 12 roses basically fallingapart, look like they will be bare in next 48 hours. Photos after 12 hours. Guaranteed for a week, HA.
My wife got flowers from our son for Mother's Day today. The flowers are very disappointing, wilted, stem broken off and dried out flowers. She called to complain and spent 35 minutes on the phone before being told to call back in an hour. On the second call, she was told he couldn't find the order number. When told the number was there an hour ago he found the order number. The only offer was to refund 20% of the cost. Poor product and poor services.
I bought flowers 10 days in advance for Mother's Day and I paid $90, even extra so that it would be "more full and bountiful" and what my mom got was a joke. Looks absolutely nothing like the picture, and some of the flowers aren't even in bloom yet. Seriously, I could have made this bouquet by hand, or even had my 4 year old cousin do it and he would have managed something better than this. STAY AWAY. I attached photos of what I paid for, and what I actually got. Ridiculous.
I ordered flowers for my mom a month in advance of Mother's Day to ensure there would be no problems with delivery. She received a dead plant and asked that they refund me. When I called to see if they could replace her order, I was passed back and forth between customer service (who didn't refund my order), and sales, who didn't know how to take a new order based on the information I had given. The right thing to do would have been to not charge me at all for the dead flowers and hassle, and send a replacement. I simply found another florist and won't be using ProFlowers ever again.
I ordered flowers and paid extra for same day delivery at 6 pm. It was confirmed online I called to check on status and they told me that it could not be delivered for 4 days. Disgraceful. Use another provider
False advertising the price says one thing and then when you go to check out it's a whole different price and they say free vase with flowers and up charging you $10 the end. I'll take picture and update review when flowers get here.
They use local florists who deliver old, wilted, broken, really cheap arrangements.
This is the third time. No more. Never again. Be warned.
I ordered flowers to be delivered for my Grandma's 94th birthday to the assisted living facility that she is at. This was extremely important to me since she just moved there and is not allowed guests due to the pandemic. The flowers did not get delivered and no one reached out to me to let me know they would be late. If I hadn't called today, I don't know if they would ever have gotten delivered! I was informed that the local florist did not have the exact bouquet, and someone should have reached out to me so I could accept a different arrangement. They will be delivered tomorrow, a few days after her birthday. The only reason I even gave two stars was that after being redirected to three different customer service representatives, the lady that I finally talked to was very sweet, figured out the problem, and refunded my shipping. However, I'm still spending a lot of money for flowers that will be delivered late to a very important person to me.
ProFlowers deliberately mislead me into believing that they were fulfilling my order on time. I placed an order on a Wednesday and selected Friday delivery, which was an important grief anniversary for a friend. I received confirmation of the order and a tracking number, but every time I checked the tracking number, it said that UPS was waiting for the package to be dropped off. I finally called on Friday to check on the status of the order and was told that there was a problem with it and it wouldn't be delivered until the following Tuesday at the earliest. I never received anything by email indicating that there was a problem. Instead, ProFlowers generated a tracking number, creating the false impression that the order was on its way. Had I known of the issue earlier, I would have canceled the order and made other arrangements. Their dishonesty prevented me from doing that. When I called, they were absolutely unapologetic about their conduct. I had to demand a refund before they offered to do anything to address the problem. Thankfully, they gave me my money back, but I wasn't able to get flowers to my friend on the day that it mattered.
I received a bouquet of white and lavender tulips from my son on my birthday yesterday. They arrived already looking like they needed to be trashed. Rotten stems and broken blooms. What a disappointment. We have Bloomia in our town and they gave away gorgeous bouquets of tulips to our community. Shame on you ProFLowers for selling substandard flowers.
This is my 3rd dealing with this company in a year. Flowers arrive half dead and brown. Leaves fell all over the floor just opening the box. Use a local florist, don't disappoint your friends and family with half dead plants.
I live out of town. I ordered flowers for my mother's first wedding anniversary since the death of my father. She is in lock down and unable to receive visitors due to caronavirus. Since I thought I found such a beautiful display I talked with my siblings and we all decided to go in on the arrangement. Long story short, she didn't receive flowers. I received an email at 5pm on date of delivery stating there was a delay and that they tried to reach me at my number, which I show no missed calls.
I called customer service twice. First time as soon as I gave the number I couldn't hear the person on the other line clearly. Second time the guy said he couldn't get my number to pull up and to call back later. I finally got ahold of someone using FB messenger. They say the refund is pending. We will see if that goes through. Wish I looked at reviews before ordering.
DO NOT order from Pro flowers. A patient of my mothers sent her a bouquet of tulips, and they arrived wilted, damaged, crushed, and completely ruined. I emailed them countless times, and no one ever replied. I finally called and spoke to their HORRIBLE customer service representatives, who said they would refund the sender and send us (the recipients) new flowers. This never happened. I am so disappointed by pro flowers, my mom's patient spent a bundle on these for them to come out to us like absolute crap. I feel awful he wasted his money and time, and that their customer service couldn't care less to even reply or refund.
I ordered flowers for my mom's birthday. Promised to be delivered by 8 pm. At 9:30 pm still no delivery. Also earlier that day I received an email stating that my flowers had to be substituted because what I ordered was unavailable. Only no one knew what they were subbing for. I finally got ahold of someone at customer service only to be told that they could not do anything until after midnight because they were able to deliver that late and it would still count for the correct delivery date. WHAT? If you go and knock on my mothers door at midnight (she is 80) she will probably be calling the cops. Ridiculous! Be warned DO NOT USE PRO FLOWERS!
I used ProFlowers to send my mother flowers for her birthday. I ordered the "best" option for the arrangement. She received a small arrangement that looked like a collection of plastic flowers from the dollar store. I am so embarassed! I've sent to emails to ProFlowers and sat on hold to nowhere for 22 min, just to be disconnected. I will never use this service again.
I ordered flowers for a friend who's father passed away. They were supposed to be delivered yesterday. They were never delivered. No response to three emails to customer service. I called and I was told they "didnt knkw where the flowers were" but they would expedite the order and they guaranteed the flowers would be delivered today and again they were not. I have opened a dispute with paypal to get my money back. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Look at the other horrible reviews. I wish I had.
Sent flowers to my to brighten her day on the anniversary of something really horrible. Ordered them 3 weeks in advance. She started working from home so I changed delivery location. Sent to previous location and left in a hallway. Arrangement looked like it had been dropped and rearranged. Horrible service. Asked for replacement and it never happened.
Answer: CS could care less and obviously lied to me. I looked like a fool to my lado love dearly. I can screw my own life with out an assistant costing me $85 bucks.
Answer: You're going to have to call to see if the recipient even received them. When I ordered from ProFlowers, the flowers were never delivered and when I contacted customer service I was told they couldn't be delivered until 4 days after the event for which I ordered them. Customer service did not see the issue and felt this was nothing more than an inconvenience. I would suggest shopping elsewhere.
Answer: I paid over 100 for twelve on Mother's Day and never received them …… Hopefully I get my money back … Buyer beware
