The worst and stubborn customer service reps. They indicated recipient name on parcel wrongly though it was clearly indicated on their website. No prompt help. I contacted them before order got delivered to wrong person but they did not offer any help. They neither looked into my account to see what is the correct recipient name. Important thing that they did not start an investigation. Only after 3 days and fourth time when I contacted them in Live Chat they started an investigation.

I made my order for boots but didn't receive a confirmation email. The money was taken out of my account. The next day I received 3 emails throughout the day telling me I still had something in the basket. I went onto my account and saw there was no order history. I emailed their support explaining and received the email below. So now I've to just wait a couple of days to see if I'm getting my boots or my money? As I needed the boots withing the timeframe I ordered them (as a person does) I'm disappointed with this site. The order should have been added when they realised this issue and sent to me as a good company would have.

So... last week. I found a pair of shoes I really liked. Pro direct had the best price with shipping. So I ordered. After ordering I then see the reviews, I know, most people read them first, just the way it happened. I was like crap, I'm never gonna get what I ordered or its gonna be something else, even contemplated trying to cancel... bit decided to ride it out. So imagine my surprise when I get the email the next day that my Adidas had shipped, next thought that comes across my mind, either gonna be the wrong pair or wrong size( again, this was what I was expecting because of reviews)... so I wait. Today, as stated, my shoes were delivered... i open tje box. Its the exact shoe and size I ordered. I was ecstatic... but... just my luck. Even though right size I ordered. Style was too small. So, i decided to give them to my son. I was going to send them back and try and get them replaced, but usually that's a hassle, and unfortunately they didnt have them in my size now. So my son has a nice paid of Adidas Predators 20.4... and I had to order them from else where and it cost me more money... im glad I gave Pro Direct an accidental chance... guess I was a lucky one or the reviews were blown out of proportion... but NO COMPLAINTS FROM ME.

I was looking for a PSG Jordan 4th Vapor match/authentic jersey online. They were mostly sold out everywhere and this was one of the cheapest option for $108. I was dubious at first about this website as I never bought from them and $#*!'s sporting good raised their price to $165 (original price of the Jersey) from its sell price of $116. So, I opted to this soccer provider trusting its review in trustpilot while making sure it's not a scam because $108 for what it was a highly demanded jersey seemed a little suspicious. Just received my package in a timely matter (5 shipping days, processed one day). Checked its (the jersey's) authenticity, checked for any holes or tears, and concluded that it's the real thing (authentic).

So I'm satisfied. It's a legit website. They sent my correct order, they sent the authentic and real jersey of PSG Jordan at a discount price of $108 plus $5 in shipping. Got my order through fedex btw.

I don't know if this would be the case if I would've have returned it but there was no need for that as everything came "perfect".

This company is terrible. I tried ordering, but they keep cancelling my order within 10 minutes. I have even gone through a security check with one of their employees by sending them photos of my credit card and a utility bill with my name and address. The employee emailed me and said I was unblocked and to place my order again using the same credit card I had sent her. It was cancelled again! I am done with this bs! I'm moving on to a different online store.

Will never purchase another item from them again. The sneakers didnt fit and I had to pay $17.53 to send a pair of Nikes back to Atlanta. Thank god I didnt use their recommended carrier FedEx ground another $11 more. I was really pissed off that I. Might have to ship them to Great Britain, but CS finally said Atlanta was fine. I would have just resold them privately since that shipping fee would have been. More change sneakers. Its friggin ridiculous that you send us with an internal inventory label and not an RMA or shipping. Label. I was going to. Look for a wider better fitting sneaker but Said Hell No.if your making me pay $17 to return it! That's 1/3 of what the item costs. Great CS... stop ripping off Americans who are used to return for free to get another item. In. Your product line. RIPOFF!

Do not buy from this company they are scammers I spent alot of money on 2 items they arrived pre opened damaged with texta marks on them that are unremovable they expected me to pay out my own pocket delivery from aus to UK which would be a extra 30 pounds or they offer 30 pounds only out of 180 pounds of my purchases I cannot return items as I spent my paycheck on the items and the address we received it was at a hotel we left it there as it is unwearable these guys are frauds do not buy or trust them

I order some stuff on the 8th of December from oversea, I supposed to receive the order before Christmas.
Guess what 2nd of January 2020 and nothing, after I sent a couple of email I got an answer that they don't have stock and they can refund me the money or I have to wait.
They should told me before or give me another option, now that Christmas pass they offer a refund.
What a lack of communication and not only that I just call (I paid for international call) and the answer was the same.
Be careful before you buy from this company, rather buy locally and pay a bit more than having this surprises.
I would update my feedback according with their answer.

Ordered boots with a next day dilevery (at extra cost) no email or tracking provided, status on order said default but money had been taken off my card. Finally got hold of customer service who said they had investigated my order which had created a delay in shipping. My order had been pushed to a delivery after the weekend. The whole point of paying for next day delivery is to get it next day but what was even more frustrating was Pro Direct made no attempt to let me know there would be a delay in my order. It took me chasing to find out I needed to rush and buy an alternative pair of boots totally defeating the point of ordering next day from Pro Direct. Very disappointing and won't be using again.

I bought a pair of nike mercurial vapors for 300 euros and I wore them three times and the two back studs on the cleats broke in half and I sent them back because there's no way I paid 300 euros for boots that break in three trainings and they sent them back saying the clam is invalid just horrible I am furious I am youth pro Fútbol player and I need these cleats because I train everyday and this company is now causing problems and they won't even send me another pair of boots this is disgraceful

Avoid at all costs. Nothing but problems and you will not be able to physically speak to anyone in customer service in the U.S. Only via email and now I know why... because their customer service is awful and they can hide behind it. Ordered a pair of cleats and were wrong size. Simply tried them on, but were never played in. Returned them and they responded that they were worn and cannot be returned! They sent them back so now I have a $100 pair of cleats laying around.

Ordered a pair of £80 football boots paid extra for Express delivery my daughter played two matches and they have a hole in the top of the netting by the laces... clearly not fit for purpose. However after sending photos and order numbers etc this company now want me to send them back so they can nspect them...? We have had them less than a month. They are clearly NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE and leaving my daughter without boots... I've asked for replacement boots to be sent or a refund and they are refusing both asking me to pay for another pair...! I have asked for a manager and now it's all gone quiet ill report to trading standards should I have no contact soon... should not have to leave a review to get customer services to act...!

Ordered two pairs of football boots in different sizes as we were unsure what size our son needed. He tried the smaller pair on first which seemed OK but tried one of the second pair on for size and straight away they were too big. He tried them on inside, standing on a rug.

We returned the second pair to be told we wouldn't get a refund as they showed signs on wear on the soleplate and studs which was absolute rubbish. They sent photos which were no way the boots we returned.

I telephoned their customer service department who wouldn't put me through to returns as they are in the warehouse and don't have a phone. I was told that if we reply to their email explaining the boots were tried on on a rug and not outside, they would issue a refund. We have tried this and they have escalated the return. We gave them the time of the call and they claim that management have listened to the call and this was not said.

They will now be returning the boots to us which we do not want - we want the refund. We do not need another pair of £85 football boots sitting around.

I urge anyone to not order from this company as they have scammed so many others in the same way.
