Just going to keep giving it a 1 star review until they unblock my email or refund me the money i'm owed. Already filed a trading standard report against them and an action fruad police report for their scummy trading practices. If they actually dealt with customers concerns instead of misleading them for weeks and weeks causing me to send/recieve 30+ emails, maybe I would not need to get angry or lose my patience with this shi**y company. Now I see why they only have customer support via email.

Very childish company - instead of fixing your problem they block your email address.

This company cannot be contacted. No phone, web chat or email response. Items ordered were defective and despite polite emails I've not gotten so much as a response.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had. I am in the US and they shipped my shoebox to me in a BAG. The box was practically destroyed by the time it arrived to my place. As a "shoe store", they should at least TRY to make quality a priority. Completely disregarded customer satisfaction. Looks as if I was shipped a pair of reps. The box was smashed in. The shoes had MAJOR flaws compared to real pairs of the shoe (compared on the internet) and they sent me two invoices. When they asked me to ship back they said they would reimburse me $65 dollars of my shipping costs, I ended up paying $90 to return. So I took a loss for a mistake that was made on their end. WHAT A SHAME. DISGUSTING "business" this company is doing. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. THEY ARE A SCAM, SHAMEFUL BUSINESS THEY ARE DOING.

I wish I could give them zero stars. I will make sure I bring even more people here to give the same review.
I ordered football shoes for a friend in India. Not only are they taking a long time, the customer service along the way is terrible. I asked them to add an Indian number through which the courier service would be made easier. They didn't do that.
Now my package is being held at customs for which they want no responsibility. Which is such a horrible response, your customers trust you and you just tell us it's not your fault?
Now I found out there are customs to be paid which on a product of 170 euros comes to be 115 euro. What the heck? Its a gift for someone in India and I'm in USA. How is it a gift if the person has to pay for it? You are making a fool out of everyone. You didnt mention once about customs or duties or taxes when I was ordering from you guys. This is totally unacceptable and im sure illegal too. I dont want your shoes because I dont want to pay customs. Its already so expensive. I want my money back and Ill make sure I get it

I would not recommend taking a chance with your hard earned money and purchasing from this company. Sent back 2 minute worn cleats that were 230.00. Ordered the same size that fit before but these didn't fit the same. Amy will tell you that they were too worn to refund then the game starts.

I have now purchased 5 pairs of Jordan 1s from Pro direct and a football kit from Pro direct soccer. I have been very happy with every purchase and so much so that I have told friends about the site if they are looking for genuine Jordans at a good price. Only issue and it isn't really that a big deal for me, is that they send the trainers in their Jordan box and then just a bag. No protection of the Jordan box, which is a bit of an issue for my partner but not me.
It's not enuff of an issue for me to not want to save what I'm saving on Jordans by buying them from Pro direct

This company is pathetic. They took my money and emailed me confirmation of delivery and nothing arrived. The link to track didn't work their communication is awful. Anyone thinking to use these folks I would advise you to find an alternate. This is exactly why large efficient corporations are crushing poor performing small companies. Fail fail fail.

I have recently bought a pair of Nike Mercurial Football Boots for my son and he wore them twice. He came home with them all torn up, and when I emailed Pro Direct to tell them that I was disappointed that this happened, they did not even reply to my email. Never going to buy another pair of shoes from here.

Compré unas camisetas para mi equipo (más de 40) el 18 de diciembre, las tenían que enviar a España. Resulta que las enviaron por tallas con distintos mensajeros y las de la talla L y XL no me llegaron y se devolvieron a UK, a pesar de que insistí en que no las devolvieran y que yo iría a buscarlas donde hiciera falta, desde entonces las estoy reclamando y aunque han reconocido su error, han tardado más de un mes en enviarlas, cuando lo han hecho resulta que como consecuencia del Brexit y de su falta de profesionalidad el pedido está parado en Aduanas y me piden que formalice un montón de trámites de importación y que abone una serie de importes a pesar de que el producto ya estaba en España y por su negligencia se lo volvieron a llevar, entiendo que deberían hacerse cargo de los trámites e importes que han generado por su mala gestión, incluso deberían indemnizarme ya que tengo más de medio equipo sin camisetas, pero de momento nada...

The customer service is extremely poor.
I made an order for 6 items on 5Dec20,5 of those received in good condition. 1 item was reported not available after my purchase & l was advised that same will be available to dispatch on late Dec. On 6 Jan, since no any advice, I sent another email to them. This time they confirmed me that the product will be available on 1/15/2021 and they need extra 5 working days to dispatch. My last message sent today 26Jan, with a reply telling me if the item is dispatched I will receive a confirmation email.
So... where is it?

I made an order for a different delivery address from my billing address, as it's supposed to be a present for my brother who lives on opposite sides of the country. They shipped it to my billing address instead, when I requested to change (before the order shipped) they refused and when I asked to cancel the order (also before it shipped) they didn't cancel and instead shipped it to the wrong address. Don't buy from them. Worst website and costumer service ever. I have never had problems like this anywhere else and never even had to write a review about it.

I've been using Pro Direct for most of my football boots for over 25 years! I never once had to return anything.

22 October 19 I purchased a pair of Pantofola D'Oro shoes. Due to COVID, I didn't get much time to use them and the shoes are in near perfect condition.
2 weeks ago I used the shoes and notice that they had separated on the sides. It's obviously a design fault with the shoe.
I contacted Customer Support explaining that 1 year warranty was right on the mark but they would have a bar of it. They insisted that they were strict on warranty even though they know I'm in Australia and the shoes didn't arrive here after about 2 weeks after purchase anyway.

I think this is a very poor effort and a terrible way to treat your regular clients! Never again!
