DO NOT MAKE A MISTAKE BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU AT ALL! A child was able to access my account and purchase a mystery item. I was able to contact the company before it was shipped so before there is any knowledge of what is in the product and they would not help work something out. Worse of all is I did not want the item and would be ok them keep it and throw it away but they wont no they charge me the same price as the item for shipping 25$ in all for fees on something I don't want sent to me.
I received an auction I won (Giannis signed jersey) and look at the number where the autograph is! It's missing the inside stitching and they will not do anything about it! Their customer support is insulting, slow to respond and once they have your money they don't care. They don't add any warning about faulty items in their description, be careful!
I have purchased 4 jerseys and a Mini helmet from pristine. I purchased the Mini helmet thinking it was full size helmet my mistake I called them to ask if they could help they said no As soon as they received the money for everything I've purchased My account has been closed, I have paid them in full and they will not even respond now. If they tell you that you will get a similar product of what is listed one of my jerseys has a smeared signature, that wasn't listed.
Tried returning jerseys with wrong sized numbers, colors, and sizing. Looks horrible and won't do anything about it. Costumer service is bad and took five days to get an answer that they won't do anything about my issue.
So i have been a customer of them for years! I purchase items from them on a daily basis and get them delivered no problem at all. For some reason, this shipment had incorrect shipping information (Shipping Department mistake). Delivery kept getting delayed on item and it notified me that it is being sent back to shipper. I finally called FedEx and they said that they do not have the correct shipping information, that's why the item is being sent back. Notice, INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION, which means shipping department responsibility. Pristine Auction received item back from FedEx and they blame me for the item not being delivered. So they decided to charge me 30% restocking fee, and shipping costs as well, ALL because they had made a mistake while shipping the item. They tell me I can't receive full refund because I had "no cause". What a joke. Once it comes to $$ signs, this company forgets loyalty for customers. They charged me almost $300.00 restocking and shipping fee, LITERALLY for a MISTAKE that their shipping department has CAUSED. Pristine Auction should be ashamed of themselves for treating its loyal customers like this. I've been shopping there for years, now you just lost a GOOD PAYING customer.
Mystery MLB jersey box came and it was a Jose Canseco "Chemist" jersey. Advertised as being an MLB team and they actually claim that "Chemist" is MLB since it was his nickname. Jersey is sub standard and not worth the postage to send it to me. No refund or exchange even offered and they actually claim it was a valid MLB jersey. Some items in the past were ok, but they got their last dollar from me.
A lot of people don't know this, but they ship FAKE jerseys. These are NOT authentic. Also, it took nearly a month for it to be delivered. Very disappointing experience. Tried to return and customer support was extremely rude.
Won multiple auctions and combined them to save shipping. Claimed items were delivered but I was at the house all day working in the yard with no deliveries coming toy house. Finally refunded my money after 2 plus weeks and I was charged interest on the fees. Won other auctions and hand them held to combined as well and since I didn't get the one shipment they required a signature on the order for delivery. Yet once again claims items were delivered and signed for but no one was at the house to sign for said package. I have a ring door bell and security cameras and no delivery person came to my door beside the Amazon person with two packages that my sister ordered an hour plus after they claimed my items were delivered. Now thy are refusing to refund my money even after I disputed it with my cc. My account was locked down so I can't even bid but some how my cc was charged for two more orders that I have no clue what they are and they are not on my account.
When you bid on an item, up pops a message saying someone else has automatically bid higher. Regardless of how many times you do this you get the same result. Thus, you can never win the bid. After the bid is over the seller contacts you to say you can buy the item at now the high run-up cost. Play the game. If you want the item and find after a couple of bids you get the same result, wait until the last few minutes to place a bid. That way you will not be bidding against yourself and if the seller contacts you the price will be lower.
If you do not take the sellers offer after the bid closes, you will probably find the item back on the auction block in a few days.
Purchased a Viking football helmet with a Fran Tarkenton signature. Evidently they send out stickers to be autographed, then place the decals on the helmet after. The decal(s) were not put on the helmet properly; resulting in large bubbles and folds, the edges of the decals aren't affixed, the two horn decals weren't even put on symmetrically... and then to top it off the lining of the helmet has dried glue and is falling out. This item was supposed to be in perfect condition according to their description- but it wasn't even close to being in a condition that could be given as a gift (intended purpose) or viewed as a collector's item- if I someone gave it to me I'd think it was a joke. They failed to respond within the time they promised, and then when they did, finally... the response was that I should go out and buy a heat gun to fix it. Seriously, that's what they said LOL!. NEVER will I ever buy anything from these douches again. They're scam artists.

Waited a week and half for it finally to get shipped and I was so excited when I won until I finally got here and the persons jersey who I got was basically a no name who's jersey sells for a third of what I paid to get this stupid jersey shipped and here, I will absolutely never use this terrible website again and I recommend no one else does and they just save their money
I have ordered things like art and sports memorabilia and the authenticity has always been great. The usps messed up and Pristine Auction paid for the mistake. Awesome people and great quality.
