Great buys on things that would never have. Got some autographs that i would never have seen let alone be the owner

On 5/28/2021and 5/30/2021 I bought two sports memorabilia. It is now June 14th and I can't get anybody to respond to update delivery after 3 emails over the past 2 weeks. They do the old we'll look into it trick yet never look into it. I mean how hard can it be to see delivery status. I bought something after these two purchases and received item. So only logical thing I can think of is I got a great deal and they don't want to sell it to me. What other excuse can there be but these first 3 purchases was the first time I used their site. No phone number to call just email from customer service and you're lucky if they even reply. Be cautious of this auction site. Their customer service stinks and you're at their mercy if they even decide when to update you.

So... I buy thousands of dollars in coins from several auctions as it is my passion to buy coins... I'm a 70 year old with cancer and retired military and completely new to Pristine Auctions whom I found on Facebook... so... I bid 135 dollars on an item and the bid came out at 13,500 dollars! An honest mistake... I immediately emailed Mary at customer service and asked them to correct the bid to 135 dollars, they did reduce the bid to 400 dollars and would not allow the 135 dollar bid, so I won the lot based on their 400 dollar fixed price on an item you can buy at a thousand places online for 185 dollars, which I offered to pay for the awarded lot, they refused so I kept emailing Mary at customer service and she refused my offer of 185 dollars and billed me for 468 dollars for the lot, I then forwarded the email in it's entirety to my lawyer, these people are a scam and they DO NOT have my permission to charge my card for ANY AMOUNT at any time, if they do, my lawyer will contact them with a suit... and by the way this was my second purchase with Pristine Auctions in just 6 days time, my first purchase was way over its value as well by the time all the extra charges were added, I now send all emails from Pristine to my spam folder to forward to my attorney... be careful with this company, there is many other auction companies out there that are superior.

I ordered a mystery box nfl jersey and it took about a month to come and I got a jersey that didn't have a team logo on it and it states that it would be autographed and you guessed it no autograph water of 70 bucks. I would give it 0 stars if I could!

I have found authenticity stickers that do not match with what Beckett, JSA, or whoever else they say authenticated the item in their databases. I have sent them an email every time and they claim that the data bases are not always up to date and there are misprints frequently. DO NOT buy the mystery box of cards, cards come bent, warped, signatures are worth pennies for every great card there are 10,000 horrible ones. If you are looking for cards do your self a favor skip all of the mystery boxes and buy sealed factory boxes from your local card shop. I mistakingly bought some signed comic books from them that were not "slabbed" and to authenticate the signature they put the sticker right on the comic book which automatically drops the value considerably. (CGC won't authenticate signatures unless witnessed by CGC and CBCS told me even if the book would receive a 10 grade the highest grade they will give it is 8.5 because there is a sticker stuck to it.) Unless the book is slabbed and has the yellow CGC top DO NOT buy signed comics on Pristine Auction you will lose money. The only reason I did not give it a 1 star is I have gotten some good deals on slabbed comics on this site and that is the only good thing I can say about them.

Cards were damaged and worthless regret this purchase it was a waste of money to many repeats in each pack of cards in some cases you'll get 10 of the same card

Purchased 5 items and held to combine for 5-6 days to save on shipping and on their site it says you can hold up to 14days before being automatically shipped. They decided to automatically send everything in 6 instead and ship almost everything separately so I spent more on shipping, they will not admit they did anything wrong, sending me a response with nothing mentioning why my items were automatically shipped early.

I've won a few auctions on there before. But the last time I bid with 20 seconds to go they added 10 mins to the auction. I was like wtf. Then the second auction I was bidding on did the same thing. Shady asf!

My account was hacked customer service takes forever to respond to your emails. Can't get any help to send item back for a refund. Overpriced inconsiderate people and business

Be careful with this company - do not trust them with your valuable memorabilia.
I sent them a Michael Jordan Upper Deck Limited Edition autographed basketball with the original Upper Deck box, bag and certificate along with a custom Upper Deck curved display case to be featured in their Elite Auction. When the photos were uploaded for the auction, the box was not included. I asked them to include the box so the buyer would get all the original items, and they said NO. After 3 monthly auctions my items did not meet the reserve so I decided to take everything back. This is when I found out they THREW AWAY my original Upper Deck box (see photo.) This is why they said No when I asked them to include the box in the ad. WHY WOULD THEY THROW ITEMS AWAY? (Liars!)

It took me 3 weeks to get a response from their TERRIBLE customer service department, who offered me a BS $50 credit. What am I going to do with that?
Their employees obviously have no experience with sports memorabilia, there is no integrity and rules are made up as they go along.

Upper management dropped the ball on this, yet have no intention of making this right. Don't let it happen to you!

Granted I like to stop saying I never did auctions before this is my first time so I set up an account and I decided to delete my card information for my profile and they still wanna head and process the transaction with that card I deleted and they stated that it's in their policies that they can do that to me it was an unauthorized transaction I deleted that card and they did not offer me the 20% restocking fee instead they just went ahead and processed the transaction I tried calling can get a hold of anybody just a voicemail saying talked to live chat so I talk to them about me being displeased and very uncomfortable with the situation I cannot delete my account there's noOption for you to delete the account and live chat said they couldn't do it either so in reality my information stuck with him forever because I did process a transaction with a cut I deleted and nobody can delete my account very concerning very very concerning if you have experience in auctionsThat's great they charge extremely high fees and just be careful be very very careful and dealing with this company very unprofessional business practices and extremely poor customer service when it comes to complaints

Won an auction of a full sized helmet, costed me over $300. Shipped me a mini helmet instead. I contacted customer support via live chat and they said they would look into it and get back to me. Three days later, still haven't heard back so I contacted them. They said they don't have the item so I can keep my item with a $50 refund (because I'd loved to pay over $250 for a mini helmet I could get for under $100) or they'll give me a full refund if I send back the mini helmet.

Meanwhile, I already purchased a helmet display case for over $150 that I mounted on my wall for this purchase. Just an all around terrible experience with a very sketchy company. Heard other horror stories, wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Beware!
