Mystery MLB jersey box came and it was a Jose Canseco "Chemist" jersey. Advertised as being an MLB team and they actually claim that "Chemist" is MLB since it was his nickname. Jersey is sub standard and not worth the postage to send it to me. No refund or exchange even offered and they actually claim it was a valid MLB jersey. Some items in the past were ok, but they got their last dollar from me.

This site sells fake autographs, they auction items that are already authenticated say by Global authentic so that you wont send it in to s better service like JSA and have them take a look at it. Well I did this and found out that my Derek Jeter Jersey was fake and the owner tried to play it off and kept changing the subject and would not admit the fact or even fix the problem. Watch how fast they remove the truth from this blog.

Have bought from these guys for years and couldn't be any happier. Staff is friendly, auctions are fun (and every day!), memorabilia is authentic from the best names in the business! Highly reccomended!

Pieces of $#*! no real customer service to speak of. Only email or live chat. Show no loyality to their customers. Look for any way to charge their customers extra for shipping, handling, and restocking than most other e-commerce sites. READ THEIR SMALL PRINT! They want you too mess up some way to charge you for nothing.

Do not buy the mystery boxes, they advertise great players, but u get common players. The description are worded so badly, u thing u are getting 1 thing but u get another. Customer service does not care if u have a problem, did even try to remondy th siuation

Firstly, all products that were recieved were great... BUT,... Package's lost by UPS mid Jan. No reply to E-Mail messages requesting information re process on lost mail over a 6 week period. Ring the USA from Australia and promised help re situation. No help recieved so ring again a few weeks later only to be advised that only offer of refund available even thou same items are regularly. Aust dollar has risen against the US since purchases so refund is $55.21AUST less than spent originally so with international phone calls lost $80Aust and got 'Jack all' for it. Be Careful...

Regarding hockey only. Their pucks are good and that's it. Their jersey descriptions are vague and worded to be misleading. I won a "custom" jersey and it was nothing like the teams jersey. They don't show the front of the jerseys to hide their fake custom replica jerseys that that they call "on ice" that look nothing like the actual ones what so ever, China makes better knock offs, to win over the money of their customers. They will not let you return for a refund and your only option is to send in for consignment reauction. And that of which they then show a picture of the front of the jersey to make it harder to reauction the jersey to screw you over more and make the consignee look bad. I will never be doing business with this fraudulent company again. Their fake jersey even signed have no value. A napkin signed has more value then their "jerseys".

Most of the items on the site are good signatures, with good COAs, however a lot of the items themselves arent the best quality (not the authentic jerseys you see in stores but the lesser quality cheaper ones). A bunch of the items were obviously purchased and signed in bulk and there is nothing wrong with that. They do take a very long time to ship items and their customer service is terrible however. It can often take weeks for them to ship. Then, when you contact customer service they dont have case numbers or an assigned representative. I spoke to 15 people trying to get an item returned (when they shipped me an incorrect item).

First time shame on you, second time shame on me. I no longer do business with these people. I thought I had gotten a good deal, guess it was too good. When it was supposed to be shipped they showed the item shipped but FEDEX showed that they never delivered it to them. After a couple weeks I contacted Pristine and they claimed that FEDEX must have lost it. I know how FEDEX works and I doubt that Pristine ever took it to FEDEX. Funny this is the second time this happened to me, first time the item came back on. When you are dealing with this kind of merchandise you need to have a lot of trust. Pristine has lost my trust.

Just recently bought a bunch of stuff of from this website. Won some bids on apparel and the pictures did not match what I bought. The signed jerseys I won are not real. The miesha tate belt I got was something off from a Walmart shelf. The mystery box helmets aren't even someone you've heard of got a guy from the 60s who was never jad a good season. Don't waste your money. Also your winning a bid and don't receive a notification that your loosing but conveniently they send you a second chance offer to buy it for over 100$ over what you were bidding. They got my money don't let it happen to you.
