Do not use this auction service. I won an auction for an MJ tensed item, almost $300. They sent me the wrong item and I requested the original and they refused to make an effort to locate. Incompetent and not with the money. Go elsewhere.

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. Dealing with Austin W and Dawn in customer service is both unprofessional and condescending. A high percentage of their items are great quality but when you do get that one item that is inferior beware. I have been a very loyal customer for many years have always paid for my items and have never once had an issue. Had my first issue with a very inexpensive item and that's when customer service was just as unprofessional and helpful as can be. Disappointing all I wanted was an exchange no refund no compensation. Now I have a jersey that is worthless that coincides with Pristines customer service. Beware if you have an issue because money is more important to Pristine than doing the right thing. The 3 stars is they do have nice items 1 star to customer service.

I have spent a few thousand dollars with these guy's as of late and wish I had not. They have a lot of items they auction off from other suppliers and don't really inspect them. I have received a bunch of broken third rate items that where shipped from crappy suppliers. Then I was left to clean up PristineAuctions mess. The shipping manager is a complete twit and has no knowledge of international shipping or tracking of what really shipped out. Then wrong items I received Pristine wanted me to ship the items to the customer they really belonged to and where having another customer ship stuff I should have received? Still no resolve from the broken stuff I received. Don't use this action house!

I have purchased 4 jerseys and a Mini helmet from pristine. I purchased the Mini helmet thinking it was full size helmet my mistake I called them to ask if they could help they said no As soon as they received the money for everything I've purchased My account has been closed, I have paid them in full and they will not even respond now. If they tell you that you will get a similar product of what is listed one of my jerseys has a smeared signature, that wasn't listed.
I bid and won an auction item on Pristine site. Then a discerning problem arose. It was NOT a problem with the Pristine company but with a individual consigner. When I notified the customer service dept of the problem, the response was unbelievable, The apology happened immediately but the entire customer service dept made it their priority to make the problem right. They worked out a solution that was agreeable to me and did it with professionalism and courtesy.
