I ordered a second set of tires and fedex somehow delivered the last tire 5 days after the first three were delivered. That was frustrating, but finally received my full order.

They don't rate any stars! I was sent tirs with rocks in the tread. I have returned them and still haven't gotten a refund. They also charged me 50$ for the return. Do not buy here!
We're not sure about this situation as we do not know in regards to which order it is, but we can advise that per the photo you provided the tires are still new and unused - thus the literal three pebbles visible likely got lodged there during transit! Obviously that's not ideal and we do apologize if that was the case, but those are thankfully easily removable. Furthermore we only deny refunds if we receive back tires that are clearly modified or not even ours, so if you did return to us untouched tires we'll certainly issue a refund!
Nice tires and quick delivery. Easy to order and check out was simple. And best of all payments are allowed. I will definitely be ordering again for my truck.

Our company specifically needed to order a specific E rated tire for semi tractor. Salesman assured it would be the correct tire. When tire was delivered, of course it wasn't. In trying to get wrong tires returned and correct ones ordered, we received no cooperation, no call back, no email return... NOTHING. In dispute with credit card company they responded "Customer received EXACTLY WHAT WAS ORDERED. THEY NEVER CONTACTED US TO REPORT AN ISSUE. NO REFUND IS DUE". Their statement is a lie as we attempted to contact several times to no avail. Sent text to them and never received a response. So, we are out almost $1,000 for tires that are unusable. WOULD NEVER, EVER RECOMMEND PRIORITY TIRE!
We're sorry to hear that you're upset about the apparent issue. We always do our best to send out all Tires exactly as advertised and to rectify any mistakes that might occur.
Naturally we respond to every single email, phone call and online chat as quickly as we can, but delays can certainly occur in very busy periods of increased incoming traffic. Text messages are not available for our toll-free number.
There was no attempt to ignore you in any way and we likely did attempt to contact you through methods available to us, so we apologize if there was any misunderstanding or communication issue.
We do have to defend ourselves from any chargeback disputes and, without knowing the details of your situation, we can say that we always gather all information available to us and reply as fairly as we can to protect ourselves from any potentially unjust disputes.

Try to pick up from the local office, but the tires are being shipped from another location, so that would've been convenient.
Need more telephone coverage as the wait time was 30 plus minutes.
Our locations are simply warehouses and not typical brick-and-mortar stores, so pick-up availability is a bit limited - still, that same network of warehouses is meant to ensure quick 2-3 day delivery times for customers nation-wide!

Priority Tire was easy to deal with and shipped promptly. Unfortunately, the courier "FedEx", had numerous delays at "No Fault of the seller"!

I bought 4 tires 37X13,50-20 mud tires 1 tire had a bulge in sidewall I have asked them three times for a replacement they have quit responding to me so I ask for address to return all for a full refund they have not responded

I bought to Fourceum tires from you in 2023. I thought since i had fantastic experience then i would go ahead and get the pther 2 tires now. I ordered fourceum m/t plus 265/70 R17 LT. I received Voyger instead. I ordered from what said Fourceum on the page your people ssid it was falt. They want me to pay $70 for shipping. It was ashamed that you will loose my and my family's business in the future.iI wouldn't have minded paying part of the shippimg but $70 i just can't afford.

If you believe that we sent you incorrect tires you can certainly contact us for help; if true, we do provide a Free Return, however, if we've reviewed the technical logs and can confirm that you received what you yourself selected, then there is no reason to claim that we sent incorrect tires.
Any return shipping costs we quote are based on our own special FedEx rate; they're much lower than what FedEx or other Carriers actually charge.
Again, if we did send you incorrect tires we will definitely help with a Free Return, but if you purchased incorrect tires by accident the return shipping is not provided for free.

In order to ensure exceptional service in all of the 48 contiguous states, our company has opened
Three main warehouses to improve the delivery. The warehouses are located in Allentown, PA,
Jacksonville, FL and Grand Prairie, TX, with the Allentown warehouse functioning as our
Headquarters.
Our Allentown, PA warehouse was the first to be opened under VYC Tires in 2016. After that, in
Order to upgrade our delivery process to the West coast, we have established a warehouse in
Grand Prairie in 2018. Our newest warehouse is the Jacksonville, FL one, which was opened in
