Absolutely loved my experience- my tires were delivered within 3 days
It was super easy to order, but when I ordered product ran out and then when restocked the price dropped by $15. How is that possible. Should at least offer a refund of the difference.

I ordered my tires one week and within the next week it arrived. I received 2 tires on the first day and the 2nd on the next. I couldn't complain of the 2 days span for for both sets of tires in delivery because I was expecting delivery up to 2 weeks for all 4.

After tires was installed on test drive the tires have a Roaring noise so loud I had to buy two more tires from a company in Gainesville Florida and the noise stop this maybe my last time ordering tires
We do our best to only work with safe and functional tires without any known or expected flaw, fault or issue! Ordered tires through Walmart+. Tires arrived early, but were not the size I ordered.
Called them and got the run around.
Called Walmart and they instructed Priority to to ship replacements overnight and have carrier pick up the wrong tires while delivering the replacements.
Not only are Priority refusing to do what Walmart instructs them to do they basically told me I am stupid and should order more tires from them as replacements.
Effectively, their business procedure constitutes an illegal "bait and switch""
They made a mistake, but will not hold themselves accountable.
They ignore keeping a customer satisfied and concentrate simply upon how they can avoid money loss on their product.
There are many other tire wholesalers who stand behind their actions.
RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN AWAY FROM THESE YAHOOS.
If we did indeed send incorrect tires by accident, we naturally do apologize for our mistake - it was not intentional and is not the norm.
Naturally when such an situation arises all you need to do is contact us, we'll help you with a Free Return and then a replacement or refund.
Obviously, in such cases, you are required to provide simple and straightforward evidence of your claims (a basic photo of the received tires). The replacement or refund are available once the tires are returned or, at the very least, on their way back to us.
We apologize on Walmart's behalf if they gave you the run around and incorrect information - replacements are not available ahead of the return (as per both their and our policy) and we at Priority Tire do not use expedited shipping. Truly this situation would have been more amicable had Walmart not misled you.
We're not sure why you're mentioning any "illegal bait and switch"; there is no need to implicate yourself in any uncalled for defamation or slander. You very well know that a simple human error occurred wherein incorrect tires were sent by accident, just as you know that we offered you assistance in accordance with standard retail policies and practices. Likewise, offering a free return to you at our own cost and replacement afterwards again at our cost is in no way avoiding responsibility or focusing on our own benefit.
There is no issue in being upset if we did ship you incorrect tires by our mistake, for that we will always apologize as we are aware of the resulting inconvenience; with that said, we genuinely tried to help and make things right.
Awesome price, fast shipping! Only issue I have was tracking being inaccurate; showed awaiting shipment when they were delivered. Everything else was excellent!

Fast delivery but tires came strapped together. Not packaged in a box. All distorted and twisted up.
They will be mounted when the weather gets better in Tulsa. Hopefully no issues.
We can confirm that we do not send out tires in boxes or similar packaging; naturally we do understand the pros and cons of this approach, but in our 20+ year operating history, this approach has not caused any notable issues with tire quality or safety!
With that said, we're always keeping track of new developments and issues alike; some Bias tires indeed are a bit more susceptible to their form being negatively affected due to this shipping method. If you can, do give us more information about your specific case so that it may be documented to help better our quality control and allow for improvements in the long term! Likewise if you do encounter issues with the tires themselves you can and should contact us!
I ordered 4 tires in the size of 35x12.5r18 and got 2 in that size, and received 2 37x13.5r20 trying to return the 2 wrong size tires and receive the rite size still haven't got any word back on my return

We do all we can to prevent such mistakes with advanced logistics on both the operational and technical, software side of things. Still, despite our best efforts, mistakes can still happen - but we do try to quickly and efficiently resolve them! Three main warehouses to improve the delivery. The warehouses are located in Allentown, PA,
Jacksonville, FL and Grand Prairie, TX, with the Allentown warehouse functioning as our
