Ordered tire. Sent incorrect tire. Returned tire and sent correct tire that was now the wrong size. Returned THAT tire and told correct tire would be sent once second tire was recieved. Once they recieved second tire, I was emailed and told they do not have the tire I ordered and that I would be refunded.
I have yet to be refunded anything and this has been going on for 2 months.
Please be wary of anything you order.

Purched 4 Forceum tires and experienced a defect with one of the tires with less than 1000 miles. Priority states that the the waaranty is dependent on the manufacturer's review. It has been over 5 weeks and still haven't heard back from the manufacture with little to no help from Priority tire. Make sure you read the fine print before buying tires from Priority.
We do our best to only sell safe, functional and as-advertised Tires. If a Customer reports an issue we are happy to review the situation and provide assistance as appropriate.
In your case, the Tire was mounted and used for a while and the damage it has could have potentially manifested from damage during driving. As such, we are forced to contact the Supplier/Manufacturer for the warranty so that we can determine the nature of the issue.
You did provide us with photos of the Tire, which we are thankful for, which we did provide in full for the warranty. We did escalate it as well in hopes of getting this resolved.
As soon as we receive an update we will contact you back and proceed further!

Ordered tires at a good price. There was an issue with the order but the team fixed it expeditiously. I couldn't be more pleased with the service. I will always order tires from this website going forward.

The tires I purchased were fine, exactly what I purchased. The customer service or lack thereof that I received on this order was disappointing to say the most. Not shipped same day as advertised and when I contacted customer service they assured me first that they would ship same day as scheduled and then the following day when they still hadn't shipped they just made excuses and did nothing to rectify the situation. Not an honest company to deal with. Very disappointing experience over all

All good experiences 25 orders only 2 issues ever once I made a mistake on tires size and had to pay to swap. And second issue 3 of the 4 tires orders made it the missing one can't be found.

Ordered 4 NEW cooper cs5 tires on 10/23 from walmart.com. Sold by priority tire. After they were mounted the tire technician stated that the tires were DOT dated 08/21. They sent me tires already 2 years old. Couldn't return because they were mounted. I have bought tires from priority tire in the past. Never again though.

We carry and advertise never-mounded and never-used tires, as such we are unable to take back tires if they are already mounted. Most of our tires are dated DOT 2020 or newer and are stored in climate-controlled warehouses, ensuring a dry and rot-free environment. Already mounted and was not able to balance that day because our new Hunter Road Force balance had not arrive. Even without balance the tire ride great upto 60mph! I will balance them now that our balancer has arrived.
I've been in the Automotive industry for 50yrs. And I feel that how much wheel weights are needed to balance a tire tells you how well the tire is made. As I mentioned above they needed very little weight. "Happy!"

Everything was fine. The only thang your computer system kicked my order out the first time because the shipping address was different from the billing address. Your computer said it was fraud. I answered you text when I got it that everything was fine and it still kicked it out. You need to fix that problem it delayed me getting home 5 extra days.

One of my 26's went bad. Went to a tire shop they said 250$ i went into my car and immediately started to look on line and came across PriorityTire. At first I thought it was a scam so I Googled it and started to research on it. And when I saw it was legit I went ahead and ordered... I got my tire for 140$ 2 days later. I bought 2 tires which were delivered to the wrong address. I called customer service after getting the notification of delivery, but they were not very helpful. They insisted that they could see a photo of the delivery which was a randomn door and that I needed to prove that I did not get the tires. Luckily someone from the apartment where the delivery was made came to my apartment and asked if I had a delivery of tires. This was a very frustrating experience that I think could have been handled differently. Fedex and priority tire should be held accountable for this negative experience.
We fully understand that you are upset at the apparent FedEx delivery issue, but please understand that we did try to help you and that we simply wanted to understand the situation at hand!
Namely, FedEx is officially stating that they did deliver this to you completely as advertised, even supplying a delivery photo. In such cases we are more than ready to assist our customer, but we do need to get more information about the circumstances so that we can better understand the issue and more efficiently dispute the delivery with FedEx!
We never put the blame on the customer or force them to "prove" themselves, we simply ask them for more information, context about the situation and for any potentially helpful photo, footage or similar documentation.
Obviously we do apologize to you if FedEx did misdeliver the tires, but we do reiterate that we only wanted to help you and figure out a solution!

The tire and alignment shop I took them to said the runout of the tires was.015 which is good. Especially for a cheaper tires. They're rolling smooth and wearing evenly so far. Using them for steer tires on a Isuzu NPR 17k grossed out 24/7.

Ordered a set of 4 tires. Got 3 pretty quick and thats it. Just 3. Called the company the same day and they said the pair is strapped together. So 2 and 2. But I only received 1 and 2. So how 1 managed to break apart 4 strong plastic straps is beyond me but according to them, fedex lost it and I asked what would happen if fedex doesn't find it and they said they can't help me if so. Very shady! Any normal company would send a refund or a replacement tire till the lost one either shows up or doesn't. Now im stuck here waiting to see if Fedex finds my tire or admits fault or I lose $115 because "4 tires have been marked as delivered" WHEN I WATCHED THE DELIVERY GUY DROP OFF ONLY 3 TIRES. Very Shady!

They can be used for years and will certainly be used up sooner than they get worn out. Terry, if you had a negative experience you can share it with us. All of our policies are clearly displayed and followed, while our Customer Service always tries to help.
Answer: We answer all emails within 24h. Within the past few months we've experienced massive amounts of incoming traffic, but we've been able to rectify that by training more personnel and are soon changing to a superior phone system to help combat delays.
