After buying my first pair Landgolden tires 5 years ago on my 02 Grand Cherokee 275-45-R20. I decided to come down to the 275-40- R20 and I like the way they hug the road and are quiet. They feel just as good as the 1st pair of Landgolden I bought 5 years ago. Mind you living in NYC with potholes and snow these Landgolden tires takes a beating that's why I decided to go get another pair. Priority Tire thank you for the fast delivery and the customer care was very helpful.
I ordered Venom Power Terra Hunter x/t size 35 x 12.50 x 22.
Four tires were delivered in one shipment 3 days later. I had no issues with these tires yet. They have been on my truck for a week. They ride quiet and smooth. I was told there was no issue with balancing them. My experience with Priority Tire has been great so far. I even had a nice conversation with someone on the phone about the Venoms I was buying. I asked him to do a side by side comparison with the Venom tires and the Toyos open country I had on my truck. Both tires are 10 ply, both tires are rated for the same weight, the Venom tires had a better speed rating then the toyos. No Brainer! Toyo 35 x 12.5 x 22 cost $700 a Tire. I had two sets of Toyos open country and they didn't last more then 30,000 miles. I rotate every 5000 miles. We shall see how the Venoms hold up over time. So far, so good. And, they look good.

The new Goodyear tires ride much smoother than my old A/T Mud and Snow Truck tires. Of course. I liked dealing with Priority Tires so much that I bought a set of tires for my grandson's vehicle. They got the order correct and billed correctly, Unlike another W______ chain store I dealt with. They got the order to me quickly.

I am a beleiver in priority tire and that they are the best online tire company I have used. This last purchase however the tire arived with some defects from the manufacture. I was sent a return label and told as soon as the tire was shipped I was to contact them so they could ship me out a new tire being that it was a manufacture defect and not a problem with ordering or shipping. I am still waiting for the replacement tire to be shipped after a week has gone by that I notified that the bad tire had shipped out. I am hoping it will ship soon and am sure there was just a mix up.
We do indeed do all we can to ensure that we only send out safe and functional tires each and every time - and if they get damaged during transit or have an otherwise clear manufacturing issue, we're more than happy to assist with a return, replacement and refund at our cost!
Regarding this case, we have to assume that there was some type of misunderstanding or similar confusion regarding the follow-up - naturally we do apologize if we made any mistake here, but we assure you that we did try to help and resolve this to your liking!

First time purchasing from Priority Tire. Website was easy to navigate and the tires were shipped extremely fast. It was easy to track the shipping and got the tires I needed. I bought some Deestone D503 7.00 15's for a '52 Willys Jeep and they ride super smooth.

Didn't have issues finding what I was looking for. The only thing I did have a small issue was getting them delivered to the auto shop of my choice. Only one option popped up in the website
Our website does offer you to ship to one of our affiliated installers, but you can just as well ship to any valid address of your choice, which can thus be your local installer which may not yet be our affiliate! We ordered an PAID tires from this company, they delivered it at the wrong address, after 2 weeks from my order I called them to ask where my tires were and they told me that the already delivered the tire. Never received the tire they said that they would have open a claim with FEDEX and they never got back to me. I call them again after one month of waiting and again the same guy told
Me that he was going to open a claim. So I don't have my money and I don't have my tires after 40 days from my order.

We are sorry to hear that you feel this way! We shipped the Tires exactly to the Address you provided, after which you were provided with a FedEx Tracking Number so that you can keep an eye on your shipment.
As soon as you actually contacted us to report the issue we reached out to FedEx to open a Case; they told us that everything appears correct on their end but that they will do what needs to be done to make sure, saying that their Driver will double-check and, if they did make a mistake, redeliver to you.
After that you contacted us many days later to report that you somehow still don't have the Tires; given that you did not reach back to us earlier we thought that everything was fine, based on FedEx's words!
Of course, we've now escalated the situation and started a separate, higher-level investigation with FedEx to figure out what happened here and assist you.
Had an issue where I ordered the wrong tires in the past, called customer service to cancel my order and they were super helpful! Ordered from them again and they were super quick to ship my tires out and kept me updated the whole time--would definitley buy from them again in the future!

I heard about Priority Tires from someone in my Jeep group for Liberty's and they said they got decent sized tires on this website and a great price with no rubbing on the Jeep when he turns and I went and got my own! Can't wait to try them in the summer!

Only three of four tires came the first day I was a little worried but I call them and they explain that one of tires was still in transit. I received tire that day. Price good and delivery was good.

The Iris aures tires are awesome. Extremely good handling even in windy conditions when doing 85mph on the interstate. Very comparable to nokian t(y)ires.

I ordered 4 tires 265 70r 17 and sent three tires the correct size and one 265 70r 20 it took 3 weeks to get these tires so I tried to call priority customer service but I was put in a que with 26 calls ahead of me they said if you don't want to wait leave your number and we will get back to you within 24 hours we'll that never happened so I went to their website and found they're email and emailed for a return label to return the wrong size tire FedEx picked up the tire 2 weeks ago and I got an email saying they received the tire but it's been 2 weeks and still no replacement tire. I'll never buy from this company again. I placed my order through Walmart and I called Walmart corporate and told them my story and said I would discontinue doing business with this company.
We cannot verify the details claimed here due to having no way to identify or locate this order in specific, as we do have thousands of orders each day on all platforms, Walmart included. If we are provided with the Order number we'll be happy to investigate and check! With that said, we are more than happy to rectify any and all mistakes on our side (like sending out an incorrect tire) and do our best to do so in a timely manner. Purchased these tires. Great price. However they were manufactured in the 36th week of 2022 which is kind of older when you consider that it is recommended to replace them between 6 and 10 years.
The manufacture date of our tires varies from one to four years old and there is no way to determine, pick, or choose the tire age you will receive. The tires are kept in controlled conditions and have passed our safety inspections. We assure you that they are fully functional and safe for use, they do not have any dry rot or other DOT-related issues.In case you receive a tire that is older than that and don't wish to use it, we'll provide you with a return, if you didn't use or mount them!
Did not read anywhere in description that they were only spouse to be put on trailers that travel up to 55MPH until I read on tire while I was mounting them. Would of been nice to know before I ordered but they work.

This was the first time I used you all. I only recieved one tracking number for my split order coming from two locations. I called, left VW for days with no response. Online the website stated my order was complete but I only recieved two of the four tires. I was finally able to chat with someone after being on hold for 30 minutes(not to mention the other times I called) and found out the would be shipping from another location and recieved the tracking information. Lastly, one time I called toward the end of one day, was on hold for over 20 minutes and then was hung up on once the business hours ended without the option of leaving a message. Pretty poor way to treat a customer... If the proper tracking information would have been provided upon shipment, I wouldn't have neeeded to call and given you high marks on the whole process.
We fully understand your frustration and do apologize for the inconvenience, we've been receiving extremely elevated amounts of incoming traffic, leading to the longer than normal wait times. Please believe us when we say that we're doing what we can to improve our service in both the short and long term, so delays like that should not happen! The phone line immediately disconnecting at closing time is an unfortunate behavior that we were not aware of, we'll be sure to work with our phone software to fix that. Finally, each and every tracking number should be provided together, so we apologize about that as well, our IT team is already investigating why the system did not forward all of them to begin with. I was sent the. Wrong tire size. I should have received a 22 inch tire and I received a 20 inch tire. The day I ordered the website kept glitching adding extra items in my cart. When I received the wrong item I called in and the representative told me I had to pay shipping to return for an issue that wasn't my fault. Now with no one trying to make this right I don't plan to order from this vendor again.
We do provide Free Returns when we make a mistake, but in this case you plain as day purchased the incorrect tire size do to your own unlucky mistake! Your confirmation email and invoice are evidence of that, among others. As such, a Free Return is not possible, but you can still receive help from us in the form of a discounted return label. We don't see any indication of any extra items being added to your cart in the system per our tests and logs, but you're free to give us more details and we'll be happy to check again.
