This was the first time I used you all. I only recieved one tracking number for my split order coming from two locations. I called, left VW for days with no response. Online the website stated my order was complete but I only recieved two of the four tires. I was finally able to chat with someone after being on hold for 30 minutes(not to mention the other times I called) and found out the would be shipping from another location and recieved the tracking information. Lastly, one time I called toward the end of one day, was on hold for over 20 minutes and then was hung up on once the business hours ended without the option of leaving a message. Pretty poor way to treat a customer... If the proper tracking information would have been provided upon shipment, I wouldn't have neeeded to call and given you high marks on the whole process.
We fully understand your frustration and do apologize for the inconvenience, we've been receiving extremely elevated amounts of incoming traffic, leading to the longer than normal wait times. Please believe us when we say that we're doing what we can to improve our service in both the short and long term, so delays like that should not happen! The phone line immediately disconnecting at closing time is an unfortunate behavior that we were not aware of, we'll be sure to work with our phone software to fix that. Finally, each and every tracking number should be provided together, so we apologize about that as well, our IT team is already investigating why the system did not forward all of them to begin with. We respect your input here and will earnestly work to improve our service on all fronts!
