I ordered 2 tires, but only received one. I reviewed the disclaimer about how the shipping carrier will sometimes separate the orders. I waited a couple days, but still did not receive the second tire. I called customer support, and they verified that the second tire was still in transit. I received the second tire as promised. I was pleased with the level of customer support with this company.

I had a great experience purchasing new tires for my camper! They had exactly what I was looking for and the shipping was fast! I had my tires within 3 days of purchasing my tires! Highly recommend them! However I have not replaced them on my camper yet.

You had several winter tires in the size I was looking for. Selecting the tires and checking out was smooth and easy. The tires arrived when I was told they would arrive and all 4 tires came at the same time, which was nice. After a bit of searching for garden tiller tire supplier I found Priority Tire. Had the tire I wanted, price was better than any other place I found, free shippping, quick easy purchase, and arrived to my house in about 5 days, pretty quickly… beat anything on Amazon, seriously!

Bought 4 tires 2 are factory defects and they don't want to exchange the 2 tires for good ones they cost me $200 of balancing and shop fees to find out the tires are bad and they are giving me the run around
We'd need to verify what order you're referring to first, but as a general rule of thumb we'd say that we always offer help when a defective tire is reported. No run around at all, as we always explain, we're filling a warranty claim on your behalf with the manufacturer and do require every piece of documentation that they request. All of the tires we sell and ship should be without any defect, so that is why the manufacturer requires evidence of a problem! All you need to do is cooperate with us and we'll do our best to solve the warranty!
I was trying to change my tires, and then I found this page save me half the price I was expecting to pay around $200 per tire and I Pay around $100. $75 plus instalation they arrived very quickly and great quality any problem at the moment, 100% recomended

After a through search of different sites and options I found the best tires for the best price with the best service. The process was seamless and delivery was fast. I received my tires a day ahead of the time promised.

I just got the tire mounted yesterday, so I will be trying to gather all the info you need to submit a warranty claim ASAP. I am still not real clear how to do this but will be trying. If I have any questions I will contact you by phone.

Do to weather in our area FedEx was not able to deliver, but your warehouse was able to allow me to pick up the tires directly. This allowed me to be able to have the tires mounted on my truck the next day. Saved me a lot of time to free up my weekend.

I am pleased with the ease of ordering and the pricing of tires. I am not pleased as I could not get any communication as to if and when my tires were shipped. When I finally did know the status of my tires from FedEx they stated my tires were just sitting because the label was unreadable. Will I buy from again? Not sure yet.

I went to my local tire dealerships and not one of them had the studded tires I was looking for. They were either out of stock, or they were on backorder. I even tried Tire Rack, but they didn't offer studded tires. I came across Priority Tire on the internet and looked on their site at the tires they offered. They not only had the tires I wanted, but they were studded too, and at a great price. After I ordered them, they were here in 5 days, and the shipping was free. Priority Tire will definitely be my first place to look when I'll need more tires.

When I went to the website, I inserted the proper size tire I needed to purchase. I saw the price and decided to purchase them. I should have looked closer, as the website switched the size and I ordered the wrong size, thinking it was the one I typed in. Whether they did not have my size, or whatever other reason, it was switched, and now I have tires I cannot use.
We're not sure how the website could switch your size, as we regularly test the website in multiple ways and have not encountered such behavior. It seems that you likely purchased the incorrect tires by accident, but there is no need to worry, you can still return the tires to us within our 90-day return policy!
Ordered tire. Sent incorrect tire. Returned tire and sent correct tire that was now the wrong size. Returned THAT tire and told correct tire would be sent once second tire was recieved. Once they recieved second tire, I was emailed and told they do not have the tire I ordered and that I would be refunded.
I have yet to be refunded anything and this has been going on for 2 months.
Please be wary of anything you order.

That is most unfortunate, mistakes can definitely happen, we do our best to avoid them and fix them once they do - here apparently some things certainly went wrong and we provide our earnest apologies to you!
We have to assume that there was a problem with entering the tires in the system, leading thus to a repeated yet slightly different issue. For that we can honestly advise that we'll be doing all we can to investigate the root cause of the issue and how it wasn't detected on time and prevented!
The order should certainly be refunded if it was returned - please allow us to investigate the matter and take any final steps needed!

In order to ensure exceptional service in all of the 48 contiguous states, our company has opened
Three main warehouses to improve the delivery. The warehouses are located in Allentown, PA,
Jacksonville, FL and Grand Prairie, TX, with the Allentown warehouse functioning as our
Headquarters.
Our Allentown, PA warehouse was the first to be opened under VYC Tires in 2016. After that, in
