I got a new car in October 2022 and 5 months later got a nail in a tire. Went to a tire shop to get it checked out and realized they don't sell the exact tire I needed since the car is a lease. I looked and looked online until I found Priority Tire. I was told my tire was special and dealer exclusive but Priority Tire had it! At almost $60 cheaper than any other shop I found PLUS faster shipping than Amazon Prime (lol)! It was amazing! Exact tire as the other 4 and received within 2 days! Unbelievable and great customer experience. Will definitely be back if needed (hopefully not)!
Quick Service order was received as expected. Have not installed tires yet. Was replacing what was on my trailer.

Overall I was satisfied. The one concern I had was that it took longer to ship than advertised. Website states that if you order before 3:00 it will go out the next day. It took multiple days to ship. Product was as advertised and worked well.

This was the first time purchasing tires from Priority Tire. They carry a lot of tires to choose from, at a lower price point. They made really easy to order, ship, and deliver to an installation site of my choice. They made all the installation appointments and sent all emails confirming this.

Ordered my tires and they arrived in just a few days. The price was right and the service was prompt. Really glad I found Priority Tire. I was in a pinch and had to buy outside of my regular tire service and even they said I got a great deal. Thanks again!
My order arrived early, which was great but unfortunately I was sent a tire of the wrong size. Customer service was decent and set me up with a return label and the tire was shipped back. The next tire also came very quickly and was the correct size. I'm not sure how the wrong size tire gets sent out with 3 tire of the correct size. Overall the situation was resolved in a timely manner but was inconvenient.
We do apologize once more for the unfortunate error! To explain, we do have precautions to prevent such issues, but when you send out thousands of tires per day a simple human error is bound to happen despite our best efforts to prevent them! Whether the incorrect tire was incorrectly labeled and sorted or simply picked up by accident, we're nonetheless glad that we were able to assist you and solve the issue quickly!

They will take your money and you won't receive tires! Then you will try for weeks to talk to someone and never get anyone! Leaving massage after massage! Don't give these jokers your hard earned money!
I have bought. Two sets of tires from here. And the last set i bought, they sent me someone else order. And then when you try to call their customer service line, you can plan on being on hold for at least. 20-30min and they are still no help. I ask to speak. To a manager and they put me on hold another 10mins and still no manager. I tried to let them know that i really need these tires for the week. And they didn't have any urgency to get me the correct order sent out.
We earnestly apologize if you received incorrect tires through our or FedEx's fault, but we do always provide assistance for cases like that and try to resolve them in a timely manner. Naturally sometimes various obstacles can occur, like how in recent times we've been dealing with extreme amounts of incoming traffic, leading to the delays you did experience. We assure you that we did try to resolve your matter as soon as we could! If there is anything we can do to help and rectify the matter please do tell us!
Not as advertised. It was specified that the tires were dealer take off tires which I did not have a problem with. When it came time to mount the tires, I discovers that one of the tires had been patched. That was not disclosed. Otherwise I would have given five stars.
All the tires should be completely untouched and repair free - earnest apologies if you somehow received a patched tire, please reach out to us and we'll do our best to investigate the issue and provide help!
I was able to find some great tires at a great price! There were a great selection of tires for very low prices at their website. I was able to take those tires to a local tire dealership and they put the tires on for a very low-cost labor fee. I would highly recommend Priority Tire to anyone needing new tires for a great price!

Three main warehouses to improve the delivery. The warehouses are located in Allentown, PA,
Jacksonville, FL and Grand Prairie, TX, with the Allentown warehouse functioning as our

Our Allentown, PA warehouse was the first to be opened under VYC Tires in 2016. After that, in
