Price was good, process was a nightmare. First off, got the wrong tire. Then I had to go find a Fed Ex to send it back. Being in a rural area makes this difficult. After a week went by wondering were my refund was, I had to make a phone call. I I had to call and initiate the refund in order for them to process it. Now I will not receive my refund for another 2 days.
Website wasn't to hard to get thru. Great prices for sure. Got what we ordered. The only issue is the website and never got an e mail stating that my tires had been shipped and i never got a tracking number. I do love the fact that if you put the order in by 1PM it gets processed and maybe shipped same day. First time buyer here. And i will be returning customer. Just hope tracking gets better if not whats it to chat or make a 5 min call.
I will say this up front. Fedex Ground is incompetent. Two of the tires were delivered to a neighbor several houses away. Fortunately, my neighbor brought the tires to me. The other two tires were delivered to my next door neighbor. I did receive all four tires but only due to the kindness of my neighbors. This is the reason I give 3 stars versus 5.
Very happy with the tires, really like the tread pattern and the fast delivery was great and very appreciated. Can't wait to get them mounted and put a few hundred miles on them and do another review for you, thank you.

The tires I ordered originally were not available when it came time to ship them. Customer service bent over backwards to make sure I was happy with an alternative. All of the help to insure the order was filled, shipped, and received was amazing. PriorityTire knows how to treat a customer.

Placed my order and the tires arrived quickly.
I usually shop locally but I was forced to seek different options as my local shop had only a single tire to fit my car. The option was not a brand that I had confidence in so I went to priority tire and found many options.

Fedex can't handle tire delivery, they "split" the order and then misplace half or can't find half the order. Two of my tire came in early, great, the other two sat in a fedex facility 20 miles from my house for 3 days while they figured out what to do with them. Like I said fedex sucks.
We earnestly apologize, we can say that all of our tires are shipped out together as connected packages within a multiple-piece shipment (outside of certain rare instances where tires have to be sourced from different locations). Despite that FedEx does sometimes deliver them on different dates, simply due to pure happenstance as various complications and delays can occur while the tires are sorted and handled at their various facilities.
Here it does sound like there were complications beyond that, so we do apologize to you and can advise that it is anything but the norm!
On our end we'll do what we can to report this with our FedEx liaison in an effort to improve quality control and overall performance!

I ordered the tire and they sent it. We were a little bit sad they no longer had like the set we just bought bought at the end of May, but we went with the closest quality and design that we could find.

Great tire. Rides great and looks good on my truck. Would definitely buy again and recommend. You won't go wrong with theses tires. I run a hotshot, and the first week with them on my truck I put 4k miles on them. No problem whatsoever. Half the price of OEM with the same or better performance. Two thumbs up

Was searching for smaller tires for personal small John Deere tractor, found Priority Tire thru google search, ordered tires that arrived in three business days despite being over new years holiday, tire looks identical to one John Deere was trying to sell for double the cost. I specifically asked ahead of time for the driver to put the tires on the rear covered porch. I found the driver the morning of delivery attempting to put the tires in the driveway of the front of the house blocking the garage door. I told him about it. Very poor experience

I learned about Prio Tire from LSC (Legit Street Cars) on YouTube. If you haven't seen the channel check it out. Anyway, everything about the purchase of my tires was excellent. From pricing being as much or less than other "cheap" options like Wal-Mart to the speed of delivery. I am 100 percent satisfied with my experience. I purchased a set of Fortune Viento tires recently. They seem to be of very good quality. The most any tire needed was a 1/4 once of weight when balancing The tires are quite and the price was very reasonable

Received the tires probably quicker than Amazon and cheaper than Amazon. Just had them installed on my truck a couple days ago and so far, so good. I am glad I ordered two because I definitely needed the second as I found that another of my tire on my truck also had tread separation.
