Tire Date code

I ordered 4 tires and 3 arrived the next day. I had to track down the 4th. Called fed ex and priority tire. 4th tire arrived 4 days later. The date code on tires was 4920 which means there tires have been sitting in a warehouse for almost 2yrs. Tires not stored properly start to breakdown which means the consumer gets less life out of tires. Not impressed at all with Priority Tire.

All of our Tires are completely new: never mounted, used or modified and are all indeed stored in optimal conditions to ensure no degradation of any kind! All of this is advertised in a forthcoming and clear manner on our website.
We can only apologize if FedEx mishandled one of your 4 packages and can advise that we did send them out all together at the same time, but on our end we did what we could to ensure safe and timely delivery!

Exactly what I needed!

Tires arrived as scheduled and were the heavier load bearing tires I needed for my pontoon boat. They fit the existing rims perfectly and performed as expected. Thanks for having the size I needed. The size and load bearing I wanted were not found locally.

Waited a few days after mounting the tires to give a good review of them. This is actually a great tire. Ride is smooth and responsive and wife loves them on her SUV. Saved $250 off local pricing. 2 vehicle we have purchased tires for from Priority Tire!

Smooth transaction

Yes, Priority is a fast shipper but I want to rate the tires. Alot quieter than the Continentals I had on (sorry continental). Haven't tried them on wet roads (South Texas). I will recommend them to whoever asks. Great price too.

Ordered 4 Tires Received 3

I placed an order on May 28, and was told the shipment was going to be in 2 pieces. Each piece was supposed to have two tires. However when checking the tracking there was a discrepancy between the weight of the pieces in the shipment. Ironically one was half the weight of the other. When my tires showed up I only received 3 tires rather than the 4 I had ordered.

I was on the phone for almost an hour trying to get a hold of someone to explain the situation. The CS rep at first said I would have to file a claim with FedEx. I told him to check the tracking and see the discrepancy between the two different pieces weight.

He than asked for proof from a security camera. Thankfully I have cameras and was able to provide proof. I didn't even get an apology or anything for the delay. I want to know what if I didn't have a camera and wasn't able to 100% back up my claim? Would I be screwed out of a tire?

I asked for a rush on this and didn't even get that or a credit for the inconvenience. Honestly, wish I would have went with Simple Tire, spent the extra 25 dollars and got the tires all in one shot in less than a week.

They're method of shipping from FedEx is horribly slow and always gets pushed back 1-2 days at the minimum. Save The aggravation and go somewhere else. I will not buy purchasing from this company again.

We are terribly sorry for the FedEx issue but are likewise sad to see that you're so hostile about the matter.
We reacted to your issue as fast as humanly possible and offered you a quick resolution without any hesitation.

FedEx issues can indeed occur and we simply ask our Customers to give us their side of their story to be able to react to the issue correctly.
Our shipping method shouldn't be in question when we ship literally thousands of tires each day with successful deliveries, including next-day ones. It is definitely unfortunate if your Order was delayed but that is anything but the norm.

It is definitely untruthful that you were "not given any apology" and there's no need to say such things.

Ordered set of tires and opted to ship to one of Priority Tire's "Trusted Installers" ( from the Prioritytire website). Based on tracking the tires made it to the local FedEx distribution center and delivery was expected close of Business Monday. Didn't happen with the reason "Recipient can not be located". Called Priority Tire and after 30 minutes on hold I opted for them to call me back. Received a call 30 minutes later and explained the situation, Priority Tire said they would call FedEx and "straighten it out".
Tracking updated to delivery by close of business Tuesday. Didn't happen with the reason "Recipient can not be located". Called Priority Tire and was disconnected, attempted online chat, was disconnected. Called again and I was 9th in queue- waited until I was 1st, was disconnected. Checked tracking status and it was updated to delivery by close of business Wednesday. Didn't happen again with the reason "Recipient can not be located". Called Priority Tire and cancelled order. They stated they will have to wait until tires get back to warehouse before I get my refund. Clearly they can handle a shipment to an address, what is the likely hood that they can handle a shipment return? I've never taken possession of the tires I purchased and they clearly have little control of their logistics, not even sure if tires ever left their warehouse. Fighting this through Credit Card company and Florida and Pennsylvania BBB.
Read through the reviews carefully and see the consistent challenges Priority Tire is having with shipping and customer support. In this day and age, I'm not even sure how a business can survive with fundamental problems in service and shipping. If you are one of the lucky ones to get your tires successfully, Priority Tire will likely be out of business before your warranty expires.

We completely understand being upset at an unlucky FedEx issue, but there is no need to accuse us of poor service.
Indeed, we not only survive but actively thrive in this day and age exactly due to excellent customer service and efficient, stress-free shipping.
Naturally mistakes and accidents can occur, but we do our best to resolve them.

We cannot comment too much further about this review as we do not have any Orders placed under your name, but to defend ourselves from your accusation, we do have very high marks with the BBB and do dispute any fraudulent payment disputes.
As such we do hope that your review is at least somewhat truthful and fair, as otherwise your complaint with the BBB will be rejected and your payment disputes closed against you.

At the end of the day FedEx mishaps can occur and at certain busy times incoming traffic can lead to longer hold times, but we do our very best to provide good, fair and exemplary service in all aspects.
We do apologize if we somehow mishandled your Order but give our word that we tried our best to perform as best as possible.

Shipped half of the order. Lied on their website about treadwear ratings. I asked to for a refund on the order and they go silent. Today they offer me $30 off. What an I going to do with that? My car just sits here now because I have to replace all 4 tires at one. RUN FAR FAR AWAY from these people.

We never misadvertise or incorrectly ship Tires on purpose, if you received a different Tire than ordered that is purely due to a rare and unlucky accident. In such cases we're happy to offer a Free Return or alternative accommodation.
All you need to do is contact us and communicate - we'll be happy to help one way or another. There is no need to act in bad faith or accuse us of foul play due to an unlucky error.

They will steal from you!

This company sold me defective tires in Oct of 21, it is now Jan 16th 2022 and I am still fighting to get a refund. Instead of sending me replacement tires and allowing me to send the deflective tires back, they made me purchase new tires from a different company and told me to cut out the DOT number on the sidewall of each tire, the tire shop installing my new/replacement tires would only do two of them because it took a long time and the smell was too bad. I decided that that was fair, I could take care of the other two. (Wrong, you cannot cut through tires with a sawzall). So I took the pictures I was told I had to take of those two and sent them in and preceded home letting the tire shop dispose of those two tires. The next day I proceeded to cut the other two up and couldn't, I filmed myself damaging the tires enough that they are for sure no longer able to be installed on a car and contacted Priority Tire and let them know this. They then proceeded to tell me that in addition to the DOT code they also needed the serial number cut out of the tires. I don't have the first two tires to even look for the serial numbers. The second two tires, I don't see any sort of a serial number on them. There is a badly damaged barcode sticker that sits on the tire bead that may be it but I don't see anything else that would resemble a serial number. Either way, I have now paid for two new sets of tires since Oct and see no end to getting anything resolved with this company. You can find a better company to buy tires from with payment plans.

When an alleged issue is reported, there are certain steps and procedures that need to be followed, and those are all contained within Terms of Sale, which you agree upon when you purchase. Your reported issue was handled as per the Terms of Sale, and you were asked for documentation which you were not willing to fully provide. Regardless, we initiated a warranty procedure with the documentation we had, and are currently awaiting a reply from the manufacturer. In addition, and to address certain mentions in your message, we did not ''make'' you purchase new tires, nor we implied anything even similar. That was your decision. You reported an issue, we requested documentation, you did not provide the documentation fully, we resorted to filing a warranty claim with incomplete documentation, and are currently awaiting the resolution. All our actions were taken in respect to all guidelines and policies. Rest assured that you will be assisted the best possible, as soon as that is possible. Thank you kindly.

Shady company

Ordered a set of 4 tires. Got 3 pretty quick and thats it. Just 3. Called the company the same day and they said the pair is strapped together. So 2 and 2. But I only received 1 and 2. So how 1 managed to break apart 4 strong plastic straps is beyond me but according to them, fedex lost it and I asked what would happen if fedex doesn't find it and they said they can't help me if so. Very shady! Any normal company would send a refund or a replacement tire till the lost one either shows up or doesn't. Now im stuck here waiting to see if Fedex finds my tire or admits fault or I lose $115 because "4 tires have been marked as delivered" WHEN I WATCHED THE DELIVERY GUY DROP OFF ONLY 3 TIRES. Very Shady!

Instead, a missing package procedure has to be initiated beforehand, and only once that claim yields a resolution, are we able to for certain say that you are missing a tire, therefore we are able to ship another one.
