Great place great price. Recently started buying all of our agricultural tires, trailer tire and now truck tires from this place.
I received the Tires in a timely manner, even though they didn't all come on the same shipment, just wondering how I could use the 55,000 mile warranty if I installed them myself and balance them

Took 5 days to receive tires. Took 2 of those days to go from Jacksonville Fl to Ga. That's on the shipping company FedEx. I sent a chat to Robby about my displeasure with FedEx to see if there is other ways around using them, and Robby said well that's just FedEx and how they do things. We can't do anything for you since you received your tires. I will no longer use Priority tire nor will I recommend them to anyone due to the lack of customer service that Robby gave.
We do our absolute best to ship all of our orders ASAP and have our logistical network set up in a way to ensure the swiftest deliveries possible for all areas. Be it with FedEx or any other carrier, we work with them closely to get the most efficient handling possible; obviously, delays and accidents of all kinds can occur, for which we do try to take action if we are notified on time and can try to work with the carriers to get any delayed or missing packages found. With that said, we do have to point out that a 5-day delivery is exactly within our advertised 1-6 business day delivery estimate - we're not quite sure then what the actual point of contention is here. Thusly, we are not sure why you are upset at our customer service, especially as they explained to you that an unlucky delay happened with the carrier - and yet the order still wasn't late. If the order was late we could certainly accommodate with a courtesy discount, but like this we're not exactly sure what you were expecting. If we missed or misunderstood anything, please do advise us. Thank you.
Ordered tires were there next day set up an appointment to get them installed at pepboy got an front-end alignment tires mounted and balanced truck drivers like a new truck

It should be NO stars. Please, before purchasing tires call their customer service number. They only have one number for the entire company at all levels corporate / service / order / etc. NO one is ever going to physically answer. The prompt will tell you. Only a 2 min. Wait, that is NOT at all correct… it's literally days ( if you have patience) you will give up & later be contacted by email that is scripted, vague & that will not resolve any of your issues, whatever they might be. Please go anywhere else, the money that you think you are saving will turn into a nightmare if you have any issues, delivery/defective/price/etc. This company is not accredited with the Better Business Bureau & I clearly know why. I don't believe the 4 star rating whatsoever, it has to be false. My experience was extremely bad, if the amount of the purchase was nominal, it wouldn't have been such a concern, but the purchase was significant. Please be cautious with Priority Tire. Customer service number *******177 go ahead… BEFORE you purchase, see if it's not true for yourself.
Your frustration with having difficulties reaching us is understandable, but your conclusions are unnecessary and extreme - we are indeed A+ rated and Accredited with the BBB, have several thousand orders each day and service several hundreds of customers via phone call, live chat and email. Our agents indeed answer hundreds of calls and do their best to reach all customers, be it by answering incoming calls, honoring callback requests or indeed replying via email. With that said, we've been dealing with a notable influx of incoming traffic and frankly struggling to keep up, leading to a lot of delays in communication. For that we do apologize - but we assure you that the delay you experienced is not due to a lack of effort, as our team is working around the clock to reach everyone ASAP. Likewise, our leadership is taking steps to address the issue, both by adjusting our workforce and reorganizing into a more efficient system. It will take some time, but we are confident our efforts will be fruitful to improve our service and better meet demand. Thank you for your understanding.

The black hawk AT tires were easily balanced and ride very smooth, no howl, or crazy rum their own mind attitudes while traversing rough roads. Have just a few hundred miles now, so will update as they wear. Shipping was super fast with a Sunday delivery.

We have purchased 2 sets of tires and a couple extra due to road hazard or wear. The tires are nice. However they do not seem to hold up to the rating. Pretty sure we got 60,000 miles and when you get closer to the 40,000 mark the tread is not much when you consider your supposed to be getting another 20,000 miles out of them. If it wasn't for that we would be 5 stars happy
