They look good and are just what I needed. I will buy from them again. The weather has kept me from getting them installed but they are good and sturdy tires.
Ordered four ATV tires. Two arrived within days. The other two arrived several days after that. It was difficult to follow-up online on the two tires delivered after the first two tires.

Had to make multiple request by email to have tax removed due to my tax exemption that should have been already documented in your system also I was never given the $15 rebate that I was told I would be given over the phone with customer service, this is not the first purchase I have made with this company but it may be my last there are more options / retailer's that sell same product for same or less price.

The tires arrived quickly, however, due to apparent poor quality, Les Schwab was not able to balance these tires properly. There is now a vibration in the front end of my BMW X5M that wasn't there before with the worn out Continentals.

Had an unexpected blowout and since my car doesn't come with a spare, if i didn't have another set of rims I would have been stuck. Luckily I knew to go ahead and order the tire right away since it was Christmas Eve and shipping could be a nightmare lol. Order placed that afternoon and 4 days later it was at my door. The fastest shipping I've experienced from them was 2 days so 4 days during a holiday no complaints!

I first purchased 1 tire for fitment to see how much I would have to modify the fenders. Because, I wanted as big of a tire as I could stuff in there. So now that I complete the first task l have purchased 4 more with spare and I'm very satisfied.

Priority Tire was great. Delivery by Fed Ex nto so great. FedEx needs to update and correct there software so Emails dont go out stating that a delivery will be made and the items dont arrive till the next day

I ordered four trailer tires from you and they arrived completely smashed flat. The guys at the tire shop finally got one of them to bead up to the rim. The other three would not air up. I had to buy three tubes to get them to spread out enough to catch the rim. Terrible pain in the $#*!. The guys at the tire shop about ready to kill me. Having to buy tubes ruined the good deal I got the tires. So all in all not doing that again. Sorry guys. Have to do better on the shipping. It was fast but tires were practically ruined. Smashed flat like a pancake. Greg
We deeply apologize if the tires you received were somehow flattened or otherwise compromised - we do our best to meticulously and safely package and send out all tires, using the same true, tried and tested methods for all of our orders! In this case clearly something went wrong with the individual packages, either at our warehouse or with the carrier, so we'll be sure to investigate! It's possible with certain trailer tires, particularly with the older Bias construction style, that the tires can get compressed during transit due to the lack of reinforced internal construction - but it should never cause the scenario you describe!

In order to ensure exceptional service in all of the 48 contiguous states, our company has opened
Three main warehouses to improve the delivery. The warehouses are located in Allentown, PA,
Jacksonville, FL and Grand Prairie, TX, with the Allentown warehouse functioning as our
Headquarters.
Our Allentown, PA warehouse was the first to be opened under VYC Tires in 2016. After that, in
Order to upgrade our delivery process to the West coast, we have established a warehouse in
