I PLACED AN ORDER FOR 1 TIRE. PRIORITY TIRE PROMPTLY SHIPPED MY ORDER. MY SHIPMENT WAS TO ARRIVE THE NEXT DAY ONLY TO BE CHANGED TO THE FOLLOWING DAY WHICH WAS INCONVENIENT. THE DAY MY ORDER WAS SUPPOSED TO ARRIVE, IT NEVER ARRIVED. I REACHED OUT TO PRIORITY TIRE INFORMING THEM I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER. THEY REPLIED REQUESTING FOR ME TO PROVIDE A PHOTO OF MY RESIDENCE & SURVEILLANCE FOOTAGE (IF POSSIBLE) THEN WERE TOLD TO WAIT FOR THEIR CLAIMS DEPT TO REACH BACK OUT TO ME ON THIS MATTER. 2 DAYS LATER THE CLAIMS DEPT GRANTED ME A REPLACEMENT TIRE DUE TO THE DELIVERY CARRIER DID'T DELIVER TO CORRECT ADDRESS. I FINALLY GOT MY REPLACEMENT
Got my tires installed at my local shop. Went for a drive car started shaking. Took it back to the shop and they rebalanced my tires and checked if anything was loose. I took it for a drive still shaking. I didnt have the shaking until i got tires put on.
That certainly sounds like there is something wrong with the tires - most likely just one - and we do earnestly apologize if we somehow sent out one or more tires with any kind of defect! Please know that we do all in our power to only work with safe, functional and untouched tires procured directly from manufacturers. I tired to order tolerance tires on my own and could only locate 3 of the needed 5 and talked to a really nice chat bot who was able to locate the other 2. Ordered the tires and had them within 6 days. So far they mounted and balanced well and ride smooth and are surprisingly quite for a mud terrain. Presently pleased to say the least. Will buy again.

Priority did a good job, don't really have an issue with them in my transaction. Issue I have is them using FedEx. And FedEx losing my tires shipping them all the way across the country and then back again delaying me getting my tires. With no compensation. Not

Sister-company of VYC Tires, in order to deal with the sale of new tires. The Priority Tire
Website was launched on March 8th 2018.
In order to ensure exceptional service in all of the 48 contiguous states, our company has opened
Three main warehouses to improve the delivery. The warehouses are located in Allentown, PA,
Jacksonville, FL and Grand Prairie, TX, with the Allentown warehouse functioning as our
Headquarters.
Our Allentown, PA warehouse was the first to be opened under VYC Tires in 2016. After that, in
Order to upgrade our delivery process to the West coast, we have established a warehouse in
Grand Prairie in 2018. Our newest warehouse is the Jacksonville, FL one, which was opened in
2019. Furthermore, we operate a few smaller warehouses to provide the best service available to
