Don't use. Spend a little more and go somewhere else. I ordered my gifts at the beginning of December and they have yet to arrive. I was told they would be here by Christmas, but it's the 23rd and we leave tomorow, with no gifts. I will not use this company again, and I urge you not to either.
Like many folks, I got a Groupon. 5 custom pillow cases. I did something VERY simple, using one of THEIR standard princess designs and simply typing in a different name for each pillow. Should have been easy to print.
Well, I ordered December 12, and the email I got had an order number but no tracking. Here we are on December 22, and I have received zero information as to the status of my order (whether it is in progress or being shipped).
I contacted customer service on December 15, since the website says you should be able to track your order through several stages of production and I had no tracking number. I received an automated reply (which said my order should arrive within 7 - 14 working days), but nothing from an actual human. I have tried several times to contact them via email, but like everyone says in their reviews, there are like two people and a shoelace answering phones/email/facebook for this "company."
What's interesting is that their website stated orders had to be in by December 7 (with standard shipping) to arrive by the holiday, which was understandable (so I didn't expect to get my order before Christmas, but at least I had warning). Then, when I was picking out my items, a few pages said the deadline had been extended to December 16 (standard shipping) or December 17 (2-day shipping). Now, those new promised dates are not to be found on their site.
I am afraid I will never receive my order, but we'll see. Maybe after Christmas.
They took over 2 weeks to send out then I receive my blankets three days before Christmas completely ruined! All the pictures are triple printed and blurry and they sent out white blankets when I chose a color they also have my mug white although I havnt received it yet and getting nervous. I've Also tried calling their customer service phone number multiple times it always says closed even during business hours. I have emailed twice in the last week and got no response
I tried to order a photo book from this company and it came out absolutely horribly. It took forever to get the photos uploaded. I followed their template, but when the pictures came they ran off into the center binding. The template had designs that would use one photo for two pages, but people's faces wound up getting cut off. It looked absolutely TERRIBLE. On top of that the book itself was not packaged well and arrived with dented corners and black dirty markings on the leather. I tried to remedy the problem with customer service, and they sent me a book with the EXACT SAME HORRIBLE PROBLEM. Complete WASTE OF MONEY. I wound up building the book and ordering from a different company.
I ordered 75 cards one came in the mail! Yes only one! When I called they were very rude, offered to help out in anyway and I paid $10 shipping for one card! NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THEM!
I don't know where to start. I purchased a Groupon for 100 greeting cards... Two weeks after I put my order in, l finally get something in the mail... (whenever I checked the status of my order, it would say nothing but "Processed. You will get your order soon"). To my utter shock & disbelief, there was ONE card in the mail! - Which I paid $10 to ship- nonetheless. When I tried calling the 888 number that's listed on the site, machine kept saying they're closed- "call back during business hours". Meanwhile whenever I called, it was during business hours. Finally I searched on google and found another # where someone actually picked up... He told me their computer system automatically defaults to quantity of 1 - even though I clicked on "redeem voucher of 100". And according to him, it was my mistake that I didn't adjust the quantity. They were not willing to help me out at all. Even the manager was distasteful- to say the least. I asked if they can expedite the remaining 99 cards ASAP. Nope... No can do. He said I would get them after Christmas (meanwhile this phone call was on Dec 12). To top it off, when I requested for a refund at that point, the mgr refused. To add to that, I also ordered an 8x10 puzzle on the same day I ordered the cards... That came even later- it took 3 weeks for one puzzle. NEVER AGAIN.
I'm so disappointed that my package isn't here yet and I ordered it December 6th, plenty of time for it to get here for Christmas. This gift was meant to be for my in laws and now I don't know what to do last minute. Extremely upsetting.
Ordered a gift December 1 still haven't heard it's December 20 they won't respond to my emails. Horrible company

Sent an email 17th Dec, still no reply even after saying they would get back within two days.
The phone number they use for you to contact them is an 0844 number which is charged at premium rate. DO NOT USE THIS NUMBER, USE *******452 instead which is free; not that it will do any good, you simply get a recorded message apologising for the delay etc etc, I've been hanging in now for 20 minutes even though "your call is important to us". Just sent another email only to get the following message... The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now. Please try resending your message later, or contact the recipient directly.
Will NOT be using these people ever again.
Orders placed Black Friday and 06/12, guaranteed Xmas. Still nothing! Phone number always says it's closed, can't get through on live chat, no response yet on messenger, and awaiting email response. They are liars when they say 1-8 business days for shipping your order, it is closer to 28 business days and then you may only get partial order shipment. So sad that they have great products but the worse production and customer service EVER!
You order a package expecting it to ship at a certain time... no where does it say 15-20 days for standard shipping AND when you get an email stating it has shipped, you'd expect to see it within a week... now 10 days since i got an email and still nothing... I guess I should have ordered christmas cards for 2020 instead of 2019... still asking for any sort of tracking or customer response but just getting automated dead-beat responses...
A 1 is even too high a star for this company! Ordered on 18th Nov, kept saying it was in progress, I kept phoning to people who couldn't even speak English, when I finally got to someone who could he guaranteed it would be with me by Christmas still no sign and now all my emails, private messages and calls are being ignored. Never ever use this company!
Last year I had a Groupon for my Christmas cards for 100 and they only sent me 1 card. Couldn't reach anyone by email or phone for over a week. Saved my credit with them for this year and had to repay shipping and then they sent the wrong cards. Took another 10 days to get my corrected cards. Never again will they get my business and I will always check reviews before purchasing
I placed my order on Nov. 29 so it would be here in time for Christmas. I received a shipment notification, and then a few days later FedEx said the package was undeliverable due to incorrect address. I checked my address in my order confirmation and it was correct, but noticed the address that PrinterPix entered into FedEx was incomplete so I contacted customer service. They said they would take care of it and re-ship my order. A week later, no confirmation, so I called again. They said that FedEx wouldn't deliver to my address, which is totally untrue because I have never had a problem receiving a package from FedEx before. I explained the issue with the address they entered being incomplete, but still they said the address is undeliverable. So I asked for a refund, and was put on hold. Several minutes later my call was disconnected. I called right back and was never able to get through. So now I'm out the money and no calendars that were supposed to be Christmas gifts. Total scam and ripoff.
Rubbish service. Ordered 3 weeks before Christmas. Got a email 3 days in to say nearly complete, nothing, messenger to them, nothing, emailed said been dispatched. Still waiting 2 weeks later. Top it all they sending me emails daily to buy and receive before Christmas.
I purchased christmas cards from printerpix on 11/8. When my order arrived it was 1 card and not the 70 that I ordered. I called the day the card arrived (12/5) and told that I could pay ($34.99) for expedited 2 day shipping and re-place my order to get my order by 12/13. Well... not the case... my new cards are somehow taking 10 days to be delivered (even though I paid for 2 day shipping) and will miss christmas entirely. When I called customer service and escalated to ma manager, I was told that this is within their standard delivery window and had I not paid for expedited shipping my christmas cards would be delivered the 3rd week of January. This is the first time in 15 years I haven't sent out cards - what a disappointment!
I ordered my Christmas cards with a groupon. They were delivered in two weeks and I was impressed! The quality was great! I would order again from this company.
Basically donated $45 to Printerpix and Groupon when I bought the blanket voucher. After repeated attempts over multiple days to complete a photo blanket, I am giving up. The website continuously encounters errors, often requiring a person to start over completely. And if by some miracle you are able to complete the project and check out, another error occurs and deletes everything again. Good luck trying to contact customer service. Won't happen. And Groupon reports that their customer service agents are unable/unwilling to field complaints about Printerpix unless you've already contacted Printerpix first - which you can't do! Shame on Groupon for selling this company's products on their platform and then removing any responsibility from themselves for the company's wrongdoing. Will obviously never purchase from Printerpix again and will no longer purchase from Groupon.
I didn't realize they were not based in the US. Shipping is taking much longer than they claimed on Groupon.

Answer: I don't think corporate exists I dont think this is a legitimate company. I have reported them to PayPal and groupon will also be reporting them to my attorney general office
