Do not, I mean DO NOT USE this so called company! They Should Be Shut down ASAP! And shame on you groupon for not removing them off your site knowing of all these issues! Ordered a month ago, no matter how hard you try, you will not get through to them! Still no response after 32 times of trying! I put in a dispute with my bank. I wish I literally could walk into their so called business and really give my FEEDBACK!
I got an ok deal on a fleece " blanket". And the product was cute when it came... however, the shipping was crazy expensive only for me to realize it was NOT a blanket but more like a hanging. I would not buy anything from here again

Yes, it's true, customer service is non-existent, and that is frustrating word to the wise. They give available hours, which were a sham. You write them an email; they answer with a non-answer. That part sucks. However, I chalked that up to busy holidays and Groupon's crazy good deal. I ordered mine on like 12/17, so I didn't really expect it to get to me by Christmas but I was hoping it would get to me before 1/3... and it did! The resolution on my photo blanket was awesome, even though pictures had been taken from the internet. My gift recipients were extremely happy, as was I. I feel like Printerpix did a pretty good job! Just don't ask questions. Oh, also you can't actually track your packages, except through their own website... time to lay back and chill. It will eventually get to you, I think! :D
I purchased coupons through Groupon for metal prints with Pinterpix. I used my coupon and made my order for the prints on October 27,2019.
I sent an email asking about order on Dec 9th
The order finally over SIX weeks later on Dec 11 and each item was bent and damaged.
I sent an email to Support regarding bent corners on Dec 11 and received an automated response sent from Support, but no other contact. I sent several additional emails, with no response from Printerpix.
I called again on December 12 and spoke to an employee expressing my frustration and that these items were for Christmas. He said new orders would be sent ASAP. It is now January 2nd and I still do not have the replacement pieces.
I placed my order in early December. On the website, it claimed it would take 14 working days or less to arrive. After 14 days passed, I emailed them as I was concerned that my product wasn't even being produced. I was met with an automated response 2 days later claiming that standard shipping was now 15-20 days (I paid under the assumption that it would be 14). After an angry response from myself, it seemed as though I finally spoke to an actual worker. She then changed the shipping time to 18-21 days. Do not order from this website! It is entirely a scam and I will be getting a refund, or taking legal action. Their customer service is absolutely terrible and the entire business is beyond unprofessional. Spend your money somewhere else!
Worst company ever. Poor quality material is like wet cardboard at best, pictures come out fuzzy. The company says they will replace and then charge you something and I still haven't gotten corrected order from one place at the end of Sept and it's now end of January. You can never get through to customer service agent on the phone and the people that email you just keep repeating the same nonsense over and over again. I lodged a complaint with Groupon and the better business bureau and I writing poor reviews on every single place on the internet I can. I want to prevent anyone else from using this company and losing their hard earned money.
Printerpix ruined my Christmas! First of all I planned early because I have 2 toddlers and in order to pull it off u have too. So we took our Christmas family photo in September. I ordered my cards the 1st of December. I ordered 45 cards. I patiently wait and received 5 cards in the mail! I called and spoke with Adrian the first time and was promised this would be fixed. All I had to do was pay for the shipping on the remainder 40. Once the invoice was paid. I then called back and spoke with Adrian who stated it was fixed and 40 cards would be mailed to me. Anxiously waiting again my post man walks up to my door on Sunday DECEMBER 29th and delivers 1 CARD! Needless to say I was over the top fuming! But can't call because it is a Sunday and they are closed! I call Monday speak with a representative who notices the mistake and gets her supervisor on the phone to "help" to rectify the mistake. I speak with Dominique who is a very unapologetic individual who offers to send me my CHRISTMAS cards that I originally ordered. Mind you it is now New Year's Eve! What am I going to do with those? Oh and he offered to refund me the shipping which I paid twice for a mistake they made x 2! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE WHO WANTS TO ENTRUST A TIME SENSITIVE PRODUCT WITH A COMPANY WHO EMPLOYS SUCH INCOMPETENT INDIVIDUALS WHO CANNOT GET AN ORDER STRAIGHT REGARDLESS OF MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS!
I ordered photo puzzles from this company through groupon by their Christmas deadline. It is now Dec 30th and STILL no delivery. The phone number is total bull$#*! since nobody EVER picks up. The emails go unanswered and ignored. Absolutely horrendous company!
Very high shipping charges, placed an order from an email I received from them stating Free shipping on overs over $30.00. But was charged $90.39 in shipping charges when my daughter uploaded her pictures for the Canvases.
Never again, they trick you with low sale prices and hide there shipping rates. Even when called, I was lied too.
I called to verify free shipping since I didnot see it listed on the coupon code emailed to me. I was told that they didn't have free shipping on items with coupons. Everything on there site that day was with coupons. I then asked what shipping would cost, if not free and was told $32.00, but then they charged $90.39 for the shipping when we uploaded the pictures for the canvases. Stay away from this company.
We ordered 5 calendars (5 people bits of the same calendar) from Printerpix and received one. We paid for five and the representative I spoke to told me it was my fault for only selecting 1 calendar in some box when I ordered. I cannot get a refund. I'm not sure what they thought they he money for the other 4 calendars was! Horrible company. I was on hold for 3 HOURS! Do not trust them!
Please please please do not use this company ordered a blanket way before the Christmas deadline for my son it's now the 28th December no blanket emails full of lies avoid this company horrific customer services had their money but have not received any item
I ordered before the christmas deadline, as it was intended as a Christmas gift.
Still no product received and when I've checked the tracking it's still on 50% finishing production which it has said for weeks now. No communication, chat doesn't work, phone doesnt and your emails get ignored.
At the very least I expect an estimated time for despatch.
I'm not sure how long I should wait before I look at getting my money back.
I wanted to gift family members a beautiful photo blanket with pictures of our family's newest baby. This was going to be the "showstopper" Christmas gift this year. I found a Groupon for Printerpix - a company I didn't know, but it was a great deal! - and purchased through them. Right away, the shipping fee was about $10 more than what Groupon said it would be. I called Printerpix and they sent me a Paypal invoice with the correct price, but then I had to call back to tell them I had paid the bill so they could place my order. This was not only really inconvenient, but felt a little shady.
Their website had a clear banner that read, "To ensure delivery by Christmas, place your order by (date)." I purchased weeks in advance, and yet the order did not arrive by Christmas. So much for the showstopper gift.:/
When the item finally DID arrive, I was really disappointed in the quality. It was soft, but super thin and pretty cheap, and the images were printed off-center. Overall a really disappointing experience.
There are so many companies that offer this service. Save yourself the headache and disappointment and go with another company.
I ordered 2 blankets off of Groupon with the promotion! Here we are Christmas morning I have none of them! They were gifts! Now I am out 2 gifts! Livid is an understatement! I emailed, called and messaged them on messenger! The response I get is we are really busy! It takes 10-15 buisness days for production and then another 7- 14 buisness days for shipping! Do NOT order from them ever! They are terrible! I am beyond pissed about this! They are not even willing to compensate for their screw up! I will get compensation for their mistakes!
I am so disappointed in this company. I ordered 10 calendar pkg. Somehow missed the fact I had to do all 10 at one time. Who does that. Spent a lot of money & got 1 terrible looking calendar. Pictures were just ok & the calendar had a sad looking spiral thing with a sad looking, bent hanger thru it. Cheap looking. Bought for my 91 yr old Mom. Am embarrassed to give to her. Will not ever order from them. Junk.
I bought 2 metal prints (16x20 and 20x30) through Groupon. I ordered them on the 19th of November and finally received them on the 24th of December. They both arrived dented/bent and did not include the hanging hardware that I paid extra for. The metal is very thin compared to metal prints I've gotten from other vendors. Also, the 16x20 print looks decent (their website said it was reprinted because it didn't pass their quality control standards), but the 20x30 does not look the image I uploaded (in fact the 2"x3" black and white sticker on the outside of the wrapper had a better representation of my print.) Their customer service "features" are not very helpful. The phone goes straight to voicemail and states that you've contacted them outside of business hours no matter what time of day and their website chat is very sketchy... emails go unanswered (even though they state they will answer in 2 days)... I tried multiple times to get through and finally made contact with someone who told me the same thing as the website... it's "in process". I'm very disappointed and will not be ordering from PrinterPix again. I'm guessing they are a relatively small operation trying to hang with the big guys and are not ready for primetime.
Got a Groupon, made 2 identical orders. Sent a question immediately after ordering about 1 of the 2 orders, never got a response. Ordered the blankets as Christmas gifts on December 2nd. I received no correspondence from them at all, and when it took longer than the website estimated, I began emailing, using the chat feature on their website, and using the message feature on their Facebook page. It's now Dec 24th, and I've sent a total of 16 messages to them and they have not once responded. Out of the blue, I received one of my orders yesterday, the other is still missing. Took 22 days and I'm still missing half my order. To top it off, the "polar fleece" blankets are nothing more than glorified felt. DO NOT use this company!
I am NEVER using them again! I ordered 8 gifts on Nov 29th. I have called multiple times. I only got 2 gifts of the 8! Seriously? I keep calling and calling and they shut the phones off! Really your hours say till 1 today and it is 1130 and they are closed! My family is not going to have their gifts. I will be making sure NO ONE I KNOW uses them again!
I would not recommend Printerpix. I initially placed my order on 12/3. Something happened during the payment processing. My order on my end shows pending. Ten days later, when I called to see why it was still pending, I was informed the payment did not go through. I called my bank. There were no issues on my end.
I could not reprocess the order on my end. A customer representative finally took payment over the phone. However, at this time, the order will not arrive for Christmas. This gift was for a brand new mom. I am severely disappointed.
There was 0 communication to say there was a problem with the order. In spite of the fact that the website states all communication is answered in 2 business days.
There has been 0 communication on the escalation.
Printerpix flat out refused to do anything to help. No rush, no expedited shipping. As of today, my order is still waiting for production.
Quality looked awesome online. Still haven't seen it in person. Realized that, somehow, I ended up with a blanket half the size of the one I thought I ordered. But their customer service is incredibly non-responsive whether by chat or phone. Thought the price was decent enough and they offered free shipping... so I bought a second blanket. Then I was CHARGED SHIPPING.
