I ordered 15 canvas prints 2 months ago. They took my money, never sent me the canvases, will not respond to my emails, they do not answer when I call, and their online chat never answers. I'm out hundreds of dollars. So so so unhappy with thos s sm of a company.
And the order never show up. I asked Customer service, but no reply.
What kind of company is this?
Ordered my blanket Dec 9th, its now January 24th! No blanket, I've called 17 times, they have said I'd receive a tracking # the next day. They red flagged my order and still nothing.
This is THE $#*!tiest printing companies i've ever ordered from. I ordered something back in 11/27 and still haven't recieved it and they won't even refund me or reply back to any emails. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER. Through the live chat/phone room and emails. No reply. This site should be shut down ASAP.
I bought a groupon and when I went to use the website wouldn't accept it. It kept adding it was for a different item. I called them and they told me I was incorrect, that I must have purchased the other item. When I sent them the groupon that proved what I purchased they tried to blame groupon. Then they said oh, I can fix this. Had me delete the entire project and start over only to get to the end and it asked for my cc, she faux just put it in I'll fix it. I said no because the charge was over $50 and my groupon was not being used. After 2 weeks I finally got it fixed and was assured it would be rushed because of the trouble. 28 days later it showed up. I asked them to round me my shipping since it was not only not rushed but late according to their own time frame and Nicole continuously sent me emails arguing about it. I finally had to ask that she not contact me again. Which she did! Will never use them again. The blanket also had an uneven hem on the bottom. Wasn't thrilled, but at last I didn't pay full price.
I ordered a collage that I got from Groupon. They then sent me an offer for 9 canvas prints for $49.95. I needed the prints from a recent family wedding so great deal NOT! I spent forever picking exactly what I wanted and went to check out-shipping was $90.00. $90.00! I don't live in the middle of the desert, I live in Florida! Will never give them my money or business again.
I haven't even received my order so I can only complain about their customer service. I have been trying to contact this company for 2 weeks to confirm the status of my order. NO response! They took and confirmed receipt of my money... but can't confirm the status of my order? I've called several times and have been on eternal hold... I've written multiple emails with NO reply. I won't order from here again... I can only hope I get my product and move on...
I had seen the reviews online after I had already placed my order. I honestly thought I was going to be scammed. But I ordered 6 canvases from printerpix.com and they all came out beautifully!
They had a sale with Groupon so I ended up only spending $15 per photo canvas! Such a great price and wonderful quality! The photos I uploaded were just iPhone photos so I assumed the canvas may be a little pixelated because of how big of canvas we got, but the photos are so beautiful. I'm so happy I started crying! Such a happy customer!
I ordered this on Dec 3rd, did not receive it till Jan 14th. It was supposed to be a throw blanket and it is literally the size of a hand towel. A petite hand towel. I communicated with company over 8x. Recieved bot messages or no response at all. All the waiting. All the stressing for what was supposed to be a very special gift for a friend. I AM SEETHING! I know mistakes happen but look at all the reviews this is a terrible company taking advantage of consumers. They do not deserve the 1 star.
So I ordered 4 blankets for Christmas, I found a groupon and decided to go for it. For one shipping was $30! On top of what I paid for the groupon. It arrived a MONTH LATE! The pictures are poor quality. The Blankets are thin and small. You cannot get ahold of anyone through customer service. Took a week to get an automated response through email. They also don't give you tracking info so you have to trust that is actually was sent out. This company is a joke. Go to Collage.com. I ordered pillowcases the same time as I did the blankets (another groupon) and the people were so kind, the product was beautiful! And it was sent timely with low cost shipping. DONT SHOP PRINTERPIX! Garbage company.
I am FAR WIDE AND BEYOND DISGUSTED WITH THIS SHADY AND GRIMY COMPANY. I placed an order for Christmas. Two blankets. What I received AN ENTIRE MONTH TO THE DAY LATER is two DISH CLOTHS!
Against my better judgment, I decided to order a throw from PrinterPix for my mother's birthday which is two days - January 16- from now. The order was submitted December 23. I called customer service. After an hour on hold, I decided to hang up. I did get an email response stating that the order will be delivered within 15-20 business days. That's not was advertised when I initially placed the order. If so, I wold have chosen to go with my original plan. I received an email today stating that the order has been dispatched for delivery. Who knows when I will receive it since there is no way of tracking the order. I'm so disappointed!
I ordered something back on December 7th. Not only does the website day my order is still being processed, but when you call you get and automated system saying call back during business hours. Its says that during its business hours.
I tried email and got an automated response on that as well. I have ordered in the past, but never again. I will make sure no one I know orders from them as well.
Our family had a hard time trying to decide what to get our 86 year old mother for Christmas this year. We wanted the perfect gift, something she could keep the rest of her life that would be really special. We gathered the perfect pictures (30) and chose a Printerpix collage blanket to arrange our families on. We received the blanket and we were all blown away by how great it looked! The quality of the blanket was amazing too!
I worried if it would be thin but it was plush, soft and thick. It brought tears to my mother's eyes! I can't thank you enough Printerpix for making this Christmas so memorable and for your awesome work!
I absolutely am in love with the blanket that I got through printerpix! The shipping came right on time sooner than expected actually and I couldn't have asked for a better product thank you so much and I will definitely be getting more items from printerpix!
On Dec 2nd 2019 I ordered a coffee mug for my husband as a Christmas gift! When I received it the handle was broken so of course I tried contacting them via phone and email. There phone number never works. It always has an auto message saying call back during business hours in which iv done and still no answer. I finally reached someone from their quote unquote support team after 3 emails sent to them over the course of 2 weeks. The person requested the order number and pictures for proof of damage. I sent all that and here it is a month later and still have not hear ANYTHING from these people. I can't say they are a scam because I received the item but their CUSTOMER SERVICE does not exist. I will never order from the company again. This has been such a stressful process and I still haven't gotten the proper help. If I could put no stars I would. 1 star they will get

I was waiting on a picture, and saw they had vouchers for a special well before christmas. I spent $60 on the two coupons, for two 60x80 blankets and free shipping.
When I went to redeem them, they were not free shipping (extra $28/piece) and the second code did not work. These were not random coupon codes off of the internet, they were pre paid promotions.
I went to customer service with pictures, and they had an automated reply asking my issue. I responded with receipts, pictures, everything. No reply. They illegally charged me AFTER the fact. For two blankets I ended up double paying, and they put a hold on creating.
I purchased 12/17/2019, and just got a notification they were dispatched, without a tracking number. Post cancellation.
I have been incredibly forgiving, have paid over $200 for two items (more than original cost) and almost let it go as my aunts birthday is tomorrow and it would've still worked despite the outrageous cost.
However, turns out the tracking number does not exist, even guaranteeing Christmas delivery, 1/8 is too much to ask?!
NEVER buy their promotional coupons DONT trust the cost you see when you order and confirm, as there will be added cost AFTER the fact. I'm taking legal action but BEWARE
I placed my order for polar fleece blanket with my grandaughters pictures on December 13,2019. I wasn't really expecting it on Christmas but it was worth the wait! I received it today and it turned out beautiful. No complaints here. I am expecting another order soon
This place is absolutely horrible. I ordered a blanket December 2nd for a gift for my boyfriend now comes December 20th and I'm asking where my purchase is because it is a Christmas gift. YOU CANT CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE! I call in the business hours they say they are closed. Then I email them and this lady says they will be there in a week. Okay now it's JANUARY 7th! 35 days later and still no item! I'm getting a lawyer this is complete bull$#*!. Don't ever buy anything from here
