I have shopped at this company for 10+ years always been satisfied, always had good product. They have absolutely gone downhill with in the last couple years their product is OK now but their customer service sucks! I had a gift that was from my kids to their dad for Christmas they cropped out my daughters eyes and refused to do anything about it. I have contacted customer service and multiple reps and managers they all say it's exactly what I approved but it's not! The cropped down further. That was a gift from my kids. So upset right now. They will not refund me or send a proper replacement without me paying $20 for overnight shipping in time for Xmas.
