I bought through Groupon. The site was very difficult to use. I placed my order within the time frame required for shipping. After 2 weeks the 'track my order' function said they are 50% done with production. They should have shipped by now, based upon the information provided in their product description. Never again! I'm afraid to see what the final product will be, if my experience so far is any indication.
I received my photo blanket with big resution stamp in the middle of my granddaughters picture and contacted the company and they said that I sent picture like that, my picture did not have anything on it and they wouldn't do anything about the problem. They could of issued me a new blanket but didn't.
I just got in my husband's Christmas gift and I just can't say enough about it. It's a slate picture of the inside of the Haunted Mansion one of our favorite rides. It's so beautiful.
I've also had canvasses, photo books, and blankets made by them. They're all works of art. I won't go anywhere else.
Purchased 4 calendars through Groupon. After downloading 12 photos the order was complete. The calendar ms arrived and only 3 months if the calendars had photos on the. I called customer service in India and basically they washed there hands of everything. Refused a refund and would only replace the calendars if I paid the full amount again. My advice, avoid them at all costs!
They lie every step of the way. Gauge on shipping and then the excuses start. They should be boycotted and driven OUT OF BUSINESS.
I tried to place an order through a Groupon Voucher. The website said my gift was sent, but I never had opportunity to upload photos or confirm shipping details. Then, I could not receive help by email or phone.
After purchasing a "Groupon" for two blankets (excluding shipping), I had an issue with ordering on the website and followed up with an email to the company regarding my issue. After at least 4 failed attempts to have anyone return my email (aside from the generic response thanking me for contacting Customer Service and providing a ticket number), I contacted the company via the phone number on the website after more than 3 weeks.
Though the conversation with the customer service representative was challenging, explaining my issue and resending emails/order confirmations, I give 100% credit to Ms. Rev Smith for working with me and listening to my concerns and thank her for the time and patience.
As for the company overall, and despite a "higher volume" due to current conditions, etc., I was quite disappointed. A company of this size and the degree of negligence demonstrated is certainly disheartening in what I, as the consumer, had to do to obtain attention and resolution (which again Ms. Smith did) versus the automated email responses received from my on-going concerns sent.
25 calls, 9 emails and they took the funds but never processed. They use fake names to help you 'solve' the case and if you call back, they have no records of the previously Convo. They were quick to take the payment but stating glitches on website can't process the order. 2nd time and never again With this co.
Ridiculous. They have christmas deal like 80% off or lore but guess how much shipping is? Standard shipping is $35. Is it coming from another planet? Ridiculous. And i bought a groupon. So ridiculous
I am a repeat customer and had a spelling issue on an order that I thought I fixed in time for a print. The service was fair, courteous and helpful and it ensured I will be back to purchase more. I put in three orders this month alone and have been happy with all of my experiences. Thank you Franklin for being oustanding at customer service and making the reprint an easy process. Well. What persuaded me into buying this customized blanket is that they had a great sale and if there's one thing my mom taught me is to never buy anything unless there's a sale. So i ordered nov. 9th and it have been on "progress" for 21 days. I called and they finally shipped my order. Then Dec. 6th it said that it was delivered but it wasn't. Long story short we called and asked for a refund bc it was just getting to be to much. Then they put us on hold and never got back to us right when we asked for the refund. Ironically that's when I heard the doorbell and BAM there was my package. But it was really fedexs fault
It's been over a week haven't received any update on my product. The phone number they have is disconnected, the chat doesn't work and they don't reply to emails nor DMs on Instagram.
Printerpix offered a great sale around the holiday season through the purchase of a coupon that offered two for one blankets and free shipping. Using the mobile website was easy but after only receiving an invoice and not the coupon code by email for 2 business days, I called customer service. The first person I talked to said they'll resend the coupon code by email. I did not receive it so I called back the next day. That person did not understand the offer I was talking about and told me I would need to submit screenshots of the email and invoice to their customer service email address. I never received a reply and called back 4 business days later. That person told me that I needed to create the blanket designs in my account first and then call back and they would apply the coupon code for me. I did that, called back, but they were ready to charge me for shipping. I told them that I sent the email and invoice to the email address that shows that the coupon I received offered free shipping. It took some time but they were able to look up my service ticket number to verify I did not owe additional shipping. He applied the coupon code to my order and I received an email a few hours later, confirming that my order was received. It took 10 business days to receive my blankets, which turned out great. Im very excited to give them out as Christmas gifts. I did receive the coupon code by email 16 days after I made the original coupon purchase... Would use Printerpix again - great quality and good sale prices. Would hesitate to purchase a coupon again.
Good product, unfortunately customer service is terrible. Take a screen shot of the ad when it says "free shipping" or else they will try to charge you $$$. Tried ordering again and they took my money but did not send me an order number, email, or voucher. Had to cancel my credit card and file a dispute to get my money back, tried getting info through chat and telephone but all they want is my order number which of course I do not have.
I ordered 6 pics after buying a voucher through Groupon. Imagine my surprise when I saw that the delivery was over $32.00. I got duped ONCE! Never again
I ordered two16x20 metal prints and the quality is horrible. It lacks color. My Grand Canyon picture looked very muted in color and one cannot see the reds or brown in product. My beach photos also looked muted. My blue sky looked grayish silver. Metal prints did not do justice to any of these places. They look like old photos from the 70s. Now I have two large unusable prints. Too embarrassed to hang up. Do not waste your time or money. Will not order from this company again.
I ordered a blanket for my mom for her birthday on 11/18 I went to check my status on this project and it still said it was only at 50%. When i contacted customer service I was told it would take up to 21 days for production to be done and then I would have to wait another 7-10 days for it to be shipped. This means she will not receive it for her birthday which has already pasted. I will never order from this company again as I have dealt with other places that have shipped alot faster.
I had made a mistake on my blanket and my customer services assistant patricia was very very helpful and helped me rectify my mistake and stayed with me the entire time! Amazing customer service!
1 it's so many issues with just creating on the website and getting in touch with customer service I should have known not to order. This entire experience has been a mess.

Answer: I don't think corporate exists I dont think this is a legitimate company. I have reported them to PayPal and groupon will also be reporting them to my attorney general office
