Paige was THE best customer service representative I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She was attentive, pleasant, very nice, calm, and explained everything to me perfectly. I had called before and not got the same service so it was nice to have someone who was so pleasant to speak with. Please give her accolades and even a raise because she is the reason why I will be ordering again. My last call to this company I had someone no so great and I wasn't going to order again but Paige's pleasant demeanor and attitude and efficiency is going to make me a life long customer. I'm disappointed because the pictures have a yellow film to them. The pictures are professionally done so there should have been no issue. They are not very clear. This was supposed to be a gift but I'm too embarrassed to even give it.

Don't be fooled. Bought several vouchers for photo books, calendars and photo prints in their Black Friday deal. Upon checkout of 5 photo calendars the delivery charge was £17.19 for 7-10 day delivery or £21 for next day. Called and spoke to someone who could barely understand me and said he will send a PayPal payment link for me to pay and refund as website has issues. Didn't happen. Called again where the agent spoke such poor English I had to call yet again. Next agent confirmed shipping charges are expensive but advised I pay the £21 if I want it in time for Christmas as the product and delivery can be really slow. He then blurted out that I was not to worry as I am getting a good deal? He also believed the photo books would be about £20 to £25 shipping due to their weight. I ship 2kg to 9 kg often and aware courier prices are no more than £10 for such weights which I doubt the weight of the books would amount to. After reading some reviews whilst on hold I changed my mind and asked for a refund and he said his manager would call me back. I rejected this and asked him to ask his manager to speak to me or issue a refund now. After being on hold for 3 minutes he said it has been refunded. It's been an hour now and no notification so guess another call may be needed but I will raise a dispute with my card issuer and PayPal as I had used both to buy separate deals. Anyone else dealing with this joke of a company best do this as well.
Robert, customer service representative, is extremely professional, helpful, courteous, and remained calm when I was not! I spoke to many reps from PrinterPix, noone was as helpful as Robert. Honestly, not even Adrian or Dominique (both Managers) were as helpful as Robert. He wanted to understand what the issues I was facing and his only goal was to help resolve them, which he did. I swore I would not use PrinterPix in the future, but his EXEMPLARY customer service skills changed my mind. Please commend him for his excellent work and troubleshooting abilities to help resolve customer's issues, especially during a busy holiday season! His work and example should be an example for every one of his colleagues and even the managers to follow in his footsteps. I feel he should be promoted to Manager! Thank you, Robert, for being so calm in the worst situation. I hope your company will recognize you for your hard work! Happy Holidays!
This company is absolutely horrible. I bought a Groupon coupon for a photo blanket for as a Christmas gift. When I went to go redeem the coupon I was not allowed to upload photos from my phone. And when I try to use my Google photos it said Google would not support their website.
So when I try to contact customer service I was on there live chat for 2 hours. Finally got someone to
Talk to.
The support person's name was Simon he said hi how can I help you I typed in the issue I was having and then after a minute he left the chat didn't answer my question at all. But because I've already redeemed the coupon from Groupon I couldn't get refunded back. I tried to call printerpix is number and it's just a busy signal. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I know it's only five bucks that I'm out but still five bucks is 5 bucks especially in these trying times right now so my advice never use this company.

I was impressed with PrinterPix for getting back to me so quickly with an issue I was having. I had a great customer service experience with Shirley, my customer service representative, she had a very professional demeanor and was very polite while assisting me with a problem I had with an order I wanted to place, with her help she guided me through the process and was able to complete my purchase! Will definitely order again!
Very helpful in getting my information updated. I entered my address incorrectly and he was able to get it resolved for me.
I mistakenly order 3 blankets. One being the correct order one the wrong size and the other the wrong price. I spoke with a representative name Dave he assured me he cancelled the 2 orders and refunded me then directed me to make a review about his assistance. Trying to do so because at the time I was pleased but the system would not let me. It stated I'm not authorized to be on the site. Directing me to another site which you have to pay. Anyway, it is now Sunday I am still waiting on a refund confirmation as well as my refund. It's funny how you can't make or read reviews on this website.
I was concerned about not receiving my invoice with the email address that I though was being used... so I called customer service and Dave answered... when I gave him my email address and he said there was no record of the orders... then it occurred to me that I used another email address... and would you know the orders were recorded. Not only did Dave gave me the tracking number of the first order but he also gave me the status of the second order... I was very relieved with the great news I received... Thank you PrinterPix, keep up the great work :)

Last Mask orders that system would not allow me to order using coupon. David ended up helping me resolve this issue not once but twice and very patient on the phone. Very helpful in resolving.

I havent yet received my order but after ordering i noticed that I had made a mistake so went on live chat to see if I could change my order, I got the most amazing person called Patricia that couldnt be more helpful, she sorted my problem with no hesitation. Can't wait for my order to arrive now
I designed a calendar and bought 10 for $70. The got to the last purchase page and the shipping was outrageous $25. That is 34% of the calendar costs and $2.50 per calendar. I have created 1,000's of calendars in the past and had them printed at local printers and packaged and shipped them myself for less than half of what they charged me.
I'm thrilled with picture books I have made with PrinterPix. They are quality books. Even after having an issue with an order, Shirley Smith was able to solve my problem quickly.
I called in a panic, Shirley Smith kindly clammed me down assuring me she could help. I purchased a couple of Groupons for holiday cards and when I entered the second set I didn't notice I only purchased 1 card instead of the 40 I bought the Groupon for. Shirley assisted me in correcting the problem before the order was totally processed. It was so nice to actually talk to a live person. Thank You Shirley Smith for your kindness and patients with me.

Over the last several years, I have used Printerpix to make numerous photobooks. When having a problem with an order, I always contact them to try to fix it. I have had to call them several times regarding an order that came done in the wrong cover. After talking to several different individuals, I spoke to Paige Cooper. She listened to my concern, talked to her manager and contacted Tech Department to check on why this happened. I am pleased with her careful listening and help. Now I wait hoping that it is done correctly.
Samuel helped my fix some technical difficulties I was having. He was efficient and knew EXACTLY what he was doing to help me. Ive placed a few orders with PrinterPix but this was the first time I needed to speak to customer service and Samuel did not disappoint! Thank you!
