TRIED FOR HOURS TO ORDER THE $4 GROUPON WITHOUT SUCCESS. TRIED SPEAKING ONLINE. REDID THE ORDER OVER AND OVER - NO SUCCESS. FINALLY REACHED PRINTERPIX BY PHONE IN INDIA AND WAS SOOOOO FORTUNATE TO SPEAK WITH FRANKLIN. HE WAS SO COURTEOUS, PATIENT, AND HAD SUCH A SOOTHING VOICE. WITHOUT HIS HELP, I COULD NEVER HAVE COMPLETED MY ORDER. EVERY COMPANY SHOULD BE FORTUNATE TO HAVE THEIR OWN FRANKLIN!

I was having trouble with a Groupon code and Christina helped me resolve the issue and extended the expiration date for 2 weeks! This isn't the best website for photo books that I have used. Everything will be lost if your project is inactive for a month. Beware!

Austin was GREAT! I had called last week and was told I would be getting an email for the cost. My situation was a little different in the fact I had 80 cards that I had paid for last year and did not use plus I was ordering 100 more. By the time I talked to Austin, I was so frustrated with the whole ordeal. He stayed on the line while the shipping price was emailed to me to make sure I received the email, continued to wait while I paid the invoice, and then placed the order for me. What a blessing he was for me today.
I have got a few albums printed and the quality was very good. But my last book there was a lot of issues which we got sorted. Finally the book arrived but the quality was not great. The system is not good at all when you are having problems with the order. Very Frustrating. You can spend days trying to get the issue resolved. Some of the customer service people are not helpful they even cut you off. But Thankfully there was a girl named Nancy who is exceptional She gets the problem sorted straight away. All in one Chat. Some other customer service people need to take a leaf out of her book. Cannot wait to see the book again Fingers crossed.

This week was frustrating due the inability to receive an email from printerpix, but each time I called I received support and information. However, today CHRISTINA went far beyond what I could ever expect. She reviewed the process, explained where the emails may have gone, where to check, as well as, asked me for a 2nd email address. I thought I was going to have to wait until Monday to complete the sending of my books, but she called me back, made sure that I received the email in one of my email addresses and helped process the purchase. She made me glad that I chose printerpix and how lucky I was to have her on my call today. She is fantastic. Thank you, Deborah

I first got Jessica in my chat and we were disconnected. I tried again and got Patricia. I had a Groupon that was not working and Patricia gave me a new code and it worked, right away!
Even though I received the wrong calendars. Nancy sorted out the problem quickly and efficiently. Very helpful lady and I am still happy to use the company next time
I had a personal issue related to a shopping voucher to order a large blanket from them. I called a local number in Spain, and a most helpful customer service guy in India tried his best to help. He asked me to send them an email with the PDF file. Since this bounced back, I contacted them online via their web chat.

Patricia and nancy were both very very helpfull! But if you work with vouchers... not easy, everytime problems, but Patricia and Nancy could help me and it is in order now..
Spoke with Patricia who wasn't able to grant my request as it wasn't something printer pix offers but was friendly and helpful and said she'd pass my request on and maybe those features could be added in the future.

Answer: I don't think corporate exists I dont think this is a legitimate company. I have reported them to PayPal and groupon will also be reporting them to my attorney general office
