Amy Joseph really went above the call of duty to accommodate me. She even created me the deal I depended upon after Printer Pix had taken it off the market. When I called, I was directly given to her by name, no run around. The way she fixed up my order and then worked out a deal comparable to the one I so depended upon, was amazing and above the call of duty. So often online companies just fall back to we are unable to do that, Printer Pix listens and can and will do it at a customer's request. Printer Pix is now on my "go to" list and Amy Joseph is my "go to" person!
Amy was very helpful and knew exactly what to do to resolve my concern with the shipping cost and placing my new order.

I ordered some photo tiles from Printerpix and was sent the wrong ones, photos of someone elses kids which is bad enough but when I called Printerpix to sort it out the issues got worse! I was told to email them with my order number and the issue would be sorted. Its over a month since I first emailed, I've tried contacting them on social media but no-one has responded to my messages and I still haven't been sent the correct photos or recieved a refund. I've also been charged £3 for the call as you have to ring a premium rate number to report their mistakes. I'm appalled at their service. I left this review on Trustpilot and they rang me asking me to remove the review saying they would send out the correct order, that was weeks ago and still nothing.

While the process is not user friendly, I have purchased from them twice before and been totally happy with the end product. Amy Joseph in customer service helped me through and pictures are ordered. Can't wait for them to come. Thanks again, Amy, for all your help.
Called because I had placed an order prior to setting up my account fully, so I wanted to gather some information with regards to shipping and status update. Amy was wonderful. I contacted Printer Pix regarding a blanket order that I placed for my daughter. She immediately went in and found my order and answered all of my questions and made all of the address changes that needed to be updated. She was very kind and patient. She had such a pleasant attitude. I wish I could get that kind of customer service from all the vendors I speak with from other companies. Good help is hard to find and I think you have a keeper. I look forward to doing a lot more business with your company in the near future.

I have not received my order yet but would be glad to share after I receive it. I have ordered 5 blankets for Christmas presents. My 5 grand girls adore each other so I took their picture and had it printed on blankets!
I was very pleased with the assistance Jessica provided when I realized I had made a mistake with my order. She walked me through the change process and assure me she would follow up with tracking info. I will wait to receive my order but the customer service was GREAT, I would recommend this to anyone else.
I received a broken mug in the mail (accidents happen), so I went onto the Live Chat feature on their website, and Patricia did a fabulous job in resolving the issue quickly, and getting a new mug in the mail to me right away! Very pleased with the quick service from Patricia!
I ordered a gift for my girlfriends birthday first think it got super delayed like 25 days and it never got delivered because they say there was a missing information in address issue. I gave them google link of the address.

Answer: I don't think corporate exists I dont think this is a legitimate company. I have reported them to PayPal and groupon will also be reporting them to my attorney general office
