I purchased a voucher for ten photobooks, 100 pages each. I didn't realize I could only use the code one time not ten times. So on the second book the code wouldn't work. I call customer service for help and was talking to a real person in less than five minutes. I spoke with Paige and she was able to resolve my problem in just a few minutes. Thank you printerpix and Paige.

Just look at the bad reviews other people have left for this company. I've been dealing with these people for months now and they still can't get it right. I emailed them and they said the picture I was using would be fine. When I received it it looked terrible, blurry and dull. So they said they would do it over and sent me another one of the exact look. No better than the first one. I would never by from here again. That won't even offer a refund or anything, they just send me junk.
Ordered a photo book from them. Many of the pictures that I submitted had the pictures cropped poorly; such as heads cut off of photos and others with important parts of photos omitted. None of this was indicated when previews were shown.
My entire order was all wrong after already had submitting it, but Patricia helped fix everything in such a friendly and timely matter. She provided superb customer service

On my 3rd order of the same books. Started on June 7,2020 and have still not received the final shipment of 120 books. First set came and were unusable since they took all the transparent. Png files and made them black. They also claimed they had a leather cover but they were cheap clear plastic covers. I reordered the hard cover books and they arrived looking great. Unfortunately more than half the pages were print off-centered so half of the pages were cut off and not readable (cookbooks). I have been waiting for the 120 re-printed books they said were being mailed between the 3rd and 7th of Sep. It is now mid-Oct. They do not answer calls and have not responded to my emails. In total I've probably sent them 50 emails about this one set of books. We are a Senior citizen group that created these books for a fundraiser. We have contacted the BBB and the FL State Attorney General's office. So dissapointing.
3 weeks later and they havent even sent an order confirmation email, I contacted them 4 days after I placed my order and informed them that I bought the album for my anniversary which was 1.5 weeks away. They told me that from 7 to 10 working days I would have it. I contacted them again, to see if I could get a tracking number as I didnt receive a single email from them, but no luck as "we dont use tracked packages but you will receive your package in the next 3 working days"... 5 working days later, I contact them again and "Nancy" has the nerve to tell me that the delivery is from 15-18 days... Just to try and save their $#*!, not only that, but as I was telling her about my problem she took 5 minutes to answer every message, claiming that she had other customers to attend to, 30 minutes waiting for a response I told Nancy not to worry, because the more time she made me wait, the more time I had to leave a bad reviews of this awful company explaining every single problem I had. Needless to say, when I said that her mood towards me changed, and she started to actually pay attention to me... But it has taken 1 hour of my time to get to this point...
THERE ARE SO MANY OTHER PRINTERS OUT THERE THAT TAKE 3 DAYS TO DELIVER THE ITEMS, DONT USE PRINTERPIX IT HAS TERRIBLE SERVICE AND VERY LONG WAITING PERIODS
