I just chatted with Jessica and she was very prompt and helpful. I've ordered probably 8 books from PrinterPix and have always been pleased with the product. Customer service has been an issue before (no response from emails) but today was a very good experience.

Really good site my first time ordering from this site! So happy I received my order, It may take couple weeks to get your package, if you haven't gotten it on your due date or after I suggest to call and find out date. I got mines a week later after call other than that very satisfied
I made a purchase online at printerpix.com and a couple days thereafter I realized that I had given an incorrect address. I worried I wouldn't be able to correct the mistake because I hadn't called printerpix immediately. I called once and a representative told me that the shipping label had already been produced and it was too late too correct the address. I hung up worried that I had failed. The purchase was a gift, a large cozy blanket for my mother who was in another state and homesick... then I thought WHAT WOULD KAREN DO? I called back but I spoke to a lady named Amy Joseph this time, who immediately went to changing the address, no sweat! I never had to get ugly, it was wonderful. THANK U AMY JOSEPH you helped me, my momma, and I got to keep my dignity!
Great books but terrible service. If you don't have issues, no problem, But if you do have issues... Good luck. Customer service people are really nice but system does not allow them to know much nor do what they need to do to resolve issues. Very frustrating. Spoke to many different agents over many weeks and they all have different messages for you. I had simple a simple issue for over a month and they still can't resolve it. Very sad to deal with them. Just want my books and it will be the last time I deal with them. Too bad,

I recently purchased a Groupon for photo items. I spent a long time creating a project only to find out that the Groupon did not work. After a few chats with Jessica and Patricia, they got the job done! If you have any trouble and need assistance, do not hesitate to ask for these ladies... I can't wait to see my finished product.
The image was way too bright, don't know tech. Term for it, but know it can be dialed down, if someone looks at it.
Took 6 weeks from order to reciept. Not worth my time to back and forth to get it fixed.
