I purchased two blankets with photos of my kids.
One blanket had 3 of the exact same photo on it!
Like... who would pay to have a duplicate photo, on a blanket 3xs. Downloading the photos on their layout platform, was a hassle on my end and i wound up having to do it a couple of times. Im guessing it's messed up on their end as well because the wrong layout was sent and printed.
And forget calling them to fix any problems because they don't use phones- WHEREVER this corporation is based!
I mean they can figure out how to transfer and stick pictures on blankets and coffee mugs and wooden puzzle pieces and metal objects. But no one at Printerpix can answer a cell phone!?
There is ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! It is non existent.
So Don't bother with these guys.
Use a different service, there are better ones!
Nancy and Jessica helped me clear up a problem with our last order of Metal prints. They both did an excellent job.
Jessica was able to update several expired codes allowing me more time to create photo projects!
Nancy is really 5 stars. Thank to her! She found a solution and I recommand her for the serious of her job. Once more thank to her.

Prices are more than fair and Patricia was extremely helpful! The product may take a while but as long as you order ahead you'll be fine.
Wish I would of read reviews before ordering. They're definitely not going to get your item on time and they will definitely ruin your event if you planned on ordering for an occasion. Disappointing. And now I'm angry they are a scam DO NO TRUST THEM
I am a loyal PrinterPix customer and I have never had any problems, until this last order. I ordered a PrinterPix product through another website and that is what caused the problem! I contacted PrinterPix's customer service and was connected with Nancy. She was very understanding and was able to help me fix the problem and receive my order. I highly recommend PrinterPix!

Customer Service was excellent
I had ordered a blanket to give to my boyfriend for his birthday. However, when it arrived it had some damages on the blanket and we were not satisfied with the product results. After chatting and emailing support numerous times and never getting a refund or even an answer back from support email. I gave it once last time and chatted someone named Patricia today. She was quick with my problem and solved it right away. She issued me a reprint and told me she will personally follow up as well. I felt like she was very professional and solved my issue right away, not like the others whom I have chatted with. I almost had doubt with this company but I hope my reprint will turn out good!
Patricia was excellent. She was very attentive, knowledgeable and quick. Problem resolved and fast. The email and the ability to use their forms, however, have something to be desired. Contacting customer support also was not easy and finally was able to via Chat. They also have a pay phone number unlike an 800# as the vast majority of businesses do. That's pretty petty on the company's part. We shall see how the metal print is when it arrives and will update review then. But again, the agent was excellent.

Dont order anything from this site. It's a scam. Customer service kept coming up with ways not to have to refund my money or fox the problems. I ordered a blanket for my daughter with pics of her boys. The middle pic the face was cut off. It was the size of my towels. I should have read the reviews first. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.
