I was trying to create a collage canvas but on checking preview I found the images to wrap round the edges what I didn't want. So on the live chat I asked for help the first person was in no need helpful name not to mention but P is a clue, I was tempted to go else where and P just left the conversation! So willing to give it one more chance I spoke to one more advisor, JESSICA, she was very helpful polite and indeed did explain how I would be able to fix the issue ( move pictures layout Use Transform button and where it was) she also asked if any other help was needed and politely signed off. Jessica was why I continued with the site and saved a sale, a costumer and returning business. Thank you again as this is a very important gift

Adrian Potter was great after silly me called in to complain about mug too dark and unable to see picture. It's a magic mug duh... have to pour hot water in it for picture to develop. Wow! Excuse my quarantine brain. Anyway, he was very nice about it. Product came really fast and you get updates on where your shipment is. Also order a Black Panther mask... waiting on that. Thanks guy

I purchased two cushion covers, it was initially hard to navigate the site but i soon figured it out. The options available for the design are good and it was easy to customise the final product. I managed this all with the help of the customer service staff especially Patricia, she made the experience very pleasant for me by going above and beyond to make sure that i was able to place my order and make sure that i receive all the information regarding dispatch and delivery. I was so impressed and i will definitely visit the site again and recommend on her account.

I was very skeptical about all the bad reviews but I have to say I'm very impressed I bout a coupon from Groupon and I'm very happy that I did my image was high resolution image which I bet helped 10/10 for my experience.

I had a problem after selecting the wrong canvas size but some excellent customer service from Patricia sorted it all out. The web chat was super quick and Patricia made the whole thing go smoothly. I'm now looking forward to the new canvas arriving.
I recieved the wrong canvas photos, had them picked up by UPS and delivered back to printerpix. Emailed them about the issue twice and didnt hesr bsck for over a month. Called 4 times, told multiple times they would get back to me after and they did not, after making me do all the legwork calling ups to confirm they recieved their wrong pictures back. Also sent me an invoice for 35 dollars during all of this which is still just unreal. Through all this, I finally spoke to the only competent customer service representative for this company. Her name is Amy Joseph, and she should be promoted to the head of the customer service department so she can show the rest of the company how to resolve issues like this and not lie to the paying customer and make them reach out time and time again to try and get a refund or get their correct order sent out. Printerpix, your company has horrific reviews and I now know why. I am giving you 4 stars because I told your only competent employee that I would give a good review after she made things right for me and did the job nobody else in your company could, which was shown time and time again during this process. Sorry but I am not giving credit to your company but to Amy Joseph. She is the future of your company, promote her or continue recieving your subpar reviews and losing would be returning customers like me.
