Groupon deal for two masks said the shipping cost $15.99. Was charged $20.79 by Printerpix. Called customer support and they will refund the difference. Just be careful to check your shipping. It is expensive because it is being shipping from overseas. Make sure you're not over-charged. It takes longer to receive the product, so I have yet to see how it turned out. I will update my review once I receive the masks.
Don't order from PrinterPix. It's a month and a half and nothing has been shipped. They mention that it'll take 10-15 days to manufacture and then they'll ship it out.
I've tried to call them multiple times. The first couple of time and days I called the customer service made pretend they couldn't hear me and then hung up.
The last couple of weeks that I called, they said that my product was created and it'll be shipped in 24-48 hrs- yet week in and week out it was never sent.
I ordered it for someone's birthday gift- and it's well passed his birthday :(
So I got an offer from them for custom mugs - 4 for $20 or so. I could not add my custom design but followed their checkout process and paid and was sent a "voucher". It said I could do the design when I redeemed the voucher so I did but then was presented with $27 in shipping charges! TOTAL SCAM! I would not have done it if I knew the shipping was more than the product and the voucher is done so that if I didn't go for the same they would just keep the $20 (as I bought a "voucher", not a set of mugs). STAY AWAY!

I initially came here because weeks had gone by and I hadn't received my order. I was very skeptical after reading all the negative reviews. But I came to post this for all those out there that are feeling like I felt. I place my order on August 9th, and received it today, August 27th. I created a montage collage in honor of my grandparents who are no longer with me, and it is beautiful! I guess I'm one of the lucky ones. So there's still hope if you're wondering.
Photos had heads missing on at least half of pages, zoomed in on random parts.
Customer service blamed me, said would reprint if I paid again.
I declined...
Jessica is been very helpful for my order. I see most of the comments have bad reviews, and they received a bad quality products. I haven't received my order yet, hopefully I won't be disappointed when I receive it.

I was going to rate this a 2 or 3. Their products are great! I had problems placing my order - the website wouldn't let me past the screen where you enter your cc info. I called customer service. It took them two days to send me a link so I could pay for my order. I received the email, paid for my purchase, called CS back. The CSR was having problems and told me she'd call back in 20 minutes. She didn't call. I called CS the next day, the guy on the phone kept getting my email address incorrect even though I spelled it out phonetically. I finally ended up hanging up on him. I decided to try the chat function online. Jessica was wonderful! She understood my frustrations and was able to place my order quickly. I wish I had used the chat in the first place.
