After two emails and three chats, I have been unable to get printerpix to deliver an order that never arrived. The emails were ignored. The first two chats were halted by printerpix for an unknown reason and the third was cut off with a refusal to escalate the problem to a supervisor. Will never use them again.
I placed my order and got a verification email on the 13th of December, as seen in the photos.
My order was 3 mugs. It's been a month since and I have received absolutely nothing.
PrinterPix company website claims they need up to 5 days to manufacture the product and up to 10 days to ship it. The customer service is disastrous; very slow and not very helpful. I asked for a refund which I was assured they processed. I had to call twice to receive a verification email that they indeed refunded me my money.
I was initially very happy to find this product and planned it as a new year family gift. I wish I had chosen something else.
I placed my order December 7th and was promised shipment before Christmas. It didn't happen. They don't respond to emails and waited over 2 hrs to pick up the phone but they never did. Web chat kicks you out. Online tracking has no information other then a percentage which isn't a tracking of where is. It said 100% at Christmas whatever that meant! Finally received the product after new years! Ugh
I cannot adequately express my utter frustration with this company. Problem after problem with my order. First, the shipping cost doubled after I applied a Groupon I paid for. When I asked this company why it suddenly cost double to send my order if I paid with a Groupon, they responded that Groupon sets the shipping rates. I followed up with Groupon about this, and Groupon informed me that is absolutely not true. So first problem is printerpix lied to me. 2nd problem is that anytime I tried to reach out to their customer service I was either ignored or had to wait over an hour to chat with someone who was in the end entirely unhelpful. I tried sending multiple emails, to which I NEVER received a reply. Finally, an order I placed on Dec. 5 to give as a Christmas present, was not shipped until Dec 22! That gave the project no chance of arriving in time for Christmas. Sadly, that family member has already left without his gift. This is entirely unacceptable. PLEASE do not give this company your business. HORRID. I wish I could include a photo of my order... but it has not arrived. 21 days after purchase.

I placed this order and when I went to check out, they wanted to charge me the same amount for shipping as the gift, which doubled the price. I called them and told them to cancel it and they said they will waive shipping so I agreed to purchase the two blankets. They were opened this morning for Christmas and they were the size of towels! I was highly embarrassed that that up bought those for someone. Never buy anything from them they are not located in the US and they lie about their prices. This company is a scam!
I placed my order on 12/5/2020 with a guaranteed delivery date of 7-10 business days. Item did not arrive and today, 12/24,, shows that it is still in production at 50% completed. Phone calls to the company go unanswered or I am on hold for 30 minutes before being disconnected. I've sent multiple emails with no replies. Yesterday and today, I was waiting on the live chat for over 6 hours each day and never reached anyone. I ordered three photo puzzles of my mother in law and her two sisters. One sister passed away the day after the puzzles were ordered. This was to be a special gift and it is unconscionable that this company would date to treat customers in such a nasty way. Do not buy anything from this company. You will not get your order, but you will get the shaft!
I ordered a month in advance to make sure my package arrived by Christmas. It shipped on 12/4 but no tracking number was ever given to me, nor was i told what carrier it would come with. I send them a message on 12/14 to obtain a tracking number so I can follow my package. 10 days later I have not heard a single word. I called both of the numbers on their website and both are disconnected. We try to support small businesses, but it comes with NO customer service. Just stick to Amazon and Walmart (who also does custom gifts). Save yourself the hassle and give your money to the big corporations..
I received fantastic customer service from Patricia regarding a Royal Mail delivery issue. Patricia helped to resolve the issue and get a replacement order out. The help was fantastic!
Patricia was kind and very helpful. A true pleasure the way she managed my complain. If it wasnt for her effort in giving me a quick solution, my opinion of printerprix would be very different.
Awful awful awful. The one "blanket" I received was (I am not kidding) BARBIE SIZED! It's not even big enough for my dogs. As for the other blankets that I ordered from the Groupon site, don't waste your time. It's more of a display piece than anything that can be put over your legs. Absolutely disappointed in the quality and will never order again. This is my 9 year old holding "my" blanket. WTF is this!?!
I order a throw blanket with my boyfriend and mine pictures on it. Paid for it and everything got poor customer service and to top it all off they sent me a blanket that feels and looked like a hand towel. 10/10 do not recommend at all.
I ordered a blow up canvas picture December 19th and I paid EXTRA money to get it shipped before christmas and I haven't even recieved and email or ANYTHING letting me know where my package may be. This is so messed up bruh they said I would get an email by monday that email never came and it's WEDNESDAY! DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!

Ordered a slate, which arrived in half, not surprisingly as it was packaged terribly. This was a Christmas present so I needed to speak to customer service, which after 59 mins on hold I got through to the most useless advisor who offered to refund 7.99? It cost £30! It then gets worse as on my phone bill I now have a nearly £50 phone call as it had dialled an 0844 number. Long story short I have spent £80 and all I have is a broken slate!
I would've given this site 4 stars rather than 5 but I'm trying to balance out the rating a little since so many people just don't seem to understand how printerpix works, so they get pissed and give it 1 star.
Processing time is listed as 10-15 days. JUST processing time. Then add in approx. 7-10 days shipping time.
I feel like half these people waited 2 weeks and then freaked out cuz their order hadn't arrived yet.
I ordered 3 metal prints on Nov 29, and it took 17 days to finally get them shipped out, which was reasonable, as it's Christmas and that's only 2 days over their estimated processing time. Then 4 days to ship.
And honestly if the image quality winds up not being so good then that's on you, not all images can be sized up and maintain quality. People send in an 8x10 and want it blanket sized and then aren't happy when it's blurry... well yeah, what did you expect?
I sized up some 8x10s to 11x14 and printed on metal they look fantastic. Only downside is that the metal is a bit thinner than I thought it would be, but for the price I can't complain.
Cannot reach customer service, can't track package, can't get an email response. Terrible company, feel like I just got screwed out of $40
Placed three separate orders well in time for Christmas. First( and most important) they shipped to me ALREADY damaged because plastic wrap was sealed AROUND the very noticeable damage. I called immediately. After 27 attempts, I got put in the hold queue to be answered. They said it "must've happened during shipment). So I sent photo proof of the damage sealed in wrap. They got a supervisor on the phone. He refused to overnight me another once it was reprinted. Said "it will for sure get to you by Christmas Eve no problem at all". He also said he'd send tracking as soon as off the phone. Every day for five days I emailed and called. Emails no responses, calls, "accidentally " disconnect when you ask for a supervisor. This happened to three times. Today I got yet another supervisor that said he was so sorry Yada Yada. Would pass it along etc. then because the other other that never even showed up, he was going to do me the favor of just cancelling it(?!) rather than FIND it or supply tracking. Now two days to Xmas Eve and I have NOTHING but lies and promises and evasiveness. 7 Unanswered emails over the past 12 days. 3 hours in the phone trying, holding and trying to find an English speaking rep that would actually do what they'd say.
Beware of this company, and if it's something very important, dear God run elsewhere.
This is a HORRIBLE company to work with. I purchased a photo blanket on November 6th. It is now December 22nd and I have not received it. Their website says if you order blankets by December 12th that you will get it by Christmas... that is obviously a lie since mine was placed on November 6th and nothing. I have tried contacting them for weeks now. There phone never works or you wait on hold until it disconnects you. They do NOT answer emails as I have sent multiple. I have spent HOURS on chat just to be cut off multiple times when I get close to the first person in line of the queue. I will NOT order from them again and I will make sure everyone knows about my experience with them. As of now, I still have not gotten a response from them
I ordered on the 10th because they said it would be delivered by Christmas. Its for my grandmother who just lost her husband of almost 70 years here it is the 21st and its still in production. Ive emailed no response... call it says busy. Been on chat hold for over an hour. If it actually gets here on time I'll edit but I don't see how it will beyond upset stick to shutterfly
From placing the orders through a ridiculous voucher system, to emailing daily in hopes of getting my 10 Christmas gifts in time for 12/25, I would NEVER recommend this company. I ordered on 11/27 black Friday and have only 3 out of 10 gifts... they must be so far behind... so sad... I was excited to gift everyone these Stone Images...
