I made my order on October 29th, 2020 to avoid the Christmas rush. The first box arrived with the same mug, DUPLICATED! They lied and said I made the order twice when in fact, they erased the second cup from my projects THREE TIMES. But it didn't stop there, in my next order I had three magic mugs and 1 magic latte mug, ordered on 24 October 2020. The box arrived on 11/8/2020 and it had three magic cups, no latte (picture below). I email them, twice, response: came three weeks later: order was sent on 11/3/2020. THEN I received an email from the Sales Department of Printerpix saying, "You order has not been created. Please come back and finish so you can have by Christmas! I was so angry so I sent the Sales Email to Customer Service that was clear proof they NEVER printed my cup. Debbie wrote back with an apology and said she would get me my missing cup and send a picture of what was received, which I did, that was on 11/24/2020, next email I received was 12/28/2020 saying, again, the same lie again and from the same person, Debbie, who said she was going to get my missing cup; even though they had proof they did not create the cup as paid for. The creditability, customer service, and lack of professionalism is beyond loathsome.
We ordered 2 sets of 2 blankets, so 4 in total. The first 2 we ordered came within a reasonable time. The second we ordered around December 7th and we only just recently got only 1 of them around January 20th! We are still missing one! I have gotten NO replies to any of my emails! My husband tried to call them with the order number, and he cannot get ahold of anyone!
If you are thinking about getting photo blankets for a gift, or anything of that nature, your best bet is to look somewhere else. The blankets that we did get were decent, but customer support and follow through is terrible!
I bought from this company because they were only one offering a size that my elderly mother likes to hang next to her phone. When I got the item the pictures were remarkably tiny, but the real problem was that several months had someone else's photos. I contacted them and was assured of a reply in 3-5 days. After 2 weeks I wrote again and got same 3-5 day promise. After 2 more weeks contacted paypal. By the time they responded to their request for info there were only a few days left before the case would expire. Seems like they are well versed in dragging these things out so they don't have to repay money. Do yourself a favor and trust the many bad reviews and shop elsewhere.

My husband ordered a fleece blanket with photos of our kids for Xmas. It didn't arrive until yesterday, 1/12/2021. The blanket had holes in it! Looks like it was caught on the machine or something. Very disappointed! My husband said the customer service is horrible that could try to reach out to them, but he had been contacting them regarding the status of the order with no success so don't get our hopes up in getting a response.
A lot of people had said this company was a scam after ordering I was really skeptical about it. I didnt get any emails at first but it turns out my email got typed it wrong and they couldn't send me updates. I called one time with 3 rings I instantly got an answer the guy asked for my conformation number and told me when it would be shipped and everything. I just got the product today the color and the imaging was perfect. The only thing is when ordering custom things is some of the lines that show up in the treading other than that not only did I get my product on time I also got in on sale and had it shipped right to the mailbox. Also the packaging was very pretty and packaged very well and sealed. The guy I had talked to was upfront straightforward polite and took care of all the problems and concerns I was having.
I ordered a voucher for 5 personalized calanders. I only received 1 of them. When I called and spoke to Rev Smith. She was so helpful. She saw my order in the system right away. She waived any additional fees to me since I had already paid for shipping once. I really appreciated her help. I will be back to order again.
I used a promo code to order a canvas photo of my kids and their grandparents as a christmas gift for my mother. These were high quality studio images that we had taken at great expense. When the canvas arrived the color/quality was so bad we all looked like we had a bright orange spray tan and the canvas in the back was cut unevenly and poorly attached. And it arrived so close to Christmas I did not have time to get a replacement gift. My attempts to get satisfaction from their customer service has gone nowhere. Zero response whatsoever. Very disappointing.
I got a good deal on metal prints from Groupon. Took about a month to get my six metal prints. When they arrived four were dented. Plus I had to pay for separate shipping for each print which was not advertised on Groupon. Yet they came in two packages. Rip off! They were also not vibrant colors like shown and advertised in their site. All were in gold and silver tones. Kind of like they were low on colored ink. I contacted them for a refund or at least a reprint. It took about two weeks before anyone replied and all they said was they were very busy and running behind because of Covid. They said they'd contact me later which they never did.
I will never order from them again. Horrible service!
