Don't use this company if you want your projects saved! They delete everything after 30 days so you can't even reorder a project you had ordered before! Use a company like Shutterfly that saves your projects
I ordered glass mugs for Mother's Day in early March. With enough of a buffer of time to allow me to repackage, gift wrap and mail. They arrived late April and we very disappointing. See photo.
Customer service allowed me to replace the order as ceramic coffee cups. They arrived early May -
Too late for Mother's Day and eve worse the photo images were "washed out" and not at all like the
Preview image they had posted on their site.
Again - contacted customer service - 3 times - and was told a manager would call me back. Never
Happened.
So I called again today and the rep I spoke with told me I had to re-photograph all the cups together.
She did confirm that they had the other photos on file but their policy was to ask for photos again.
Fortunately I still had the cups (I was tempted to throw them out - thank goodness I didn't).
I've just sent my complaint with photos asking for a full refund.
I am very unhappy with this company. I placed an order for a customized mask on November 30,2000, hopefully for a Christmas gift. As of May 19,2021, I still have not received the mask or a refund. I have emailed and called and/or chatted online with them several times and have not had this issue resolved nor have I received a refund, which I requested if they could not fulfill the order. This has taken many hours of my time. I believe this company lacks integrity and I will never order from them again.
This is the worst looking mug I've ever seen, the work was horrible. I don't recommend this site to anyone. This was a gift for my wife but I didn't even give it to her.
I placed my order on the 21 of April its the 11 of may and im still waiting you pay for shipping and it still dont come on time it was supposed to be a mothers day gift and im still tracking it still dont have a date it will be here i contacted them twice still no reply
I had an issue with my order status and I reached out to through Live Chat. Kayla was excellent providing update and ensuring my orders were in production.
After never receiving my product, customer service answering general lines per mail, or nothing at alla and I needed to relaunch, they ask me to call a number that doesn't work. Then it turned into my fault of having provided the wrong adress. I prooved that it was the correct adress in the dispatch email, so they went back to asking me to call a number that doesnt work. I wait 3 months and ask and ask, they come back threathening they will discard my product if I'm not quick. So for all sendings to EU, they seem to not have figured out Uk has gone through with Brexit and it becomes the costumers fault that they are not managing to handle packages abroad. Very disappointed after I used their services for years, that it has turned out so bad. They should not sell outside Uk if they can't provide.
Thus is my first review. I placed one order, the shipping charges were outrageous and first I could not get the coupons to work and. Had to repeatedly contact cust service. Then the order never arrived. I complained, emailed repeatedly etc, nothing, ever.
I would NEVER use this company again, and I'm not a person to leave a negative review lightly. The entire experience was probably my worst experience ever and I'm out $100.
Hard lessons learned.
I ordered a blanket and book for my grieving brother. I was assured that it would arrive before Christmas. Not only did it no arrive before Christmas (it arrived about a month after Christmas) but the book was missing! So disappointing. I'm all for giving people the benefit of the doubt, but from the other reviews I've seen (which I wish I woul've seen earlier), I'm not the only one. Avoid this company if you don't want hollow promises and non-existent customer service.
I placed an order for a canvas on 2/25/21. I FINALLY received my order on 3/13/21 to only find out I received a canvas of a couple I dont know. It's now 3/31/21 and still haven't received notice where my correct order is. I've called and asked for a replacement, rushed, as this was a birthday present. The customer service rep said he made this a priority but the product hasnt even been shipped yet. No offer of a discount or free expedited shipping. I'll never order from this company again.

I ordered two blankets from PrinterPix. After placing my order I didn't receive a confirmation email about the status of the product, nor did I get taken to a screen that would make it seem remotely like I am getting the product. Now, weeks after placing my order, there has still been no contact from the company's end and I am pretty sure I got scammed. I cannot cancel the order either and get a refund because it was not within 24 hours of placing the order and they are very hard to reach regardless. I am now forced to speak with my bank and see if I have any hopes of getting a refund. Money down the DRAIN
I ordered a sixty page photo album for a valentine present for my guy... they sent me twenty pages., and I paid $34.00. And at the same time they offered a free mini one and four of the heads were cut out. I have sent pictures to prove and they keep telling me to send pictures... now I have to turn these over to my credit card company... very shady business.
I got the $95 dollar metal sign on sale for $20. Junk junk junk!
Do not order from them! The sign is bent on the corners and looks like its for $2. Stay away!

I had an online chat with KAYLA, who assisted me, very courteously, in reordering a photo book. She explained carefully the process and dealt with it very professionally.
I purchased 3 hardcover books from printer pix approximately 2 years ago. They LOOKED beautiful. We took care of them, they were kept in airconditioned home. No scratches, no bent pages. When I went to look at them last week, the pages were falling out. I called printer pix and told them that the books should last longer if the quality was good. I told them there was a problem with the binding. They said I should have let them know with in 90 days. When I asked to speak with a supervisor I was told it was not necessary that everyone would tell me the same. My question to them was... Are you telling me that you do not stand behind your books and you believe that the binding should only last 90 days.? I use to tell people about printerpix... how you can make your own books about your family vacation... now I have to tell people about the poor quality and customer service so they look for other options where to make their family photo books. Printerprix quality is not very good if it does not hold up even a couple of years. Imagine people who have wasted their money on these books for weddings birthdays... it is very sad. I still have books from years ago I made with Snapfish... they still look great. Those books were sew, not just glued.
